I had an amazing experience with Dr. Karapetyan. I recently underwent a sinus lift with bone grafting and a dental implant, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. First of all, before you even consider coming here, take a look at 80+ potentially fake 5 star reviews that Yelp blocked from people who have no friends nor have much posting history. Second, instead of trying to make things right this office messaged me with threats to sue me! Now that this is out of the way I will share my experience and ofcourse, what I think about the dentist and his staff is a matter of my own personal opinion. So...I've been to many dentists in my life time. Some happen to be young, some old, some are great and others are awful. Dr Karapetian, in my opinion happens to be the worst out of them all. There is this category of dentists who consider themselves gods in their craft. I love when I run across such specialists but then there are a few at the bottom of that barrel who think they can treat others like they are just disposable trash and that he's giving patients a favor by providing services. No I thank you, never again! Long story short is that my wife and I heard good things about this place. Called and made an appointment. On the phone were told that it's his wife who usually runs initial exams. Because we have no idea who she is, we asked specifically for the doctor instead. Oh boy was he pissed when we got there. Imagine this. Without even sitting my wife down in the dentist chair he started doing inspection, sticking his fingers in her mouth right in the hallway. His wife in the mean time was standing on a side with her arms crossed staring down like she's about to witness a public execution. Right away the doctor said that he's not going to be able to save the tooth that's in pain and offered to do expensive implants. Next, without finishing the consultation, because my wife asked him about other options the guy just walked away. My wife was almost crying, asking the receptionist to please call the doctor back because she's in pain. Without even coming back, from the depths of the office he just yelled that "there is nothing else you can do for us". Next the receptionist told my wife that "you'll be fine" and we left. I kid you not... the receptionist said that, not the doctor. That's it. A few weeks later I get a statement from the insurance company showing that this dentist office billed them close to $300 dollars. Fast forward to today, another dentist we found was able to save the tooth without any problems at all. No implants, no sarcastic remarks, no careless attitude. Completely disappointed in this office's and the doctor's professionalism. read more

Hi guy, just want to share my experience. My friends recommended me this office and doctor Oganes Karapetian DDC. I had surgery today, two sides sinus lifting, two implants and also doctor found and pulled out piece of root, that was left after my previous dentist pulled out my tooth.
