Complete waste of my time. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. I called to confirm my appointment and they seemed shocked as if I did not have an appointment. It took them an hour to try to locate me in their systems. They still could not find me. 4 different people came into the room trying to find my name in their system and still couldn't find me. To start with I have to say I left my dental provider that I had for 14+ years, very known in California with 90+ branches for the dropping quality of care I noticed over the years. I googled this place and to be honest was very skeptical if small practice can meet expectations that big dental corporations had and I was used to. What impressed me and what I want to share with public is how this team responds to emergencies. I had dental emergency on Sunday evening, I contacted this office not even thinking that phone will be picked up. Afterhours support Nairy immediately picked up the phone and responded to my emergency. It took her 10 minutes to get doctor on the phone and get prescriptions for me, it took them 20 minutes to coordinate prescriptions to be sent to my pharmacy at 10 pm nighttime, I picked them up and was able to spend night comfortably while they accommodated my visit at 830 am ad hoc next day. Next morning Dr. Ani saw me, immediately diagnosed and treated me, I could see care and compassion in her face, I could also see sense of urgency helping her patients in emergency which she made sure her staff reacts the same way. Definitely how healthcare facilities address emergencies is the most important factor that public needs to consider. Cons are the office is bit overstaffed and there are some defintely non productive and non patient care time that can be saved from this overstaffing. read more

I had a terrible experience in this dental office. Starting from unprofessional receptionists (except for one) ending with the pushy dental hygienist who was trying to convince me with her persuasive exaggerating tactics that I Need to do a deep cleaning instead of general cleaning! I had my appointment at 8am for particularly dental cleaning! Instead they call me in at around 9:10am, take me to room, do several X-rays then tell me their computer doesn't work, they take me to the other room, doing another 4-5 X-rays and it's already 10am and the person who does X-rays seems lost, says computer is again not working, I'm telling them I have other scheduled appointments I can't spend so much time here (I anticipated only 1 hour, as they said the cleaning would take maximum an hour!!), i was nice the whole time, being understanding, so I guess they took my being kind and nice as weakness!! Computer finally worked (they had other X-ray rooms but I guess other patients were more important!!), the hygienist decided to take advantage and took so many X-rays (later I realized they operate mainly for trying to get as much money from your insurance as possible!!), then started persuading me that I needed deep cleaning and she wouldn't do general cleaning! For that they charge 600$ of which 45% I had to pay out of pocket! They made me believe that I'd have to pay 350$+ (as if I'd pay deductible etc...) and that they'd give me a "big" discount and that I "only" had to pay 200$ out of pocket. I said I need to think...next day my friend dentist (visiting US) saw my teeth said that it's not true, my teeth are not in such a critical state as they described and general cleaning would be completely fine! It was obvious for all of us at this point that this was done for charging the maximum amount from me and my insurance...I guess that's their general tactics, that's how they operate there, by being dishonest, manipulative and extremely disorganized! I called them today saying that after 3 hours of wasting my time on their office and not even having a cleaning, I should at least get the general cleaning, the hygienist Naira told me that she will Only do deep cleaning, and I should go to another dental office for general cleaning...I said I spent 3 hours there, she (& they all) acted like it's something normal that computers do not work properly and make you wait for 3 hours! She also said that as if my appointment was only for the exam which is a huge lie!!! my appointment was for general cleaning! (I had even asked on the phone how much the cleaning appointment would take, they said maximum one hour!!) After I told her (while she constantly interrupted me and raised her tone at me) that "I'm realizing that you all operate there just to get maximum money from patients and their insurance, hence the huge amount of X-ray pictures, then sending me to another office when I refuse to do the expensive deep cleaning" she said to me: "shame on you" and kept yelling at me!! seriously? Shame on you? How professional you all are??!!! What a horrible experience! From unprofessional disorganized receptionists to unprofessional dishonest hygienist whose whole purpose was $$$ Using manipulative dishonest tactics to make you believe her and push you agree for the more expensive deep cleaning. Dr. Andre Eliasian easily extracted my very broken wisdom tooth at upper left side as on the photo which hurt for a couple months in seconds just by shaking it few times, tooth came out just like a piece of cake :))) He numbed it just for few minutes too , he didnt hurt much when he numbed.. He is very experienced. I wasted my time going some other dentists who were saying they might need to cut the gum to extract since most of the tooth was missing as on the photo.. That is why it was so scary for me , never got gum cut before , it may heal in long time like that.. I am so lucky to find this dentist. When he came to extract after numbing, I said I don't feel numb much , maybe I may need more of the shot or wait little more. I always get the shot for high blood pressure so my heart won't beat much fast, sometimes I have high blood pressure. Luckily they had that special shot. 1 other place I went didn't have it , so that is why I didn't extract there. Dr said if you feel hurt raise your left hand , he shook a few then he asked if it hurts? I said no, then he removed the tooth :))))) I couldn't believe when he said done, did you feel anything? I asked really if it is extracted or if he is joking? Lol Because I thought it may take at least 30 minutes. He is magic, it didn't hurt at all. I suggest anyone who needs extractions , this doctor is the best . I have 3 more to extract , 1 of them is broken root which other dentists said it will be harder to remove shattered roots , but Dr Eliasian said it won't be much different than this wisdom extracted. He is so comforting that I can trust , so I'll go back there for sure to extract other ones. I read online a lot about it is harder to remove wisdom teeth , but not at all , maybe who knows it is easier ? :) Dr. Eliasian has light hand probably that is why too.. Now like 2 months passed , had no complications , in few days it was already better after extraction , and had no more tooth pain :) And the blonde lady who cleaned my teeth after a week from that extraction , I forgot to ask her name , also did very good job, no one cleaned as good as she did for me before, she makes sure each tooth is cleaned perfectly . They give all the answers for your questions . I found them on Yelp by reading their reviews about extractions , and called on a Saturday morning , the receptionist is so nice she gave me the appointment on the same day around noon and the dentist pulled the tooth out on that day which is their busiest day maybe , they are so quick omg. This office doesn't understand the concept of APPOINTMENTS. Long wait times for appointments you made months ago is very common.

I was referred here by my brother in law Edgar whose had multiple complex treatments done by Dr Andre and was left very satisfied. When my own Dentist through a HMO plan Insisted I be seen by an oral surgeon right away because my situation may be life-threatening, I called Dr. Andres office in a panic and the girls there are very sweet and patient to deal with my panic. They took me in right away and didn't even make me wait long to see the Dr. After I was seen it was a very smooth ride from there. Dr. Assured me there's no life-threatening issue at hand and continue to extract both my wisdom teeth the same day and sent me home on my merry way. Recovery was easy with no complications and I'm just thankful for the whole staff and Dr. Andre. Definitely will recommend the office to family and anyone in need. read more

If you are someone who has an entire day free and absolutely nothing better to do, you can always choose to come to this office and spend your day here. You can just sit on the couch and observe as other patients come and go, while the receptionist stares at you, seemingly trying to figure out why you are here for such an extended period of time. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Andre at 1 o'clock, but then the office called me and asked if I could come in at 11 o'clock instead. I agreed to this change, so I arrived at 10:50 to fill out the necessary paperwork. I sat and sat and sat for a total of an hour and 15 minutes. After that lengthy wait, they finally called me in for x-rays, which took another 40 minutes to complete. Once the x-rays were done, I was taken into the operating room, and that's when I was finally seen by the doctor. In total, they wasted about two hours and 15 minutes of my time just for a simple consultation with the doctor. The level of customer service was quite poor--so I would advise against coming here if you simply want to waste your valuable time. read more
