I recently visited Elite Dental Group in Granada Hills, which has newly opened, for a dental cleaning, and I had an excellent experience--especially with Ms. Nicole, the dental hygienist. I had previously been to Elite Dental Group's Glendale location, where the cleaning felt rushed and was completed in about 15 minutes. This visit was completely different. Ms. Nicole spent a full hour on my cleaning, and the difference was very clear. She was extremely thorough, detailed, and professional. She carefully cleaned all areas of my teeth and gums, removed buildup completely, checked everything properly, and made sure nothing was rushed or missed. I have a strong understanding of dental work, so I can easily recognize when someone truly knows what they are doing. Ms. Nicole absolutely does. My experience at elite dental group was great! Went in for some tooth pain I had been experiencing for a while. I had put it off for a while off due to just not having good experiences before with dentists. Decided to go here and it was the best choice. Dr Eliasian was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions making sure I was at ease before any work was done. The front desk staff were also very nice and helpful. I went on a day that they were very busy but I still got all the attention and care I was looking for, and I appreciated how they were able to take me in so quickly. I had went back again after my tooth was fixed for dental cleaning and Naira (Dental Hygienist) was just as great and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It's nice to go to a place where everyone in the office cares and try's to excel in there customer service and overall treatment of there patients. The front desk "manager" needs to chill out with her nasty attitude, also she needs to wear a mask, FYI Milena we are not done with the Covid yet. The funniest part about this is the doctor was SUPER sick that couldn't even breath, didn't even wear his mask appropriately, God only knows if he has a cold or Covide . If I get sick or Covid I will definitely be taking a legal action. My front tooth is broken and I'm in a lots of pain, I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it because it's cosmetics and I have to pay, but another doctor fixed it before with the same insurance. He ended up to polish a little bit, but I wish I didn't let him to do it. He makes my smile like fangs. He did my job in a rush and supper messy. Their equipment is state of the art, and I have to say this is the cleanest office I've ever been in. Very surprised with how THE DOCTORS AT THIS OFFICE IGNORE THEIR PATIENTS!!!!! I've been having jaw pain and teeth issues in the last few weeks and could barely get a day off on Saturday to get my teeth checked up. ( since I'm a full time student and I also work on the weekends). When I called and got the appointment for the checkup they told me that my teeth cleaning is also due, so I took an appointment for both check up and cleaning. My appointment was at 1 o'clock and I was there exactly on time, i wasn't called in until 2:15 pm. Then I had my cleaning done by the assistant in about 20 minutes and been told you're all set!!!! I was like what about the checkup that I am here for ?? I have pain and this is why I am here, they said oh okay we'll call the doctor to come see you right now. 15 minutes later been told that today is a SATURDAY AND THE DOCTOR IS NOT HERE!!!!! ( which was not true, I saw the doctor walking by my room like 3 times ) I said sorry but I was clear enough when I got the appointment... they basically had nothing to say and they kept saying sorry go take another appointment for your checkup at the front desk. I went out to the front desk lady and asked her to check what my appointment was for and she said it's for both cleaning and checkup but we're sorry our schedule fell behind and the doctors been very busy and could not have time to see you !!!!! Seriously ?!!! Is that what professional doctors do ?!! They simply ignore patients with pain because their busy and their schedule fell behind ?!!! Turned out that it was only my fault for trusting fake 5 reviews on yelp and booking an appointment with you guys. I used to go to Dr. Eliasian for all my dental needs, in fact my entire family went to him. But more recently he's been a nightmare! This is coming from someone who recommended others to him, but no more. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!! He no longer gives his patients the time and attention they need for the care; instead you go in and the only people giving you attention are the dental assistants and in most cases, the attention they give you is just to ask you to pay up $$$$$. I went to him for a broken tooth and this idiot put a crown in without a root canal, SERIOUSLY? the result was an awful infection and pain that persisted over days. I had to go on antibiotics and pain killers. So of course I went to get a second opinion, who then informed me that it is not standard procedure to do this. So essentially, going to him left me worse off (financially and physically) than before. Thanks for nothing. If you want any decent care and attention regarding your dental health, stay far far away from Dr. Eliasian. Trust me it is not worth the pain it'll cause you physically and financially. Especially since you'll likely end up going to someone who actually knows what they're doing to fix Dr. Eliasian's mistakes. So unfortunate and so disappointing.
