This "world famous" tattoo shop has many Vegas locations and is known for their $10 tattoos. I had no tattoos and suddenly it's on my bucket list. I didn't go crazy but saw this little musical note and decided I would love that behind my ear. My daughter was with me and she got the exact same one behind her ear, a mother daughter thing. She also got a small cute koala beat on her wrist as I am Aussie and she loves being half Aussie. We arrived shortly after they opened, I paid $40 for mine as I upgraded to the $20 choices and then it was an extra $20 as being behind my ear. If it had been on my leg or arm there would not have been that extra charge. Loved the tattoo artist, Zane. I felt he was very caring and focused on giving me that best tattoo. So I now have this tattoo and loving it, even though I can't see it and pretty much, no one else can see it either. Perfect, as it's for me. It was not a painful procedure and is not painful now. Is this place in the best part of town? Maybe not but you can choose your location. Do I recommend? Speaking as a 79 year old prior tattoo virgin, highly recommend. read more

Horrible customer service upon walking in. Did not feel welcomed at all and the lady didn't even greet us. Noticed there were only 2 other people in the store and when I asked the lady in the front if it would be a long wait for a $10 tattoo, she responded yeah in a rude way. Y'all are known and promote $10 tattoos but have horrible service lol what a shame! Hopefully it's just this location but I won't bother checking out the others due to this bad seed. read more

Really you can't ask questions about the process etc ? Their flash tattoos are so cool! I got 2 of them (the "777" and the humming bird). They turned out so cute!! Literally in love :) The vibe was definitely better than some of the other tattoo places I've been :) The artists are so nice and definitely know what they're doing. I took my daughter here for her birthday and we had a great experience. I wish I had gotten the artist name but he was helpful and patient with us. The artist did advise me of rotating artists meaning that another artist will be there on a different day. I bring my friend back on a random day not thinking to much of it. So before we get there I call to make sure it's a piercer there we wanted a $20 tattoo and a tragus piercing. Upon calling I'm trying to explain what type of piercing I wanted and I said it was an ear piercing so the lady that answered immediately saying yes we can do that. We get to the shop we start filling out the paperwork. The young lady at the first desk on the phone not giving no information or directions on anything thing. My friend pays for her $20 tattoo by now we find out we can't get targus piercing due to not having a piercer there to do it. Christian is the tattoo his whole demeanor is giving I don't want to be here or could have been don't want to want with you feeling. We pay it no mind we're excited about what we doing. My friend sits down and says she wanted her tattoo on her hand. Christian says thats another $20. Friend says ok willing to pay I tell her don't pay that much extra just get the tattoo in the same place as I did. My friend asks Christian can he flip the tattoo like the artist did mine. Christian says that's another $5. At this point I tell my friend get your money back let's go. I literally was just there and had no problem like that with the last artist. Christian attitude sucked and he shouldn't be no where around people especially tattooing them. Christian gave my friend her money back because they don't offer refunds but it was no way we was going to deal with Christian or that shop. read more

These folks over here are a hoot and fun to hang with. The establishment was clean, the receptionists was sweet, she put me on to their ink crawl and my guy Chef was dope as hell. Great conversation, quick tattoos, was in and out in 30min and I got 5 tattoos. read more

I specifically made a picture to show exactly what i wanted so they could see it as well as me explaining it. I made him redo the first sketch and told him how i wanted it skinner, smaller, and higher up behind my ear, he did it again and it was better and what i wanted then went in with the tattoo gun and just completely butchers it. Nothing at all like what i wanted. Along with the fact that i paid $120 for this garbage. Its not skinny, not even, and not straight. I didn't think two lines to make a cross could be so complicating for some people. First pic shows what i wanted. The next are the horrible results im left with for the rest of my life. What a complete waste of money. and they made sure you know they do "ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS" so their "artists" can go in and do whatever they want and not be responsible for their mistakes. read more

I don't think the business should be considered tattoos and piercings. rather just tattoos I walked 20 minutes which is an okay exercise but walking in to ask to get a piercing done and them saying no not at the moment because there was only one worker in sight is funny and the person working there seemed nervous for it right after saying which piercing I wanted which makes me think that they probably have no experience on it. I will say it's better than the one at the strip but it's better off to call before going to not waste ur time. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Koolsville. It smelled like piss and was so dirty. None of the employees greeted me and were even on their phones as my friends and I were waiting for 10 minutes. They tried to lie and say that the $10 promotion was no longer going on and when confronted, they were EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, while rolling her eyes she threw the paper and pen at me. I will NOT be recommending or returning to this location. I'm very disappointed Koolsville. read more
