I went in for my labret as a walk in. The greeting was extremely unprofessional and she had a nasty attitude because I said I was 17. I had all the necessary documents but she seemed extremely unprofessional all because I was a minor. The overall service was OK. It was quick and she made sure that it was straight. She does not have her forms of payment listed anywhere and that is very frustrating because I couldn't find a way to pay her. The quality of the jewelry is terrible. garbage. The first week or so of having my piercing it was irritated and red because of the poor quality of the jewelry. The ball was constantly being unscrewed just doing day to day talking and activities. There was a brief moment where I was scared it would close because the ball had unscrewed and I was in an area where I couldn't put in a replacement. She recommended me to come back to down size my bar but I absolutely didn't. Due to the lack of professionalism and the poor quality I promised myself that I would not be back. I changed the jewelry myself and now my piercing is healed and doing great. I dont recommend for anyone to go if you are sensitive to poor quality jewelry. Dont expect for a kind greeting if you are a minor EVEN WITH having the necessary documents. 10/10 don't recommend going to this piercer. The picture I provided was when I put in my own jewelry. Its not clear in the picture but my lip was swollen and bleeding from the inside because of the poor quality jewelry she provided. I recently brought my sister here to get her septum and second earlobe piercings. Nikki was so educated and easy to talk to. It's easy to see why she has such great reviews here on Yelp, and I'm happy to be adding to those! I was able to book our appointments online using Google about a week in advance. The shop is relatively easy to find, but a little hard to get in and out of depending on the time of day. It's located inside Sessions Tattoo. Nikki has a ton of jewelry to choose from for ears and other piercings, but only one for the septum. For her ears, my sister spent a little more to get the flat back pushpin earrings, since they're so easy to change out. Even so, they were relatively reasonably priced - I think the total for both the earrings and the septum was around $160. Take note that only the person getting the piercing can go back, but you can see from the lobby. read more

She was super responsive and told me to come on by any time between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. I stopped in around 4:20 and within a few minutes, I was brought back. She's still super sweet and knowledgeable, and seems even better than she was 3 years ago when I first stopped in for my double nostril piercing (which has healed great, by the way!) She has since moved shop from where I first met her, but I'm willing to follow her wherever she goes! (The number posted on Yelp directs you to a tattoo shop so make sure to ask for Nikki when contacting) She was able to squeeze me into her schedule same day I called. When I arrived, everyone at the shop was nice and welcoming. Dope atmosphere and plenty of parking. Nikki was just finishing up on a customer so it gave me time to sign paperwork. She then helped me pick out some cool body ornaments and it was cool that we had the same taste in material. She was very informative with the qualities of jewelry material and what to expect when getting on the table. I decided to get 3 different piercings done- (Belly pierce, Helix and Tragus). Nikki made sure I was comfortable every step. Every mark she made was perfect the first time. The belly and helix piercing was fast and felt like a quick pinch. The tragus piercing was slightly painful because I had moved a bit but I appreciate Nikki for making sure it came out perfect so she was extra careful when inserting the 3rd earring. She's been great every single time, being super nice and patient, making it as quick and painless as possible, and asking for my opinion before each piercing for placement/balance. Holy crap!!, what a hidden gem and a hella underrated piercing and tattoo shop in las vegas. One of the very few places in vegas that ever exceeded my expectations and being part of my overall vision of small business: "These are the business our community should be putting their money into!!" Prior to my visit, I never got my ears pierced before, the only other place I ever heard people get their ears pierced was at "claire's" but given that their piercing gun is unsanitary due to it being nearly impossible to clean after each use as well as COVID-19 emerging recently, that's a risk I wouldn't be taking. I called the shop before it opened at 2 and the lady, Niki, answered. I had questions about "wall-ins" and their pricing and Niki answered all of them throughly. The shop is located in the corner of a plaza, being near Cafe Sunuki, BTS Korean Restaurant, and Green Valley Grocery, it won't be hard to find parking at all. I came in, picked out my earrings, and got my ears pierced with a sterilized needles. The whole process was quick and afterward, Niki explained how to take care of my pierced ears and what to do in order to prevent an ear infection, as well as any other concerns she frequently gets like being allergic to the piercing metal. Niki sounds genuine and wants the best for her customers, even offering a different metal as an earring if you have an allergic reaction. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their ears pierced, having an exceptional service as well as a reasonable price, I wouldn't skimp out on tipping them. I first inquired through Yelp, where I guess it sent a message to near by piercing shops. Nikkie was the first to respond, but I was already eyeing her Yelp to begin with so it worked out. I made an appointment on a Monday 2 PM, but soon as I parked, there were two girls who walked in front of me into the shop. I think they were walk ins getting a piercing also. So it definitely took some time for me to be seen even with an appt made, which is fine since Nikkie was apologetic about it and super helpful of what I actually needed. I was looking to re-pierce my cartilage, but my hole was healed and still open. So instead of re-piercing she recommended tapering which is easier to heal and less cost. I appreciated that she talked to me first about it to evaluate the proper procedure. It's been about 3 weeks since then, and my tapered cartilage piercing has little to no pain, which was super easy process rather than getting it re-pierced. Thank you again! read more

At first I was going to let this go, but after losing my septum today-due to her poor quality jewelry and improper position-I can no longer in good conscience let others go in not knowing my honest experience. I initially left a fantastic review and I will say she is very kind and sweet. However, I now need to update this as the jewelry she uses caused several issues. My nipples were still bleeding at 5 months which when I brought up to Nikki she told me was normal. I went to a different piercing shop and found out they weren't healing due to poor quality jewelry and too short of a bar. I switched it out and now 2 months later they're ready for me to change out to whatever I want. My nostril healed great. However, it was pierced in a way that I can't ever have a truly tight hoop-which was the goal. As for the worst of them all, my septum had to unfortunately be pulled today by a different piercer due to improper placement. She nicked my hard tissue and put poor quality jewelry in. My new piercer tried to save it but unfortunately it couldn't be salvaged. On top of that, there's a high probability that I won't be able to repierce it due to the damage done. I'm beyond upset and angry as my septum was one of my favorite piercings and because of Nikki, I might not be able to ever have one again. Be cautious and do your research, because my other piercers after seeing the jewelry used compared it to the $10 jewelry at Hot Topic. Considering how much I paid for "high quality" jewelry, I'm severely disappointed to have been scammed now that I've seen actual high quality jewelry. read more

Nikki did my first piercing ever (my right nostril) and let me tell ya, she knows what she's doing. A friend of mine who is heavily pierced came with me, and whenever Nikki would explain what she was using, how/why she was using it, etc etc. my friend would say, "my piercer never told me that" or "I wish my piercer did that." She explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly or small. She also took into account that I planned on changing my stud to a ring in the future, and let me try a ring on to make sure I would like both looks. Like anybody else, I was a little bit concerned about how much it was going to hurt, and she told me "it feels like popping a really intense pimple." Which was totally accurate! Getting your first piercing can be daunting, especially if you're needle-phobic like me. Nikki made it feel like a breeze. She gave me a detailed "piercing aftercare" sheet and her contact info at the end of my session and told me to text or call if I had any problems. So I found Nikki on yelp and I am SO glad I did. Saying she is amazing is an understatement. My niece wanted her nose pierced and I decided to repierced mine as well. So we arrived to the shop..clean, friendly, very welcoming..everyone! After parents consent, she walked my niece and I through everything in detail.
