Absolutely horrible tattoos. Wasn't made aware of apprentices and was given a below mediocre tattoo. don't go here.

Vanessa the piercer missed the previous nipple placement at the corner of the areola and the nipple. She is not quick, it is incredibly painful. Now that had it done in mid February, I am still very painfully tender. They act "friendly " but the owner has a stalker vibe with Vanessa being nice to clients. Be wary of him. I'll let this heal and get them done correctly. read more

We had 4 piercings scheduled for 3 people and we showed up and they had sent confirmation texts, we all confirmed them thru the link they sent and guess what we showed up and they were like "oh you didn't comfirm, " but we had... I mean we were 3 people, we absolutely confirmed because we had a plane to catch, how do you not see we all confirmed? Pretty lame. read more

Got a memorial tattoo here. I know if I didn't get one that day then I wouldn't get it at all. The tattoo wasn't too big and shouldn't have been hard to mess up.. And at the time I thought the shaky blown out line was just due to it healing, but it's been over a month and it's not looking that great. Considering it's a memorial tattoo.. I won't have it removed because it has significance to me.. But I'm going to have stuff added around it at a different shop to take away from that shaky line. read more

I called in regarding if the pierce minors with parent consent and he with attitude told me no but then proceeds to say 16 and older. Staff is very friendly and all work efficiently. The facility is clean and well managed and the artwork is really good. The only thing is that the artist charge a ridiculous amount for the tattoos, payed almost 400 dollars for a 3 by 2 inch tattoo that literally would have cost 100 at another facility. I would just make sure you look at other options for a lower price if you're new to the tattoo world. read more

Awful service. Don't go there. I came in a wk ago for a consult. Set an appointment for this wk. Texted the artist the previous day no answer. CALLED the shop to confirm and the day before and they said yes we are all set for you tomorrow. I arrived at the shop and they said they called me several times left voicemails that they could not do the tattoo. When I asked what number they called they couldn't even tell me what number they called. They are incompetent. Horrible communication. Unprofessional. I showed up with exact picture of tattoo, was told yes they will do it. Got the quote and agreed to pay. Found out they don't take card so left and got cash. 3rd render by artist of tattoo was too small and we agreed on size already. Then another artist decides to weigh in and convince me of another color. I said I'm stuck on the colors exactly and it's not up for discussion. They refused to use the color I wanted and refused to give me an outline I wanted. Then when I was about to give up and go somewhere else they told me they decline my business. I've had my tragus piercing for over 10 years. The jewelry fell out, so went here to get a new piece. Martine charged me $60 for the ring and to put it in. Took over 30 minutes to get the ball onto the ring. He even asked the apprentice for help. Not even a week later the ball fell off. Went back into the shop, with my ring and ball. Guy there dropped the ball and lost it and said to come back when the piercer is there and they would take care of me. Showed up today and now they want another $20 for the ball they lost. Martine says, " I don't know what YOU did." No, dude, you put it in wrong and wouldn't help. They were RUDE and completely unprofessional. Go anywhere else than this place. read more

I regret to say after many tattoos I got my first shitty tattoo by an artist here named "Shadow". $185 I knew I was overpaying but I expected with the cockyness he had that it would be worth it. I was completely wrong. My moon looks like a cookie. My thumb is messed up also (almost fully healed). I'm sad to say my fiance's first tattoo is worse. I tried to reach out for a refund so we can get them fixed at another shop and they refuse. Husband and I both wanted a cancer ribbon, went in and got a quote, showed the guy the pictures of what we wantsd and made the appointment. Day of tattoo, the door was locked at 1:00 pm appointment time and when they came to the door the didn't remember we had appointments. Not only did we have to pay more then what was quoted for a 3x2 tattoo, we went back 5 days later to ask if my husband's tattoo was supposed to have the smeared shaky lines at the top and the color faded. Was told 'it looks good to me' and we were disrespecting his shop. We have multiple tattoos, and a tattoo never looked this faded and smeared after 5 days. All we did was ask some questions for his professional opinion, we did not disrespect him, his shop, didn't raise our voice, just asked two questions and he got so mad. Went to get a tattoo with my cousin while she was in town. It would've been her first tattoo. Called and they said they take walk-ins and that we didn't need to make an appointment. Got to the place and we were told it would be an hour wait and they would call us in an hour. When they did not call us we went back and checked in. The tattoo artist said he had to eat lunch first and then took another customer before us even after the girl up front said we were next. After waiting a total of 2 1/2 hours we finally left. I don't think they even noticed. Horrible customer service. read more

INCONSISTENT and UNCREATIVE come to mind when I think of this shop. Had planned to have a sleeve done here and didn't go as well as I had hoped. The first session went okay besides the appointment being canceled, the artist/owner no-show, etc..2nd session went about the same way but the quality in line work was not all that great but was fixed a few weeks later. 3rd and final session, or should we say last stray, was when I showed up and the artist/owner said he had a drawing for me to approve but it ending up being 2 pics I had sent him as an idea poorly photoshopped together. After about 20 mins going back and forth on the sketch, his helper comes back and says the artist is not feeling good and has to cancel. The artist/owner did not even have the professional curiosity to come and say it himself. If you have a picture/sketch you would like copied as a tattoo, this is your place to go. That is if they decide to show up for your appointment. Fortunately enough for me, I found an artist with a similar style to finish my sleeve. This shop is a "Friday 13th" tattoo shop. Get a quick little tattoo and be on your way. Had high hopes in the beginning but didn't go as expected. read more

to start, the artist wasn't bad. but then again it was a small, simple tattoo. if an artist were to mess this up, he wouldn't be considered an artist. my issue was, how much it cost. the artist did not once announce the price of the tattoo until the work was done. nowhere in the store does it state, that there is a $100 sitting fee, but it does have a sign that says "cash only". it was unprofessional how he never once told us the sitting fee, nor did he tell us the price of the tattoo before he started. i never saw him wash his hands not once, & he never switched his gloves while working on my friend & i. i do not recommend this shop, i would rather go to diversity down the street. read more

This was my first tattoo, and definitely not my last. Everything went smoothly, and artistry was amazing.

Absolutely love this place and the people that work here. Always produce wonderful art, very welcoming and personable. Michelle is my absolute favorite from her tattoo methods to how light handed she is but she isn't the only amazing artist here. The owner always makes sure you're comfortable and having a good time. I couldn't see why anyone wouldn't have an enjoyable time, unless them themselves is miserable. At the end of the day 10/10 read more
