DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. Since 4/26 my items are still not ready, very poor communication and they may or may not have lost a seat cover of mine. On 4/26 when I dropped off the seat cover and a few clothing items, I was not told a pickup time. When I did stop by two weeks later the business on Torrance Blvd was closed and a sign in the window said to call a number to pick up items. I called the number and there was no answer and voicemail was full. I got a text saying they'd call me back and they never did. I texted a few days later and they asked for my ticket number but never responded after that. After checking in via text and call (vm still full) a few more times over the next week or so (with no response), I stopped by the cleaners again. Still closed with the sign to call. When I finally reached him, he said they had moved the business to Gardena and things were "disorganized." I told him I understand moves are tricky but I would've appreciated some communication. He did not apologize. He promised he would call me by a specific time later that day and confirm he had my seat cover (clothes should be ready but he had no idea there was a seat cover). He never did. Anyways long story long, he has repeatedly made promises to check on my items and arrange delivery and call at specific times, but he has never followed through. I am still trying to get ahold of him with no luck. I have never experienced such bad customer service anywhere. It has taken way too long even with a company move to get my items. I've been here twice to get my dress shirts laundered and pressed. The first time I went, the promised timeline was not met. They didn't even tell me when my shirts would be ready. Turns out it took an additional week. During my next visit they lost one of my dress shirts. I've called multiple times and the gentleman kept promising to call me back but that has not happened. The first time I called, his response was he'll look for it. When I called the second time the excuse was, "I was busy and haven't been able to look into it." The third time I called he said "I haven't found it but it may be at a different location." The fourth time his response was "I'm dealing with landlord issues at one of my locations but I will get back to you." Of course the trend continues, I haven't heard from him. Today I received a court judgment against Koos Nearest Clears in excess of $400 for destroying my personal property (a ball gown) and failing to deliver on prepaid services (alternations). The business did not show up to court. If the court judgement isn't paid, I plan to pursue a lien on their assets until I recover my losses. read more

SO HAPPY I found this place. My office is nearby and I rented an apartment in Long Beach (LIKE AN A--HOLE) that has no washer and dryer. It has been miserable and I can't wait to both get out of Signal Hill and back into a normal situation with normal amenities. In the meantime however, this place does a GREAT job washing and folding. In fact, I may become spoiled and continue with this awesome time-saver. My clothes came back clean, smelling fresh and folded like someone with an amazing case of OCD did them. I wish this keyboard had heart emojis for the great care that was clearly given. Park around back - that is my tip . Because there is a door that faces the road, but it isn't where you enter - so if you park on the street like I did the first time, you will be schlepping your stuff all the way to the back. read more

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this cleaners. A few weeks ago, I arrived to the Gardena location with 2 bags of clothes for dry cleaning. I arrive in front of the cleaners, hands full, and the screen was up. I shout politely for assistance since there was no one at the front. The Hispanic guy who typically is there saunters to the front and tells me that I need to come to the back of the cleaners in the alley. I explain to him that my hands are full and I do not understand why I am not able to come through the front door considering I have done so in the past without a problem. He declined my request and did not even offer to at least come out to help me with my bags. Unacceptable and not the level of customer service I expect when I patronize a business. read more

I cannot begin to say enough great things about this place! I ordered some products that were made for me and shipped from overseas. Unfortunately, they were not the quality that I expected and I was in a real pinch to get 800 dog harnesses repaired. I reached out to Koos and they set me up with their Tailor, Jerry. We called to inquire about a fluff and fold drop off for a queen sized comforter. Someone answered right away and we dropped it off with no issue. It was around $15.00. It was ready to pick up when the attendant said it would be; he folded it really well and placed it in plastic bag for us to take home. The place isn't the cleanest or most organized but for a laundromat with drop-off service it served its purposes. As a previous reviewer said, park in the lot in the back instead of trying to find street parking and carrying your stuff from the front of the shop. read more

This is the most unprofessional cleaners I've EVER seen!!!!!! I took my stuff here 2 1/2+ months ago to get dry cleaned b4 i went to New York for vacation. Dropped off my stuff yo be picked up on Saturday, was told it would be ready. Saturday came, they only had my sweatshirts ready....mind u i dropped off pants and shirts that matched. I was told the pants weren't ready, i told them i was going outta town for a week and couldnt cum back till then. Cum back and my stuff still wasnt there.....i was told they had to find my stuff and my stuff wasnt ticketed right smh. Days later they drop off my pants to my house and i pay for the stuff, only to notice another item is missing. A black sweatshirt.....that i was told was misplaced somehow. I was told to call them back.....i called this dude multiple times, only for him to eventually tell me they had to find it and they would call me IF someone brought my sweater back. Here we are 2 1/2 months later.....during this time i NEVER received another call. Today i call to get reimbursed for my belongings....to be told"Oh, we found it and i can come get it". Mind u i hadn't gotten a call from this place in over 2 months, and they LIE and tell me they tried to call me. And that they was about to call me(allegedly), on the same day i called them smh. Will go down there to see wht happens tomorrow and see if i will appropriately compensated for my inconvenience.......to be continued later.
