By the morning I received a call explaining the night crew didn't realize my items were on the shelf above and that everything else was ready to be picked up... When I went to go get those items on New Years Day, 2 out of the remaining 4 were given. Instead of my 2 covers, the ladies tried to give someone else's blanket. When I said it wasn't mine, they realized the gave my covers to someone else... inconvenience #2. They said they would call the other patron so I can get my covers back... at this point, why would I even want them? I don't know how sanitary they are/aren't. No mention of a refund, discount or anything. Just apologies. When I asked for a refund they said they can only offer me a free wash on my NEXT wash hahah. Like what?! The cleaning ladies are great! The restroom is always locked though unless there is someone present but the ladies are almost never there.
