My sister told me of this location because she's almost been a life long resident of the metro area. Sparkling Image offers many detailing packages, the most options I've ever seen. I selected the most expensive Ultimate package because I wanted a thorough job. When I picked my vehicle, it looked brand new again. They opened the side sliding door so I could inspect the interior. They were proud of their work and deservedly so. The interior was spotless again. I had a few tests for them to see how thorough they were. They passed all of my little tests. I dropped off the van at 9 am and it was ready by noon. By the way they are open when it's raining. I've seen places close during rainy days. Also in their little "store" where they sell air fresheners and that sort of thing, they offer ceramic disks for your cup holders. These things are great. They absorb the sweating water from cups so they don't drip on you when you take a drink. I'll be returning here for my next detailing service.

When I go through the car wash, there is nobody to guide the car in (as with most washes), Finally someone comes out looking like I disturbed her sleep and lazily guides my car. Then get out of the car wash and I have no idea where to go! There are no signs and cars are piling up behind one another. Finally some kid comes over and directs me to a bay. After sitting for a min, a woman comes up and gestures me out of the car. I assume the waiting room is for me. What happens next I dont know because nobody tells me. My car is moderately clean for the 22 dollar charge. 44 dollars in total, and I'm not completely sure ill be back if this is the service.

I can usually handle the ones where you just drive in and park and it moves around you. There used to be 2 in my neighborhood but one closed and the other has been broken for awhile. I have noticed that this location is always really popular so I thought I would stop in. I pulled up and the staff immediately greeted me and helped me select a wash, then guided me into the wash. The staff were wearing masks. I also noticed that they had a separate line for monthly subscribers. The wash got my car 98% clean, but I did only select the $6 wash. They also have free vacuums making it a pretty good value. If you don't get a car wash, the vacuums are $2.

I was originally told by a staff member that the company would take care of the damages. He took my information down and said that someone from corporate would call me. I went up to the carwash 3-4 more times to find out when someone would call me and I was given an excuse every time. A month later, I received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon stating they were a manager and that the technician said they would not be paying for the damages because there is a sign up stating they don't pay for any damages done to the vehicle. When asked for the corporate number, I was told there isn't one. When I asked for the owners name, I was told they are very private. The a guy in the background stated I could go through my insurance. He then got on the phone and stated he was a manager and that they wouldn't be paying for damages. He then threw out that my car was SIX years old, and that it's been through snow and rain. He also stated he has an old car. When I told that my car isn't old, he then asked if I just got it off the car lot. I told him 2 years ago, I did. I then asked what he meant by that because my car isn't old or tore up and that it's irrelevant to what I'm calling for. He then moved on to tell me to look on Crew's reviews because I told him to look at the reviews with the damages done to the cars because of Royal's Car Wash. He said that stuff happens all the time, and that he has a million dollar machine. I told him damages never occurred at Crew and that he's giving me BS answers regarding my claim. He states I can go through my insurance and when I asked for the owner's info, he says he can't give it out and he says I can use his name, which he gives me. At this point, I was very frustrated as a customer and I got quiet. He says he has work to do and can't stay on the phone. Then hangs up on me. If you choose to go here, good luck!
