They even managed to ameliorate some of the scratches on the back hatch! It's just not something I ever thought to look for following a wash. I have a newer car so I am very picky about who I trust to take care of washing it. When I found Prime Car Wash I knew I had found a jewel, but nothing prepared me for the exceptional care Jeff took of me during the missing floor mat scenario that played out. I called to inquire as I assumed they just forgot to put them back in my car following the interior cleaning. He assured me when I called they would take care of me one way or the other. Jeff got back to me after researching my transaction and even went to security camera footage to see if he could figure out where my floor mats went. After thoroughly researching my case, he graciously called me back to apologize and inform me that my floor mats were put back into another car accidentally. As a result, he would see to it that they replaced my mats with the exact same ones that came with my car. I received personal communication from Jeff throughout the ordeal up to and including notifying me that just one week later, my new floor mats had arrived and would be ready whoever I had time to swing by. Fortunately my schedule allowed for me to be able to head down to their location that same day (today). I was greeted by an informed staff member that knew exactly who I was and let me know he would be taking care of me by delivering my replacement mats, getting me a complimentary interior and exterior wash as well as a gift card for the trouble for a future visit. This experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My sincerest gratitude to Jeff and the team at Prime Car Wash. you have made me a life customer and believer. Finally the girl come out, she asks what I want and recommends a scent. When I go through the car wash, there is nobody to guide the car in (as with most washes), Finally someone comes out looking like I disturbed her sleep and lazily guides my car. Then get out of the car wash and I have no idea where to go! There are no signs and cars are piling up behind one another. Finally some kid comes over and directs me to a bay. After sitting for a min, a woman comes up and gestures me out of the car. I assume the waiting room is for me. What happens next I dont know because nobody tells me. My car is moderately clean for the 22 dollar charge. 44 dollars in total, and I'm not completely sure ill be back if this is the service.

I was originally told by a staff member that the company would take care of the damages. He took my information down and said that someone from corporate would call me. I went up to the carwash 3-4 more times to find out when someone would call me and I was given an excuse every time. A month later, I received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon stating they were a manager and that the technician said they would not be paying for the damages because there is a sign up stating they don't pay for any damages done to the vehicle. When asked for the corporate number, I was told there isn't one. When I asked for the owners name, I was told they are very private. The a guy in the background stated I could go through my insurance. He then got on the phone and stated he was a manager and that they wouldn't be paying for damages. He then threw out that my car was SIX years old, and that it's been through snow and rain. He also stated he has an old car. When I told that my car isn't old, he then asked if I just got it off the car lot. I told him 2 years ago, I did. I then asked what he meant by that because my car isn't old or tore up and that it's irrelevant to what I'm calling for. He then moved on to tell me to look on Crew's reviews because I told him to look at the reviews with the damages done to the cars because of Royal's Car Wash. He said that stuff happens all the time, and that he has a million dollar machine. I told him damages never occurred at Crew and that he's giving me BS answers regarding my claim. He states I can go through my insurance and when I asked for the owner's info, he says he can't give it out and he says I can use his name, which he gives me. During a recent visit, the car wash ripped a large portion of the front bumper away from my van. Instead of taking responsibility or even investigating the situation fairly, I was immediately told that the damage must have already existed before entering the wash. As a customer, I expected accountability and a willingness to work toward a resolution. Instead, I was left with a damaged vehicle and no assistance. After looking into the company further, I discovered they currently have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, and many of the complaints appear to involve vehicle damage and denied claims. Seeing that pattern made my experience even more frustrating. I understand accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Unfortunately, my experience was that customer concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I encourage anyone considering this car wash to research reviews, BBB complaints, and customer experiences before trusting them with their vehicle.
