If you see my previous review about using the car wash, this is the vendor I chose to repair my car. I actually found them through my insurance company who recommended this company, however, what made me ultimately choose them is because of the great reviews that have been left. Let me just say that it is absolutely the truth. They arrange for a schedule drop off time of your vehicle, which I thought was amazing and they also coordinate your rental car . Dropping off the vehicle took literally five maybe 10 minutes. There is a waiting area while your estimator professional gather your keys. Take a look at the vehicle and kind of give you some expectation on how long it will take.. Once I got in my rental and returned to my home, I had already received a text, confirming that the vehicle was dropping off a couple of days later I received an updated text that the estimate was completed. And when the vehicle was ready for pick up, I received another text letting me know. I loved this level of communication and keeping me in the loop. I thought this was fantastic. I didn't have to call or haggle or harass. Anyone just to get information which was great. I picked up the vehicle. It was a seamless process a special thanks to my Repair coordinator Terrell for all of his hard work constant communication and they did an amazing job on my vehicle. ANOTHER FRAUDULENT body shop. I got rear ended and Geico said this was one of THEIR recommended repair facilities. we made an appointment to drop off the vehicle, reserved a rental for the week and the day I got there to hand over the keys the scammer aka TERELLE GREEN csm comes out to look at my car and refuses to take it in stating their shop ONLY works on 2010 and newer vehicles. My Acura is a 99 and was mint prior to this accident. metal is metal and paint is paint what BS excuse are you going to give me? Then he stated we may not be able to find parts.. Again BS as I found the bumper cover tail light and even the metal crash bar with no issues online. They knew the year of the vehicle and still wasted my time to bring it in. I think they did not like the preliminary estimate from Geico and after reviewing it they did not want to work with them. This shop should be DROPPED from their preferred list. Our new minivan was damaged in a parking mishap and our insurance company referred us to this shop and one other in our area. We ended up choosing this shop based on their overall higher rating here on Yelp. I'm so glad we did! They were very easy to work with and got our minivan back to us in a reasonable amount of time. Upon first meeting, the tech informed us of what they planned on doing over the course of the days they needed to keep the vehicle. He patiently explained everything we wanted to know in a way that was easy to understand. The shop never left us feeling worried that they weren't going to do everything they needed to do with our vehicle and our insurance company. When we got minivan back, it looked so brand new. Would like to put zero stars, but Yelp doesn't allow that. First of all, I had to wait 3 weeks to get quoted. Which is ridiculous! When they did eventually quote they assessed everything and took pictures. After that, it took them two whole months of ghosting us before they finally responded. I finally brought the car in, at their request, and they said they can't fix the car because it was wrapped! Which they should have told me from the beginning instead of waisting my time! They were supposed to replace the whole hood, side fender, and headlight so there's no reason a wrap on my car would be an issue for anything when I just want replacements for parts. They also knew about the wrap from the beginning! I do not recommend this place!! read more

Great experience here! I brought my 4RUNNER here because it is contracted with Geico, my car insurance company. My teen had scrapped up the front bumper. I was disappointed that Geico repaired, not replaced, the bumper. However, the bumper looks great and the work has a lifetime warranty. I was in and out quickly at drop off and pickup. It was great to have an onsite adjuster and rental car counter. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday. Would use their services again. read more

I can't recommend this shop enough. We had scratches on the front bumper of our car that we wanted repaired. They weren't anything crazy but it was an eyesore to us and an irritation since it wasn't our fault. I was nervous to get it fixed because the color is a bit unique and I've seen some horror stories about paint matching. Autobody Solutions Peoria had an appointment for us within a week and the car was done in less than 2 weeks in perfect condition, cleaner than when it was dropped off. They were thorough with the repairs, the paint is a perfect match, and they were also able to fill in some screw holes from a front license plate holder for very little extra. Finding a trustworthy shop for car repairs is always a bit stressful but I am happy we chose Autobody Solutions Peoria. Everyone from the receptionists to Jessie who managed the repairs were friendly and communicative. We will definitely be returning for any other car needs, especially when it involves paint! read more

I had a very unprofessional experience with this auto body shop. I emailed William the customer service manager once my car insurance paid them up front for the repairs ... my email when unanswered for couple of weeks .. so I called to see why I'm not getting a response they cashed the check from Statefarm to repair of my vehicle.. nice lady took my message and I finally received not a call but email from that customer service manager .. the email response received was unreal - I quote "based off of our interactions I do not feel our shop will meet your expectations and advise you to please contact Statefarm in regards to the payments for the claims and they will also let you know what shops they have available ". WTH You haven't even started the work but cashed the check... you ghost me for weeks and you say your shop won't meet my expectations yeah you're right you've drop the ball in the communication department for sure .. what about the refund .. most unprofessional establishment that I ever dealt . read more

I was there on 10/11/19. My truck was hit by another driver and I needed an estimate. The woman in the front was very rude and when I was asking questions was very short and was talking down to me. I have never been through a situation like this before, so I have been asking questions elementary to her. I didn't deserve to be treated like a sub par human. I would avoid a place like this! I call ABRA and although they couldn't get me in that day they had me come in so they could order parts and expedite to try and get done before the move. Appreciative already. I have never dealt with a body shop before, but when some jerk backed into my car at a stop light I had no choice. My insurance company uses these guys, and their work is certified. From start to finish, it was a flawless transaction. Car went in for a new front bumper/grill on Monday and was done on Wednesday. They sent text messages with updates, and were so pleasant and easy to work with. The car looks beautiful again! And as an added bonus, she was washed and lightly detailed (inside and out) when I picked her up. I would recommend this place time and time again! They deserve every star I gave them. UPDATE: 1/18/16 So a month after getting my car back from ABRA, I'm in California and some other moron hits the front of my car trying to pass me in a hurry. I'm sent back here and once again, they did a fantastic job! They send daily updates, even when there's nothing to update. They are thorough. Picking up and dropping off was a breeze. PLUS, my car was (once again) spic and span clean when I got her back (even the tires!) These guys deserve every star possible. read more

The dent is gone and the paint matches, getting into a rental was convenient and easy. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that the paint job looked poorly done in one spot. When I went back in to complain someone came out and looked and told me, "that's just what Fords look like, you probably never noticed because it was dirty." Looking at my car now makes me sick. I got it back Christmas Eve and was absolutely devastated at how bad it looks and how I was spoken to. I should take it back to be fixed, but I don't want it to look worse. read more
