Good professional operation. The employees are really good and kind and will answer all your questions and our upfront and honest. I never felt they were selling me anything that wasn't needed and they were always upfront about cost. Will continue to come here for my tire needs. They have done mechanical work...PERFECT on high end cars and computers. Plus the provided me with high end tires and wheels. I had my tires aligned there and wheels placed on MBZ and 760 LI and Optima SX Turbo... with no issue. My car was taken in within 15 minutes. They promised to have my car done within an hour and they were done prior to that time. They gave me the results of my alignments which I have never received from any other shop. They replaced a right rearview mirror and had to reconnect the computer and make all the lights and bells work due to the crazy electronics of cars today...reset the brain and had the car working in an hour. OPTIMA TURBO SX. Took my Lamborghini in because I needed to get some tire sensors installed and calibrated properly. They were top notch. Would trust them with all my vehicles... I have a few. I send all my friends to Toro in Calimesa...and they also installed a rear camera and dash camera in my Mercedes. Super happy with everything! Then there is a guy named Ismael. He always follows up with a phone call a few days later to make sure everything is alright. They made a house call with a battery for my fathers....S - CLASS BENZ. That was amazing. Then Ismael took my dads car to the carwash as he felt it was toooooo dirty. That was very amazing and cool. I have referred 7 people to Toro and not one of my friends will go anywhere else...and not one have had a complaint. That is very relieving as I do not normally refer folks to places as if they do a bad job then it can ruin a friendship. So...I feel very confident when my folks...head out to Toro. They did a transmission for a Mazda 3 on my assistants car a few months ago and he says it has not driven any better and have driven it to San Francisco five times since the transmission complete install. We got some motor mounts done on our car and the mechanic put all the wrong ones on now we have to redo all 4 we told Toro tires this but all they did was argue with us. Please don't go there to get your car fixed. They will rip you off. They charged us a little over$800 for the motor mounts and labor now we have to take our car to another mechanic to get the job done right. The motor mounts that we have on our car now is making the whole car shake. We are on a fixed income and these dumb mechanics at Toro tires don't care. read more

No stars! I thought Miguel was honest but I was completely wrong. He didn't show up to open shop when I had an appointment scheduled and prepaid for services. It took 3 days to get in contact with him to refund my money. He states he put it back on card and sent a screenshot of god know what but now I had to file a claim with my bank. Stay Away from this shop! Most untrustworthy work ever. Went in to pick up a used tire, the worker said it's in great condition and that he'll take care of me. As soon as we pulled out of the shop the same tire marked low air so took it to a gas station to fill it with air and as soon as we got home there was an old rust nail in the tire so I called in and told the guy and he said to go back so he takes care of it. We go back and the owner was no where to be found(same guy who sold us the tire) the brother denied it being like that from the start and as soon as he took off the tire there were 3 NAILS In it. Still they denied it being there from from them. They did not balance nor did they dunk the tire in water to look for leaks. Take your money else where ! read more

Car was making a weird noise. Drove to the shop. I explained what was going on and the shop owner took em and my car on a test drive so we both could hear the noise. About 45 min later he called me and told me what needed to be fixed. It was already late in the afternoon (4:30) and he had to order the parts so he kept the car over night and said it would be ready at 10:30 the next day. At 10:29 my car was ready. So, glad I went to this shop. I was in desperate need of a tune up and the owner actually was closed for the holiday but he opened the shop just for me. He not only took care of my tune up but also checked my check engine light and was able to fix the problem. I definitely recommend this shop and will no longer take my car anywhere else. read more

Had a screw in my tire at 5 o'clock called several places this place is open till six everyone else close at five and couldn't help me. This place took me right in and me and right away very professional patched up my tire had me going within 20 minutes.Very small shop but don't let that deceive you they're actually really great!!! read more

Went in and order tires on Thursday January 21st and was told they would be there Friday. Made an appointment for Saturday at 8:30, when I arrived the place was closed, they showed up 10 minutes late and was not greeted for another 10 mins. When he finally came into the office he asked what he could do for me. I reminded him I had an appointment and order my tires on Thursday. I was informed they did not get them but would have them by 10am and he would call me. I called at 11 and was informed that they still were not there but should be any second. I was also by him that he was not leaving until he got them, I asked if my car would be done today he said yes and would call once he had them. I tried to call around 2 multiple times no answer. So I drove down there and the place was closed, tried to call again and no answer and couldn't leave a message. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this place to anyone! read more
