Typically not out here dishing out 5 stars. To compel me to review you've gotta be either really bad, or oppositely, really good. That being said, I never had a good experience with any tire shops prior. Either they don't care or they hate their jobs. The manager Randy, certainly loves his job. Super knowledgeable, and honest. 2 tire balances, a road force balance, a test drive, over the course of 4 appointments and I was finding myself a little annoyed at the situation. The tires were found to be defective, and there was no hesitation to rectify the situation. Tires were ordered, claims on warranty were presumably made, and new tires installed right away. Although a shop like this charges slightly more than others, it's because they incorporate road hazard insurance, balancing and rotations into the cost. I'm glad I purchased my tires from them, and I recommend for anyone looking for a no hassle no headache experience, and included support on tire maintenance. Special thanks to Randy. We've been loyal to Les Schwab, and the Yucaipa location in particular, as they have consistently acted in our best interest, not theirs. Today is a case in point: we went there today fully intending to buy a new full set of tires because they have over 30k miles on them and one had sprung a leak last night on a long trip home. Randy (I assume the manager) told us the tires still had plenty of wear left, and replaced the leaky tire free of charge! We could have easily spent up to $2000, but instead the good people at Les Schwab stood behind their product and kept us on the road at no cost to us! There is no better place for tires! read more

So here's the thing, I sm a Beaumont resident, the Beaumont location is a lot closer to me... but when you call and deal with rude ppl you go elsewhere. I like Les Schwab I've for the most part have had good service, with the exception of the same guy from Beaumont. I called this location & spoke with Enrique, honestly this dude I feel went above and beyond. I made a same day appointment to get my rear breaks & rotors done, and he was ready to serve me! Got my car serviced within a couple hours, a reasonable price (for today's market) and I'm happy. Thank you Enrique for a job well done! I'm still trying to unpack what occurred at this location. Few weeks ago I took my F150 in for a tire rotation and front wheel balance. Pretty simple stuff. We sat there waiting to watch the guy work on the truck but never saw him actually do the work. I assumed we'd see him pushing the wheels down to where the balancing machine is near the back of the shop near the side entrance for the staff. About 90 minutes later this kid comes and tells me my trucks ready. I said, "really, wow I never even saw you put it in the lift." He made no response, just looked at me. Then he tells me the tires were adjusted to 35psi. I said, "hang on, if the tires were set to 35 then you've got to add 6 more Lbs. the sticker on the doors clearly states 41psi cold." He then said well thats what they're at, and just looked at me. Then he tells me my brakes are in need of replacing soon and that I'm down to 50 percent left on the pads. I said, " really that's very interesting since the trucks a 2025 Lightning with 5,044 miles on it and is a full EV with regenerative braking and the pads are easily supposed to last 100k plus. Again he gives me a blank stare and proceeds to tell me my bills 39 dollars and change. I gotta admit, I'm still a little befuddled by this. Having worked in a tire shop for two years myself (many years ago) I sorta have a clue what goes on. This one left me scratching my head. To management. Train train train your people better. I seriously doubt I will return to this location if changes aren't made and I won't be recommending these folks for ANY type of maintenance or repairs. Sad! read more

I was honestly on the fence about ever coming back here. After a pretty frustrating experience and having to return to get a previous mistake fixed, I was just about ready to take my business to Costco from now on. But then Randy stepped in. I didn't even realize he was a manager--he was working right alongside the techs, not just pointing fingers or hiding in the office. Turns out he's new, but you can already feel the shift in the shop. The culture seems sharper, more on point, and you can tell Randy is leading the charge. He made things right without excuses, gave me solid customer service, and actually made me feel like my business mattered. I grew up in a household where my parents were loyal to companies that treated them well and didn't constantly try to upsell. Before COVID, I followed the same principle. However, after COVID, companies became more expensive without improving productivity or service. This was especially noticeable at tire stores. I had spent over ten thousand dollars at one well-known chain, but post-COVID, I was lucky to get a tire change in four hours. So, it surprised me when I arrived at the Les Schwab location in Yucaipa, and Christian greeted me in the parking lot. He showed me my options and never pushed the more expensive ones. When I came in on a Saturday, I barely had time to grab food a block away before they were done. Later that day, I thought I "heard" something, and they were happy to put my vehicle back on the lift to check it out. Their prices weren't the lowest but were in line with other stores, especially considering the time I saved. I don't typically recommend businesses, but they will treat you fairly. read more

Yucaipa Les Schwab did a safety check on front end components after another shop said I needed thousands of dollars worth of work. They said nothing was urgent and the other shop might have been jumping the gun on repairs. Good to know since we are traveling and it was worrisome to have such a large dollar repair! Bought tires here few months ago, also bought a spare and recently had a nail puncture on one of the tires. So , I was able to bring it in to have it swapped so I could work tomorrow and they said it would be a 3-4 hour wait for a tire swap on the punctured tire. That is a service which generally takes 10-15 minutes. I am a returning customer with their product. Doesn't look good from my point of view. I would come here for luxury work on your vehicle if you like top retail prices but don't recommend if you are looking for quick service and friendly attitude towards returning customers, there was no "sorry for the inconvenience" or and empathy for my situation just attitude and unwanted business because it probably just wasn't worth the effort or time. Needless to say I found another place down the street and it took 10 minutes and $20 so I will just be going there from now on. read more

They spent the whole afternoon looking for the right bolts in their shop. When I went to pick up my car, I was expecting to pay for labor but they said everything was on them. After getting my tires there it was to my surprise that the dates of the tires I received were old. I do not know and yes being naive about it had also had them on my husband's truck. now he had a blowout on the freeway, this could have been catastrophic if he had gotten into an accident, thank God he did not. When I went in 1/23 for my 9am appointment, I spoke with Jonathan and filled him in on my situation with my vehicle. I told him I have been to the Beaumont and Yucaipa location before and Beaumont suggested that I replace my ball joints so now I wanted to take care of that. It was also on my notes when I booked my appointment online. I went into detail about what problem I was having with my Jeep. It viciously shakes any time I go over bumpy roads going over 40MPH. He said my car "vibrates" because my tires are bad. I told him my tires are brand new and that's probably not it. Then he said my tires were not balanced which I've had them balanced twice prior and that's not the issue. Anyone who has had the Jeep death wobbles would not compare the violet shaking to a vibration. Talking to him was annoying and he tried to make me second guess myself. I told him I changed out many parts and my ball joints were the last thing to get swapped out. I dropped my car off at 9, he called me back at 10:17am to let me know all of the issues with my car. I handed the phone over to a male friend and he repeated himself and when we asked for the price he didn't have it so he said he would call back. 3 minutes later he did and we said to only fix the ball joints and he said it might need an alignment but that wasn't certain. 1:13 he called me back telling me that the car was done and that's the alignment was needed because the tires weee facing inward or something along those lines. I was frustrated and told him this will be my third alignment and he interjected and said it's actually the second so I replied to him saying that I obviously got an alignment elsewhere. He said that the reason why my car was vibrating, was because the tires were not balanced, and he did that free of charge as a courtesy. It is very frustrating as a woman going into an auto shop because I feel like I am not being heard and talked down upon as if I do not know the work that has gotten into the truck that I am building. Jonathan is rude and pretentious. I had a friend to pick up my car and on my drive to Beaumont from Yucaipa. My car is still violently shaking and is steering to the right. I spent $507 and for the job to it get done correctly especially at a big chain location is disappointing. Now I have to go back and waste more time to get an alignment again as if my time is not valuable. Jonathan is terrible so I'll definitely be sharing my experience anywhere I can. I will not be doing business with this chain at all and I know I'm only one person and don't matter but working customer service myself, that's no way to treat or make a PAYING customer feel. Alignment has a 30 day warranty but wasn't even worth taking it back. Jonathan is trash but the store manager did call me and told me to come in and see him but I was over it. I ended up having brake (caliper) issues prior to a holiday weekend and stopped in on Thursday and got a FREE brake inspection. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly lady (Great Smile) and then was Greeted by Jonathan. He was super friendly and confirmed what I thought was wrong. The parts were ordered and I was back Friday for the work. They replaced both brake calipers on the front, turned both rotors, and new pads.. I even added on a full synthetic oil change.. I was at Riley's Farm for my son's field trip, and a man told me my tire was flat. After a kind gentleman placed the spare tire on my car, I drove down the hill and yelped tire places. Les Schwab was .3 miles further than another tire place, but had 5 stars! Came in and wow! One of the guys came to my car when I parked, escorted me inside and told me there I won't be charged! Have gone there 3 times with 3 different vehicles for tires and alignments over the last 2 years, and after the third failure they are out for me. Took one car in for new wheels and tires. When they go to mount the tires they did not have the right lug nuts to put on after sitting there for 2 hours. Took in another for an alignment, on way home the steering wheel became misaligned, got home for that one and checked the tire rod sleeve and it was loose, as in not even tightened down at all, strike 2. Kid took his car there for an alignment because all the other shops nearby were booked. They supposedly aligned it, yet 2000 miles later the front tires were melted off, strike 3. I think you'd be better off having the Three Stooges work on your cars than taking to this place. read more

I wish this place had better customer service. We have had past issues because we did walk in service. I decided to give it another try because i had a flat tire that i needed fixed, but this time, I made an appointment and dropped off my vehicle. 3 hours later, it was finally done.
