Took a couple days for them to come out and do the estimate, then a couple days to email us the estimate, then contacted them to have the work done and it's been two weeks and haven't heard anything. I am the type of person who will research a company/person till the ends of the earth before I hire them, so naturally I did the same with KO's landscaping. We have had Eduardo and his team work on our yard for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. They are very professional and we absolutely love their work. Our yard is always looking pristine and he charges very reasonably. He and his team just put in plants into our backyard to make it more lush and it is beautiful! We had the most horrendous backyard when we bought the house including a weed jungle that could rival with the greenery of the Amazon as well as a poor excuse of a sectioned "grassy" area that resembled more like an abandoned putting green in the middle of the the yard. On top of that we had a drip irrigation that was more temperamental than a hormonal teenager. Needless to say, he fixed all that hot mess and made it look wonderful. Furthermore, he always comes on time and very thorough with his work. Don't look any further, I promise you KO is really as good as the reviews state. I wouldn't know what to do without Eduardo and his team (we probably would be living in what looks like a ghetto abandoned mini golf course in the middle of the jungle?). read more

First off, I got estimates through the Yelp app from 6 different companies. These guys were by far the best deal. Scheduling process was pleasant as they sent me an email with all the pertinent details. I needed an overgrown tree trimmed and thinned out, and the workers took their time and made it look great again. Before leaving, they made sure I was happy with the outcome (I was very happy), and they cleaned up all the debris perfectly. I would NOT recommend this company and will never use them again. Their scheduling department is horrible, they cannot even get the appointments correct for their "customers" who are on a bi-weekly or monthly service with them! I had to call and remind them two different times that they did not show up on the day they were supposed to and I still paid for one of those services after they came on a different day. Then, yes it gets worse, I was verbally quoted one price for bi-weekly services, then received a bill for nearly double that and they argue with me that they misspoke but it was in the written notes they provided to their billing department but NOT ME the customer?! I would rather pick up a person holding a sign that says "will work for food/money" and they'd do a better job. Even the landscaping crew - only spends an hour max at your house regardless of the size and they don't do what you ask them to do or they only do half the work. read more

I contacted KO landscaping. Edwardo came out to my house and I told him what I wanted, rock and a concrete slap. He told me he would follow up with an email quote I never received quote, I called three times to get a quote after he came to look at my yard. When I called I was promised a call back each time and I never received promised call or email. I have a small yard. I'm guessing they just didn't think it was worth the time, I would have appreciated a communication of non interest and not just empty promises that Edwardo would respond. I was willing to spend at least $1,600 up to 2,500 just wanted my backyard to be nice. If you have small jobs this is not a company for you. read more

I search Yelp for most of my services that I get done. I needed to get a river rock bed put into my front yard, and I was looking for someone to do it. I was quoted an absurd amount by another company, and I came across KO's Landscaping on Yelp, as it was the only one listed as "open" early Saturday morning. If you have landscaping needs, do not look any further. I could not be more impressed with Eduardo and his team at KO's. He came out to my house within two hours to give me an estimate, he told me exactly what I needed to be done, came on-time the day of the install and it looks fantastic. The clean-up job was also great. They did the whole job in the amount of time it took my wife to shop at Costco. I had a great experience with this company! Hired them to do a cleanup on yard. I had gotten behind, weedeater had broken, so it had quickly become a mess, and more than I wanted to tackle personally. Thought prices were very reasonable, and they did SUCH a good job. Hired them after that to come weekly for maintenance...first time I've done that - just too much on my plate to keep doing it myself. They are very professional, nice and yard looks amazing. They are very detail oriented. They even really blow off the patio. Saves me from sweeping and looks so clean after they are here. Sounds little, but the people they hire at my work - lawn debris always is scattered on the porch requiring me to vacuum each time they leave. Just plain extra work that a blower could do in a few seconds. Anyways, I appreciate the job they do, it's been a really great experience so far, and highly recommend them! read more
