The good is the food although cold taste good . The bad is that it arrived cold and with no salsa , no green sauce or red sauce or sauce at all? For a Mexican place ? I've never been inside this store so I don't know if you need to get it yourself , but for those of us ordering to be delivered they should automatically couple samples included in the bag ... also I think they should have more detailed options on the order website to choose from so the pick up delivery driver can do a better job. I tried the surf and turf burrito and unfortunately it was disappointing. The carne asada was dry, overcooked, and tasted a little burnt. The burrito was also surprisingly watery and seemed to be mostly rice and beans, with not much meat or shrimp. I have to say this spot has become a go-to for me when I'm craving tacos or ceviche. My favorite is the al pastor and my husband loves the lengua. I almost always order the ceviche de pescado tostada. It's so fresh and hits the spot. I'm also a sucker for their melon agua fresca. I love that they have a salsa bar with three different flavors along with lemons, onions and jalapenos. They have different specials throughout the week, so I like to take advantage of the taco Tuesday. Service is always friendly and your order is ready in no time. Sometimes I'll call in my order and it's ready when I get there. I always take my order to go, but there's plenty of space there if you want to bring a few friends and eat there. Prices are reasonable and there's a great variety to choose from on the menu. They're hidden away a bit in the shopping center, but they're definitely worth finding your way over when you're craving some tacos. read more

My "Go to" item is the Carne Asada burrito, lean grilled beef, no fatty gristle, fresh beans, rice, cilantro and onions. The salsa bar has an incredible creamy avocado salsa. Food is consistently good. The price went up recently but completely understandable given the current inflation. We always get tacos with lengua, al pastor, potato, or fish. If they continue with the same quality and quantity, I'll keep coming back. Service is great, nice people. Salsa bar is a must for me. Was in La Verne and wanted to grab burritos for dinner. A quick yelp searched have me this spot that was closest to where I was. I got a carne asada and an al pastor burrito. Both were delish. The meats were seasoned perfectly and the price was fantastic compared to the $18 plus per burrito in the OC. Service was great. Order taken with modifications with no issues. After being ignored up the street at Rubio's, we came here on a whim because we were in the mood for some fish tacos. Ordered the shrimp ceviche and it was excellent. Lots of shrimp and so flavorful. Fish tacos were on point and the taquitos were delicious. We also ordered the fish and chips. The fish could have been a bit larger but you do get 4 pieces and the fries were amazing!
