The fried clam strips are absolutely a must. They are getting hard to find around the country and it is a pleasure to be able to get them when in Utica. They are seasoned just right. The oysters were a bit small, but very fresh and served with wonderful accompaniments. The haddock was perfectly cooked. And everyone at my table seemed pleased with the full variety of this most satisfying menu. Coffee and dessert were very nice. No cappuccino or espresso, but that's not why you come to this delightful seafood restaurant. I will continue to come back when I am in Utica.

The dining area had lots of decorations as you'd imagine the theme was beach like. Started off with calamari and it was very unique - the rings were cut thinner than most places and the light breading really let the flavors come through...definitely fresh and really good. Opted for the deep fried haddock and shrimp special, shrimp were very large and still had bite to them so I have to believe they were very fresh. Beer battered haddock was good - two strips with a nice coating. Took a pic of the dinner but it came out lousy - good reason to return.

My date even ordered a non-seafood dish and was very happy with the outcome. My crab Alfredo lunch portion was definitely adequately portioned, and I have to say the amount of crab was eye popping. Not to mention delicious! We did order appetizers and I was very happy with my server's knowledge of ingredients. I cannot have scallops (which is a shame, because they always look and smell so appetizing), and the server knew right away that the seafood stuffed mushrooms do in fact contain scallops. We opted for a duo of mozzarella sticks and crispy green beans for an appetizer. The mozzarella sticks were fine -just what one would expect. The crispy green beans were not so wonderful. They were edible, but definitely not crispy and the batter flaked off on the short trip from the plate to the dipping sauce. It almost seemed as though they had used the previous evening's boiled green beans for today's crispy green bean lunch. Who knows. :) Regardless, we were not disappointed at all with the whole of our experience, and I must add that all of the good I saw on other tables as I walked through or that I saw being brought out looked and smelled very appetizing. For a Red Lobster (aka: a chain restaurant), they did a very nice job.

We had not been in awhile since new management took over, endless shrimp was removed, and food and service just were not the same. When we heard endless shrimp had returned we knew we had to go back. Mind you prices for participating in the shrimp free for all has gone up substantially and will set you back 29.99 a person. For me I can no longer eat like that so bowed out of the free for all. My partner in crime was totally on board for participating n the free for all.... While plates come out steadily food quality and taste are just not there. Given the price endless shrimp is no longer the deal it used to be and for the price would rather order quality seafood. The restaurant is in clear need of TLC and has not been updated in many years. Sad as days gone by I remember when endless shrimp was in full swing there would be a wait for a table with all three dining rooms open. Unfortunately, the place is like a tired ghost town which is sad to see and would not be surprised to see it close.

The menu features a variety of snacks, boba tea, and traditional Nepali dishes like momos and chowmein, all prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. The wife and I kinda stumbled upon Muju while in the area. We were heading somewhere else to eat, which happened to be closed, and we came upon Muju around the corner, saw the good reviews, and decided to give it a try. And we were glad we did. It's definitely an interesting place - you can order food at the front counter, there are tables to sit and eat, but then also an international grocery store in the middle of the building. We both ordered a tea, some Nepali spicy chicken chow mein, and an order of fried pork momo, which are their version of gyoza, or dumplings. Our food was delicious. The spicy chow mein definitely had a kick to it, but was very good. Dumplings are one of my absolute favorite foods, I usually prefer the thinner wrappers over the thicker ones - there were the thicker ones, but they were cooked so perfectly it didn't matter. Crispy outside, the meat filling inside was delicious. We're not in Utica often, but we'd definitely go back again if we were in the area,
