There is an internal inefficiency in their kitchen operations in recent months that results in delays. They seem to have enough staff. They just seem to have lost their rhythm. The ambience is lovely, the table settings fine. But there are little things that are slipping. As you can tell from my many reviews of this restaurant over the last several years, this beautiful establishment has achieved four stars. But today in June 2026, their beautiful cuisine is served on nice porcelain plates, but their coleslaw is served in a paper cup. The music is way too loud so you can't have a conversation at the table unless you scream. And they claim to not be allowed to turn the music down. They clearly cater to the 30 and under crowd. The 60s and older are not a priority for them. Wine is properly served, and the drinks are nicely mixed but to get a refill will take you a very long time. When the tables around you are empty, it begs the question as to what is the cause of the delay. My last two dinners here experienced these inexcusable delays. I hope they get the problem straightened out. Because this really is a destination restaurant.

And for being in an area with a fair amount of ethnic diversity, their idea of 'international food' is Ortega and LaChoy. I'm amazed that Price Chopper, a company that generally has considerable quality, has allowed this location to continue operating like this.
