My friend got the strawberry French toast and ate it so quickly! We also got a side of pancakes, and my absolute favorite was the cookie butter pancakes -- they were SO good. Everyone was completely satisfied with everything we ordered, and I couldn't believe how fast the food came out -- 10 minutes or less! The macadamia nut coffee was delicious too, and they even had a whole selection of coffee creamers right on the table, which was such a great touch. Great food, huge portions, super fast service, and everything we tried was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

They close at 2 so you have to find that sweet spot in the time to arrive to assure you're not waiting too long or are even able to get a table. The alternative is to do takeout which is just as good! It's fast, and the food is just as good at home as it is in the restaurant. The prices are reasonable, being that you're getting a great meal with good ingredients and supporting a nice little local business spot. Our food costs were $25-$19 per meal and it was worth it. Super tasty, and especially loved the chorizo gravy on the country fried steak!

I've been here multiple times, and honestly, the service was usually just okay. But this time, our waiter was super friendly and attentive, which really made a difference in the overall experience. The restaurant is pretty spacious, but it can get loud when it's busy. I ordered the mushroom omelette, which was good, but let's be real--I mainly come here for the toast and that red jelly. That combo is always my favorite!

The restaurant is nice and clean but heads up they don't have restrooms. They said you actually have to leave and use the food courts next door. Anyways, their food is always excellent. I decided to treat myself to their pork belly breakfast, omg it was so delicious. Though it is a bit pricey, sometimes it's good to treat yourself. Their rolls are excellent as usual, my only complaint their coffee cups are so small. If you're gonna give small cups, please leave the pitcher lol. Now for their bakery, they are known for their coco puffs but they have so much more! Cream puffs, cupcakes, etc. though they are also kind of expensive, i still walked out with a non shameful amount lol.

But our second time was a mellow Wednesday for lunch and while the timing was better (still not synced), the food was either meh or completely shameful. Yes, shameful! Wife got the Caesar salad with char siu chicken katsu. The chicken was ono but the salad was lazy. Basic greens with a low-quality bottled sauce squeezed on top. No wonder it came out five minutes before mine. I got the fish tacos with tots (extra $2), and this dish was the most egregious rip off I've ever seen in a restaurant. No wonder the server dropped it and ran. For $18, I got three street taco-sized flour tortillas, goopy mayo-laden "slaw", and pico with a teeny tiny piece of fish on top. See the pics! Smaller than my thumb. Barely two tater tots in size. And because it was plopped into mayo slaw, it was soggy on arrival. The fish was also suspiciously fishy tasting. I debated eating it. I ended up making one taco with all the fish and a potato taco with some tots before finally giving up. I know things are tough for restaurants right now. But this was ridiculous. I paid and left and called it a lesson learned. I'll likely stick to the Pucks Alley location from now on. Still some pride in what they serve there.

It is quite small in there but they really maximize their space with the bar. The food was great. You can tell they make the food to order so everything is nice and fresh! We got the ube haupia French toast, the crab cake Benedict and the bansilog. I think I enjoyed the carb cake Benedict the most with the sweet potato fries. They make the food very aesthetic with the cute flower. Although it took us a little while to figure out what we wanted, the ladies were super nice and didn't rush us. Dining area is on the smaller side (maybe 6 tables & bar seating). I ordered the Wagyu Loco Moco ($18) and added fried rice ($2 extra). Wagyu patty was okay, not very flavorful... I ordered it medium rare but it was definitely well done. Fried rice was just okay too, the gravy saved this plate for sure though. Also, wish it came with mac salad - that's just me though. Overall, really really wanted to love this place but I feel like I could go to other breakfast places nearby to get quicker, cheaper & better food.
