Your nails health is important there! they remove cuticles, and actually get the polish super close to the cuticle. It literally looks like the nail polish is growing from my cuticle. Perfect shape. I was stuck in the elevator before they could come and let me out so the location isn't the greatest. I've heard good things about the service and I'm sorry I wasn't able to experience that.

She really took her time and was really thorough with my cuticles (I'm a notorious picker). She does a thicker gel base under the gel polish which I really like because for once my nails feel stable and not like they could bend up and down all day. I have a feeling these will last a lot longer than me than normal gel coat. She made it really clear she cared about what I thought during the process and walked me through the whole process in case I felt any heat on my nails etc. Considering the hard gel base, her prices are super reasonable! And for beautiful cuticle work (without drawing blood), yes plz! So, the vibe, the cleanliness, the communication, the pedi options (and chair), conversation, ease of scheduling have been great. I'm really hard on my nails and she's brought in new product for me to ensure they're as durable as possible. She really has gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much. I started to see her during Covid because I trusted her protocols and (as someone who went to cosmo school) I appreciate her high standards when it comes to sanitation.
