They never call to schedule regular check-ups or to make sure progress is being made with the treatment. There have been no-follow ups. When we follow-up, there is always something else that needs to be done. We don't have good visibility into when the treatment will end. It is a like a subscription you cannot end. Your child is asked to wear rubber bands then retainers for a very long time. No one tells you the orthodontic treatment will take a life time to complete.

I recently went in for a deep cleaning and I was bit nervous about it I explained to the hygienist my concerns and she took the time to explain the procedure to me and how I would feel after I was done but what I love the most is how gentle she was and asked me every few minutes if I was ok. Then they do mistakes in the submission to the insurance. They don't count payments from the insurance. They charge you for operations in the future When you call them to sort out the situation, you never have the right person. And the right person never call you back.
