It looks like you can order at the counter as well, but there was a sign noting that the counter is cash only, so most people seem to use the kiosks. There's a decent amount of seating with both indoor tables and a few outdoor spots if you want to hang out for a bit. Our go-to here is the peach iced tea, which is super refreshing. My husband usually orders his with honey jelly, and I love the peach green tea with mango popping boba--it's delicious.
