My absolute favorite part of the cafe was their prayer wall where patrons left all kinds of prayer requests. I got teary eyed reading the vulnerability and pleas from those needing prayers. Casey who owns Lone Star knows his craft and does it well. And at a fare price too. I have had other companies try to sharpen my Chef knives, but no one does it so professionally like Casey.
