The dough is stretched thin and cooked such that it is crispy but still pliable enough to fill and roll up. They have everything down to a science. We were pretty hungry and ordered 3 lamacuns for each person and shared a salad. Lamacun uses minced lamb, which can be hard to get right, but the meat here was fresh and spiced perfectly. After ordering and finishing 12 lamacuns for the table we ordered 8 to-go such that we could freeze them at home and save them for later. They are that good and at 6 dollars each well worth it. The one thing to keep in mind is that all these baked goods are made fresh so keep that in mind if things take a little while to come out. It's well worth the wait!
