I was recently on vacation as I do a couple times a year in Bethany Beach Delaware and I had an issue (pretty major issue) with my front tooth and I had to get it taken care of right away so I called Bethany dental and I reached Tracy and I was so incredibly impressed with the way they showed compassion even though I was not a regular patient. Tracy was pleasant and informative she adjusted the doctors schedule so that they could help me get this problem taken care of so I can enjoy my vacation with my three granddaughters when people show kindness and professionalism the way they did, I look forward to praising them to others! I'd also like to add that besides Tracy Dr. Fox and Emily we're the ones that worked together to treat and repair my tooth also went incredibly above and beyond!! incredible job Dr. Fox did with the help of Emily making my tooth look so wonderful natural strong just the whole experience with every single person at Bethany dental!!! When I called today to cancel, I was told Dr Wendy marked my chart for discharge from this practice. I've been going here for years and seeing Dr Kevin. I have never even seen his wife. two of my neighbors have seen her and left the practice. The office manager told me I was lying. It's too bad because Dr Kevin is wonderful, but unfortunately his wife runs the practice. Hopefully neither of them will ever have to deal with a loved one who has Cancer. There is no compassion.

Although I have been a client for about 18 years, I am amazed how they stay on top of the most recent dental technology and introduce it into their practice. I had a tooth removed and needed an implant but due to bone loss, my jaw bone was too weak to support it. I was amazed that they could generate new bone and structural integity in the intended area of the implant with a scaffold and matrix application into where my tooth was removed. Now we wait 3 or 4 months for my jaw to regenerate the new bone.

Not only was the receptionist warm and friendly upon check in... she even assured me she could call Aspen to grab my chart and rads. Dr. Errin DePalma completely made me feel comfortable and was not judgmental at all! She was thorough and very honest with her assessment. The tech/hygienist was wonderful too!!
