The best employees work here! Thank you Angel for helping me figure out the app. He was so nice and patient. The store is neat and clean. Tables are available. There is a large parking lot and a drive thru in case you're in a hurry. It is well stocked with fresh regular and mini donuts! Along with the glazed, I had to try a Dr. Pepper donut. The BEST donuts on Earth (Although there are good ones from some local bakeries). I got the Limited Edition Reese's Remix (Salty & Sweet Peanut Butter) dozen with 3 different types of donut! All 3 were unique and had its own peanut buttery personality! Peanut butter with Hersheys Chocolate and praline pretzel, another type with Reese's pieces on top and a third one with potato sticks on top (sounds odd, but very tasty). These will only be available through March 8th, so hurry if you want 'em!! Unfortunately, they had no Oreo Cookies & Cream, NY Cheesecake, or Key Lime Pie donuts available, they had the yummy Cake Batter, Glazed Lemon Filled, and Custard ones...so I got a few more of these! 11/11/23 We did drive through. Light was on. Received a dozen glazed donuts COLD Went back in to ask for warm ones. THIS IS THE FIRST KK that said we have to REQUEST for it to be warm. They were taken aback with what we thought was a reasonable request and WE WERE taken aback with the policy as that has never happened anywhere! I just was asked to leave your store at 1170 Haddon Ave Collingwood nj by manager Diane. She was yelling at the staff so loud that I had a very hard timel telling the staff my order. I asked her not to yell at the staff while I was ordering. She told me she was not yelling them she started to yell at the 2 staff members standing next to the counter where I was ordering. I asked Diane to not yell at the staff while I wss ordering. She told me that she was talking to the other staff. It looks to me that they were holding back tears. This went on for about 5 or 8 minutes. Once again I asked Diane to stop yelling again. She told me that she can "talk" to her staff. Being a Viet Nan vet( army ) I dont approve anyone being treated this way.. I gathered this happens often. Diane would not provide name except Diane if that's her name. I asked her how to contact corporate and said Google it. She started to yell again and I told her to shut up. That's when I was asked to leave without ny order. What else can you say about Krispy Kreme donuts, they are just darn good donuts from a chain donut shop, and steps above that other chain they compete with. They have a nice customer rewards program, online ordering and an excellent selection of donuts. I really like that they always have special donuts of the day, week, etc. and run some nice customer specials for purchasing providing nice savings options. Krispy Kreme has been around since 1937 in what is now historic Old Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Their donuts are a great option to bring to group events and gatherings and are always welcome by those in attendance, especially those who do not have a Krispy Kreme nearby. Visited this location on World Kindness Day and Kind they are at this establishment. They gave us free dozen glazed donuts. Cudnt resist their jelly donut too. Both are our favorites. Purchased the white cream chocolate glazed donut and the pecan brownie donut and the blackberry donut too. Favorites are the glazed donuts and the jelly donut. Another party members favorites include the chocolate glazed white cream donut too. Also had 1/2 decaf and 1/2 regular coffee which was hot and fresh. The people working here are kind and friendly. This was my first time getting the Krispy Kreme fever on St. Paddy's. For the fact they had green donuts with a green glaze, I couldn't pass this up. I arrived just before 8 am and was next in line. Thankfully so because within minutes there was almost a line out the door. I'd come back for the donuts. I loved them. The woman working the front counter was a nightmare though. There was another worker there who I think was trying to avoid her and to be honest I don't blame her. I get working in foodservice can be stressful but freaking out in front of customers is super unprofessional. (The poor lady in front of me was being scolded and when she tried to explain that she called 4 times that morning the lady yelled "I never heard the phone ring!!") Ordered a dozen original glazed donuts and a half dozen of assorted donuts. Original glazed donuts NEVER disappoint! They are tried and true. I must say that the season special pumpkin spice options did not impress. The pumpkin spice cheesecake donut, was way too sweet and didn't taste like cheesecake and the pumpkin spice cake donut was too dense. Among the assorted donuts were chocolate glazed and chocolate glazed custard filled. I posted a picture of the "glaze," wasn't impressed. My rating is ultimately because Krispy Kreme's original glazed donuts are literally the ONLY donuts I'll eat. Sooo good! read more

When I got home two of the four cinnamon rolls were misshapened and unraveled there was no way the car ride would have done that. Just disappointing because I thought he was grabbing me something just baked and it turns out just giving me the ones he wants to get rid of. Love Krispy Kreme donuts! This location isn't the best if they're not fresh but it is a local go to. They usually have all the classics - original glazed, cream filled, raspberry filling, chocolate frosted, strawberry frosted and apple filled. They have a great selection of iced coffees and lattes that are pretty good. I was pretty disappointed that they wouldn't accept my YELP coupon for a free donut. I had the voucher for checking in but apparently they're not affiliated with YELP. Definitely would return, can't wait to enjoy my donuts now! I just drove to Krispy Kreme to get a coffee and 3 donuts. So the line was long which is totally understandable considering covid. The donuts were as usual awesome which is why they got the 2 stars. The girl that took my order was not pleasant at all!!! I was trying to get a coffee which they did not have. Again ok I get it!! When I got to the window I asked the young man if they had any coffee at all and he said of course we have hot coffee. So I got a hot coffee. Needless to say it was the worst coffee I ever had. It's always like warm at best. I threw it away!!! For a donut shop not to at least have hot coffe is rediculous. Sorry for the rant but now I have to go to Dunkin donuts to get coffee . Who doesn't love Krisy Kreme? They have the best donuts around. The donuts get at the very least a five star rating- somehow the service does not match, which brought my review down to a 3. On my last trip I drove up to see that the drive thru was backed up- so I decided to get a little exercise by going into the store for my order. There were about 5 workers there- 4 of which seemed focused on the drive thru. Leaving one worker for all the people inside. After 5 minutes it was my turn to put in my order- I ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts ( I had a groupon) - a pretty easy order. Lucky for me- hot donuts were being cranked out. The guy that took my order had me pay/submit my groupon first. After I did that he disappeared to fill a drive thru order. Finally he started filling my boxes. After putting 3 hot donuts in my box he decided it was time for another drive thru order to be filled. This was very frustrating- another worker approached and asked to help me, but after our quick convo she went to filling the drive thru orders as well. 15 minutes later I was finally able to walk out with my donuts. Getting simple glazed donuts should not have taken as long as it did, and I was unhappy with the service. I don't think I will be going back to this location anytime soon- and if I do, i'll use the drive thru! read more
