Been coming to this spot for years. I recently have cut back on sweets and been dieting, so I haven't been to this location in close to a year until yesterday. Dropped by with my girlfriend to split a sugar doughnut and had an iced coffee (the premade kind). The guy behind the counter was a bit quiet, but he was nice and got us our order fast. There was a bit of a line after us, but it was moving fast. The place is clean and well kept. Bathrooms also were quite clean! We enjoyed our little desert and although I know Krispy Kreme isn't exactly the healthiest place we will be sure to drop by again sometime in the future to satisfy our sweet tooth! read more

I ordered online and went to pick up my order only to find out that it didn't go thru. I checked my email and everything seems fine then another email was sent that the transaction didn't go thru. The person in charge looked at the computer and told me that my payment didn't go thru and that he don't care when I showed my first email confirmation and told me that I have to pay. I responded " of course I will pay for it". He even told me that it was cheaper this way well in fact the price of my online order is exactly the same. This is misinfoo and misleading to customers. I ordered a couple dozen assorted donuts through the drive thru. Their donuts are the typical Krispy Kreme but what made the experience a not so good one was how long it took for the drive thru. I waited 15-20 mins just to get the the window. When I got there the guy was nice enough to let me know they were making some fresh donuts and asked if I could wait a few more minutes for them to come out (which I couldn't because I was already running late to work). I told him not to worry about it and he was really nice and gave me a couple dollars off of my order since they would give me a mix of whatever they had. Upon walking in, you could tell the employees hate their job and don't wanna interact with anyone. The old blonde woman at the register was rude and would avoid customers. Same with the short hispanic girl. Moving on, they were out of original glazed and was told by the employee (tall dark skinned black man) that they would be ready within 5-10 minutes. Business was very slow, and we sat right in front of the display, making eye contact with this employee a few times. After 25 minutes of waiting, a customer walks in and orders original glazed. This employee serves up the donuts from the conveyor belt. We were waiting the entire time and he had never even brought out a tray to the display or told us they were ready. We never even got an apology at the register from him. He needs to be in the back punching holes in the donuts instead of up front with customers, because he has zero customer service skills. Just came through the drive through today- Wednesday, August 12. Ordered 4 donuts. They got one of the donuts wrong so we went back through the drive through to get the right one. The young lady was extremely rude over the intercom. Then we pulled forward and she proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and they got the order right.... the donut they said i ordered I don't even like so how am i wrong?? Then she told us to open the box for her. And take out the donut that was wrong and hand it to her after it had been in my car already and exposed to us.... which is completely wrong during a PANDEMIC. Donut tempt me! My usual go-to order are the original glazed. Be sure to get them freshly cooked as they insanely melt in your mouth. This is also good paired with their coffee. I would usually take a dozen and end up with 4 pcs as soon as I get home. This location has a very good spot along the freeway. The place is usually quiet as people would often drive thru or order take out. If you are feeling brave, try their various flavors. I'm a regular customer, I came in today and I had stood there waiting and the manager Emily is what is was told her name was , didn't move from her spot to help, she was busy chitchatting with another girl with glasses Alexis on the phone with couple other guys , the lobby looked disgusting, the tables were dirty and no napkins, totally ignored by the manager Emily with the nasty attitude, she had no sense of customer service other than being on the phone, chitchatting and playing around with her hair she's supposed to be wearing hair net in a food business that's standards . I came here around 5 in the afternoon on a Thursday and loved how there was no one in line. I was able to grab the donuts I needed and they did not run out. The customer service was great. I ordered two dozens donuts and half a dozen Halloween goodies for my client. I like that the parking lot was easy to find. Who doesn't like a fresh Krispy Kream Doughnut ever now and then. On today's visit I was hoping for some mini doughnuts so Kennedy could share them with her classmates to celebrate her birthday, I mean I was there last week and the guy behind the counter said they always have them. However, after getting up at 5:30 to make sure the little crumb snatchers had warm and fresh ones, I was told they don't make the minis until after 10. I was a little bummed out but kept calm and purchased on an assortment of 30, after all I am sure the kids won't complain about a big fresh doughnut. I've had a terrible experience once before at this location. But my last few visits have been the greatest (which have made up for the bad experience). Especially today's visit (8/1/16). I went through the drive thru around 11am. I didn't catch the cashiers name but he made this prego lady very happy. Making it the best visit ever. Every time I have came here, it has been a good experience. Good location not too far off the freeway / Main Street. Large parking lot plus drive thru! Inside is spacious and clean. I usually stop by here on a random weekend to pick up donuts for dessert on my way to my friends in Antioch. Never used the drive thru but inside was fine. Called to figure out what happened with a delivery that wasn't delivered (I got a text that it was delivered and called the numbers but neither number worked). The first person who answered cut me off with a raised voice that he was getting his supervisor. I was surprised at this, but OK, clearly he's not having a good morning and/or has no idea how to deal with a customer (not sure why he's working in the service industry, but hey, we all need jobs). Great, hello supervisor, this is my issue with the delivery. Supervisor advised he is getting on his computer to look into it. Thanks. I begin to tell him about his employee's poor customer service and the supervisor angrily cut me off saying he wasn't on his computer yet and to wait until he was on and could check the order. OK, seriously, I've now been yelled at by two different "customer service" employees because I called about an issue. WTF. And the supervisor says, he's "the boss." The boss of what? Not knowing how to handle an upset customer? After I had to yell back at the supervisor to let me, the customer, have my say and then de-escalate (I know I was upset, but the supervisor was not helping at all), he also calmed down himself and got a new delivery out in time for the party. They even threw in a happy birthday box and some hats. It honestly ended pretty nicely. So that's all well and good (hence 2 stars instead of only 1), but here's the bottom line, dear reader: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. The supervisor repeated that KK is not responsible for deliveries, and he said it was clearly stated on the website. No, it's not. I went back to check. No where does it say anything about a third party delivery service or that KK isn't responsible, at least not before you've already paid for the order (i'm not ordering again to find out). I even went through the Terms of Service. FIX THIS: Krispy Kreme should take responsibility for orders placed through its website. If KK is placing the delivery order with DoorDash or whatever, then KK has all the info and is responsible. If KK wants to absolve itself from liability for delivery issues, then it needs to provide all relevant info to the customer so the customer can contact the delivery service for issues. Because what happens when I get the text that it's delivered, but it's not delivered? I call the number texted to me. When that doesn't work, what do I do? I can't contact DoorDash because I have no order info. KK has that info. So I call KK and they tell me to basically f*ck off, not their problem. Really??? read more

Once there he proceeded to tell me they are not honoring the coupon and it would be $8.99. No argument from me, I simply walked out thinking of all the times I paid regular price for two dozen at time.
