I drive through this Krispy Kreme location this morning for my 2 and 5 year old granddaughters. They wanted the Spring Doughnut mix. Honestly, they were horrible. This was at appx 8:50 a.m. The doughnuts were very stale, they were also a mess!!! My 5 year old granddaughter yelled, "what happened to the chickies" While it sounded funny, when you see the pictures you will know why! I did not have time to go in or drive back through. I don't know ho many times I have to come here during hot light hours for them to BS me and say they don't have hot donuts. I just came though and she said "we don't have hot donuts" and the worker in the background says "yes we do!" I said "you do?" She said "no. We don't." We could see them inside making hot donuts??!???? Why not just do your job? This is part of your job working at Krispy Kreme that you applied for, interviewed for and accepted. We prepaid and had pick up order for 11:00 when arriving no answer on phone. Waiting in drive through line that wraps around the building. Inside closed due to covid. Ordering a head of time does zero good for time or getting the correct product. They were out of some of the valentines donuts so wasn't even what we ordered in the box. Wish I could give less than a 1 star review! They are absolutely horrible at this location. Had given up along time ago on this location. Decided to give them another shot today and regretted it! Ordered online to make it quicker. When I arrived the drive through was the only thing open. After waiting 30min to get to the speaker I let them know of my online order. When I got to the window they were confused and it took 10 minutes to put my order of 1 dozen donuts together. 45min later I finally pulled out only to discover they didn't give me the correct order! These people are ridiculous don't waste you time and money. Also their donuts are very small compared to competitors and what they used to be. There is a reason. 1 star is being generous, 3 hours before closing, and they have a sign on the drive thru window that says closed. All the lights are on inside and at the drive thru order menu where there was no signage that they aren't open. I don't know whose running this one or the south Co location but both have gone down hill and the managers need to be replaced or step up. read more

It's been about six months since I stopped at this miserable excuse of a donut shop. There were three cars ahead of me in the driver thru and it took 17 minutes to get two donuts. When I paid with cash $4.00 they had no change to give me back because the cost was $3.87. The lady asked if that was ok. No it's not ok. It appeared she was the only employee in the store, trying to work the drive thru, fill the orders and cook the donuts. The owners must be a real piece of work. Very unsatisfied. Visited this Krispy kreme and ordered the donuts that I had wanted expecting them to fresh Paid $15 for a dozen donuts and a milk. Got my donuts and they were stale. Took the donuts back into the store and asked when they were made, the cashier told me he did not know, and I quote said "maybe this morning". Then stated "I dont know what you want me to do" asked to speak with a manager and the manager stated "it's been within 12 hours" . I then demanded a refunded and got my money back. . Love the Doughnuts, hate the pain when I'm done. There is nothing like a warm Krispy Kreme to fill your body with sugar. These babies melt in your mouth. The problem is that you can't just eat one, two or three. I eat them until I feel sick which is why I try very hard never to stop at this place even though I love it. The people working at the front counter always seem to be in such a chipper mood early in the morning. The offer a freshly baked dough nut before you even order. The place is always clean as well. The pumpkin spice doughnut is back for the Fall so I had to grab one...or two. Great flavor with the Krispy Kreme signature glaze over the top of this cake doughnut. Once I finished my doughnuts I went to the restroom to wash my hands since they were sticky. This would be my only complaint. Please clean the bathrooms regularly. The men's room was dirty and grimy looking and my shoes were literally sticking to the floor from the sugary glaze that gets all over everything. I routinely pick up donuts for my co-workers if I work on Saturdays and on this day I went to Krispy Kreme. I ordered 1 dozen original glazed donuts at 8am a Saturday morning. There were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. Keep in mind nothing is being prepared here as you order. It's already made. The service was slow and the cashier at the drive thru had difficulty making change when I handed her a $10 bill. I frequented this location for years and always had a great experience. However, the manager (a male) left at some point and the store went downhill quickly. A year ago, I stopped coming here because the service was terrible and the store was always dirty. I decided to give it another shot and brought my son at 9 o'clock this morning. The store was filthy! The floor was sticky (as always), every single table was so dirty, and there was trash on the floor. Only one employee was assisting lobby customers despite the growing line. We had a coupon out of the Cardinals calendar for a dozen donuts for $3.99 good until 12/31/17. But today their cash register would not take the coupon and did not over ride the register so charged regular price. They gave us 2 extra donuts like that makes up for not honoring the coupon. This is my favorite donut to date! They always come hot 24 hours a day! It's a must stop in when visiting St.Louis for my family (we don't have Krispy Kreme in our hometown).
