The doughnuts and coffee are good the service stinks. They rush you when you're trying to order.

Delicious and when they are hot they are amazing! Worth the 1.5 hour drive from Indianapolis since ours closed! The workers are super friendly too. We called to ask when they would have hot donuts the lady who answered was talkative, friendly and super helpful. When we got there the guy was super nice too. He packaged our request for our 2 dozen doughnuts in 4 separate boxes without any hesitation. Hot light is on pretty often at this location. we have gone to a lot of other locations since ours closed and these people are the nicest. Lady on phone even said if hot light is not on just ask and they will usually send some down the line hot for you if you go in to wait for about 3minutes! Myself and two friends waited for 20 mins while the employee helped someone in the drivethru. A senior couple walks in the door after we had been waiting and proceeds to help them get 3 dozen donuts. The hot and ready sign was on, but he wouldn't do the free fresh donut. Claiming corporate stores don't do that deal. He then proceeded to ignore my group of adult business men. Taking drivethru orders and ignoring us for an additional 20 mins. Overall very disappointed in the very slow service. read more

Awesome service , donuts are frosted and made In house, it's fun to watch. Has outdoor seating. We had the Raspberry and banana cream filled ... Banana is on the sweeter side ... And the cream filling isn't a fresh banana cream filling... It's more on artificial side ... But it wasn't too bad.... read more

Exterior looks nice. It is clean inside and donuts are ok but too sweet and greasy. Small parking lot. Customer service is ok. I miss the Krispy Kreme in Georgia. read more

THE worst Krispy Kreme I've ever been to. You're better off going to a gas station that sells them and getting some, at least the customer service at a gas station would be better than the crap service you receive at this location. Giant thumbs down read more

Most unorganized place ever if you are wanting to place large orders. Communication is less that professional. Called to ask about placing a large order for a company function. Were told we could pay for at the time of ordering, only to place the order and then told we were told we would have to come in to pay as they would not take credit card over the phone. I left work to go pay for the order, they would not let me pay and advised they did not take prepayment and I would have to pay at the time of pick up. Why did you have me leave work if you weren't going to let me pay? I then asked for a confirmation of the order so we would be ensured they had it correct and would be done on time, only to be told we could have that either. All this coming from a manager who wouldn't even bother to come out of hiding to discuss with me. He/She left it all for their employees to handle. Employee advised they had gone through some changes and this was this reason for all this. If that's true, the changes are terrible. This place needs a new manager. Lost my business for sure. Will never go back. read more

The wait was incredibly long in the drive thru and their machines weren't all working so we couldn't get the coffee we went there for. The staff was at least nice, it wasn't their fault. read more

I went through the drive thru of this location this morning. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and large coffee. The lady at the drive thru was VERY courteous and VERY friendly and that is the only reason I am writing this review. It was refreshing to see a person smile and actually act like they liked their job instead of the dry, no personality type people I normally see in drive thrus. The coffee was luke warm so I ended up not drinking it. The donut was mediocre. The service was outstanding. That is the only reason I would consider coming back. read more

We waited over 15 minutes just for someone to take our order. The coffee I was given was room temperature. The cashier stopped to make a new batch of coffee before finishing our transaction, which meant we had to wait another 5 minutes before we could sit down. read more

Two stars for the worst service I have gotten in a long time. I went to pick up 4 raspberry filled jelly donuts and 4 original glaze. Also ordered a caramel latte. It took 15 minutes to get through the drive through line...with only one car in front of me. Once I got up to the window it took another 5 minutes for the lady to address me or take my money. She kept yelling at someone in the back and laughing. Then she handed me my stuff and I drove home. When I opened the box, It contained 6 original glaze and 2 raspberry jelly filled donuts. When I sipped my coffee, it was not a caramel latte, but basically a watered down coffee with hazelnut and mocha flavoring. I don't live that close so I didn't drive back, but I did complain online to customer service, and never heard anything back from them. I'd much rather go to a local bakery and buy donuts there than give my money to a corporation that doesn't care about customer service or even about getting an order correct. read more
