This brand used to be one of my favorite end-of-the-week treats, but unfortunately, it seems to have gone the way of many large, institutionalized chains--everything now tastes bland and uninspired. The quality at this location has been consistently disappointing. The donuts often taste undercooked, with dough that seems unfinished and simply covered with excessive sugar to compensate. It's reached a point where I believe management should temporarily close the location, bring in experienced leadership from the corporate team, and completely reevaluate the operation. The brand built its reputation on quality, and this location is far from those standards. The pricing only adds to the frustration. Charging nearly $20 for a dozen donuts of this quality is hard to justify. I sincerely hope the franchise owner and corporate leadership take a serious look at this location and make the necessary changes to restore it to the quality that made the brand successful in the first place. read more

This location shares parking spaces with other businesses and restaurants in the complex and it can get busy depending on when you go. I love a good donut, and this place never disappoints! I love that they occasionally offer a coupon where you can get a whole other dozen donuts for either one dollar or two dollars per box. My GS troop did a tour at the Menifee Krispy Kreme. It was so much fun and the girls had an absolute blast. They learned a lot about how donuts are made, what happens to misshapen donuts, and how they get frosted. When they got to dip their own donuts, they were in absolute heaven! It was the supervisors first time doing a tour. And he was absolutely amazing! I know he was nervous about it, but he was so personable and friendly. He was great with the kids, even our youngest Girl Scouts. He has them laughing, coloring, and paying attention! He was fabulous! We are big fans of Krispy Kreme and donuts and service were great during our last visit ; however during their st Patrick's day promotion where they advertised with a purchase that day you would be entered to win donuts for a year and they were choosing a winner every hour. After clarifying that information I proceeded to purchase a dozen donuts for my kids and was told the next raffle would happen in an hour as they had just done the most recent one. We were there waiting to hear a name called and after the hour passed I asked one of the employees about it and he didn't know anything about it and proceeded to ask the mgr on duty which stated they had just announced the winner a few minutes ago which we never heard anything nor did he give any details on how the announcement was made. Where multiple employees stood around ignoring us and the one person who did come and ask what we wanted did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. Scrapbook Series, Part 12 The final destination included in Cathie's beloved scrapbook led us to further our donut education and the irony was not lost on me that across the many paths that we've traveled together in the last 12 months this was the first time a staff member asked us to explain the relevance of the scrapbook tucked under my arm. It was doubly ironic that after a brief explanation the staff member immediately appreciated the value of Cathie's efforts, while Cathie herself still continued to maintain that it really wasn't that big a deal. Why is it that those who invest in selfless acts of kindness are often unaware of just how rare those traits are in today's society?While I don't have the answer to that conundrum, I would be thrilled if Cathie's modeling of otherness would inspire others to think likewise. If the story of her scrapbook provokes you to your own act of kindness (no matter how big or small), I would be truly grateful if you shared that story with me through a Yelp message. You might find it interesting to know that the original box that enclosed Cathie's gifted scrapbook traveled with us to all 12 locations and shall now enjoy a retirement from active duty, while the scrapbook itself has been decommissioned (with honors) and has established permanent residency in our library.
