I've ordered from this location twice now on two different occasions. Both times, the donuts that were delivered looked like they were made by two year olds. These are Krispy Kreme Donuts, and what they should look like, and taste like is well known. Either this location can't make a good donut, or they send what they were going to throw into the trash out to people who order online. So I read online that Krispy Kreme was giving away a free dozen of their famous glazed donuts for all those in Healthcare on Mondays. After my shift today, I drove on over to the Millenia Blvd location on my way home from work. I went through the drive thru and ordering was such a sinch! I simply asked if they were still doing the "Free Healthcare Special" and their answer was "Yes!! Just drive on up to the window". As I pulled up, the cashier working at the window just asked for my ID/badge. Of course my picture didn't look like me... as my picture had me with my hair down with full blown makeup and of course I showed up with my hair was wrapped up (per my office's dress code during this pandemic). Of course he noticed I looked nothing like my picture but he made sure to let me know that I still looked great!! What a nice man he was. They offer a full variety here from filled donuts to powered holes. They do also have fun seasonally decorated donuts if you fancy that idea. The drive thru is much faster than inside, but you'll miss the fun action of the donuts being made if you choose this option. They have several inside seats if you want to stay and hang out. We usually get a half dozen to go, three plain glazed and three sour cream cake style for the hubs. We occasionally branch to other options, but our staples are the usual fair. One of their strong points his seldomly been focusing on location and excess ability but as I said not the case here. So let's give it four stars, Valkyrie donuts, the doughnut vault, at all other gourmet shop it's it is not but for steaming hot donuts that will mesmerize your children for hours, while not ours but at least 20 to 30 minutes, it's a pretty awesome place and even as an adult I think it's pretty cool to watch the donut to be made. Additionally I've never used the drive-through service, but it always runs very quick from what I see and the inside case years in customer service people have been incredibly nice and patient with my children even when they are attempting to select their donuts... Drove by and I saw the light on and had to stop in. Friendly staff when you walk in. I ordered 10 donut holes an apple fritter and strawberry donut. I prefer the donut holes here over the dunkin donut munchkins. Apple fritter was alright. I have had better. Strawberry donut is massive sugar overload but occasionally needed. I drove up to get the Halloween specialty donuts for my kids as surprise and to my benefit the HOT light was on. I was offered a fresh hot one, of the first 15 maybe and it.... melted as I chewed. The heat, the glazed and it cooled and broke apart with every bite. Maybe 5 until it was all gone. I do not know how I missed reviewing this location. I attended their grand opening several years ago. Don't anybody say anything negative about Krispy Kreme. It's paradise on earth. I came here one Sunday after work, looking for the "eclipse donuts." Young lady behind the counter said the magic words, "they're coming off the belt shortly." I waited about 30 seconds, it seemed like five minutes. I got my treasure. And shared it with my bride. The staff here is always friendly, helpful and ready to do their jobs for you. They do have a drive-through, but I like to go inside and look at the belt moving with fresh donuts. That's the 12-year-old than me. When that sign goes on, the line wraps around the building. The worker Kalanji pleasantly surprised my boyfriend and I with two pieces of fresh glazed donut holes that were more like two pieces of fresh air. I literally inhaled the samples due to its airiness and sugary perfection. The boyfriend and I wanted a specialty donut and an original donut each, but ended up with a half dozen instead because you know our homeboy Kalanji hooked us up.
