We placed a online order of 4 dozen doughnuts and when we got there to pick them up the staff said they couldn't fulfill the order and they need to grab us the manager. The manager came out and I don't know how she worked her magic but she ensured we got all 4 dozen doughnuts with all the flavors we ordered for us. She was super nice and only had us waiting an extra 10 minutes. I will absolutely be coming back and recommend this place. read more

Today is the first time I've experienced such an awful experience ordering something from a drove through. The guy working the drive through window was incredibly rude! I couldn't believe how rude he was. When I said I thought I had ordered two dozen his response was no you said one dozen. I was clearly inconveniencing him and he seemed pissed off and then spoke to a co worker and said I don't know what they want me to do they didn't order two dozen. I'm not sure why the misunderstanding was such an issue or why he didn't just offer to add another dozen for me to pay for, there was zero customer service and he seemed annoyed and pissed off the entire time. The donuts were also stale... I won't be returning to this location and I hope management is aware. I'm not sure what I did to piss him off but he seemed pissed off by me just ordering and being a customer. I also thought it was odd he gave me two separate taped up boxes instead of a dozen in one box. I felt like he didn't want to bother even putting the donuts in the box and just grabbed older ones from a shelf. Just a horrible experience. Won't be back. read more

I recently visited the Krispy Kreme at Millenia to grab their newest donut, confetti! At first I was a bit put off because the drive thru was closed for landscaping so i has to go inside. I'm glad I did! I was created with the most pleasant staff member, Ms Tracey. Ms Tracey, as her name badge said exactly, called me beautiful when I first approached the counter. Not only was I flattered, but it instantly brightened my slightly sour mood. I had been annoyed at the drive theu but I was also very sick. Ms Tracey recognized I was sick and offered recommendations for some OJ and a good strong coffee. She even threw in a "hottie" aka hot glazed donut fresh off the line! The hottie and confetti were terrific! Thank you Krispy Kreme and especially Ma Tracey for starting my day off so positive! I'll certainly be coming back. read more

Based on donuts alone I have rated them a four star especially when they are hot and ready they literally melts in your mouth even if they aren't hot and ready they still taste amazing. I am a little disappointed in there coffee which is why I didn't give them five stars I ordered the frozen caramel latte and it tasted like cold milk. Truthfully, who doesn't love Krispy Kreme doughnuts? Ever since we moved next door to the Millenia area about 7 months ago, I have been waiting for this location to reopen its doors. And thanks to the power of Yelp!, I even got a chance to experience the grand reopening of this location a few days early! As soon as you walk into this location, your eye is drawn to the conveyer belt of hot fresh doughnuts being made right in front of you. I also love the concept behind having a large window in front of the conveyor belt, rather than having an open concept like I have seen at other locations. At the CMYE event that I attended on Thursday, we got the opportunity to sample anything that our heart desired. So naturally, I tried out a bunch of the seasonal doughnuts and also a chiller and iced coffee beverage. Basically, everything that I sampled was amazing. From the original glazed doughnut to the maple glazed, I loved every sugary bite. I also would like to comment upon how the blended coffee beverage (the chiller) that I had tasted exactly like a coffee milkshake. Much creamier and more delicious than just your average frappucino or coolatta. I know that I will definitely be back at this Krispy Kreme within the next few days, either for coffee, doughnuts, or both. And I am glad that they took the time to really make the location stand out and even better than it originally was before the tragedy occurred. read more

Today has been one of the worse visit ever to Krispy Kreme. I've been a loyal customer for years, and today was beyond embarrassing. I went through the drive-thru with a friend to give them the Krispy Kreme experience (since they have never had before) and there store was filled with such an unprofessional staff. Seems as if there was NO management on duty. Some of the young men on duty, seems as if they were under the influence. Instead of focusing on my order, they are talking amongst themselves, reading my order back several times, stoping in the middle of taken my order to laugh and curse at each other while at the window. Mind you they are joking and carrying on as if I didn't order. There was TONS of horseplay (with hands, pushing and shoving) going on.. Never in my years of coming to this location have I had to deal with such reckless, unprofessional, and deplorable behavior. It's such a shame. Now I understand why the location on Millennia Blvd in Orlando has a 1 star service. You all should do better in selecting your staff! Krispy Kreme is ALWAYS going to be my favorite donut! No other place makes it like them! The glazed plain old classic donut is the way to go! We ordered a dozen for only $9.99 what a steal for donuts so good! We got a variety pack. I wasn't really a fan of any other donut (but that's just me). I like it classic. They were hot and warm when we got them. The only weird thing that happened was I called the location to see when they closed at about 10:50pm. I saw they were open 24/7 on yelp. The guy who picked up the phone said we close at 11. Then I was skeptical and called back someone else picked up and said they close the inside at 11 but the drive-thru is open 24/7. I wonder why the first guy didn't tell us that. When we got there the service was smooth, quick, good, and perfect.
