I decided to go to the drive-through I first asked for a strawberry chiller and had to repeat myself four times before the person take him out order understood what I was asking. Once they understood what I said, they told me I could not have the chiller. I thought it was a joke and I asked why and that's when they told me it was not available, but the lemonade one was. So ordered the lemonade, one and two dozen doughnuts. When I got to the window I asked the guys name and he said his name is Kameron. He was a younger guy so I provided him with some customer service advice while giving him the money to pay for that order. I was here last night, my first time for a Door Dash order in the pouring rain. They were closed earlier than 10PM that is posted on their door and website on a Thursday, April 27, 2023. & if they were closed OR closing early..why would the store take a Doordash online order? So I arrive, my first time. Parked in the lot...walked up to the door. Clearly obvious the store is closed. Dark outside, no lights. The cases were cleaned, no donuts. Tan tiled floor was wet from mopping. The front door was locked. There was at least 6 Empkoyees in the store. A young man came to the door when I placed my phone up showing him I'm with Doordash and asked him, why are you closed? He then comes back with an obnoxious tall, skinny dark skinned girl with long braids dangling who is holding an Iphone in her hand recording me. Then has the nerve to laugh in my face as she is leaning on the young man next to her, who doesn't say a word and is staring at me like a deer in headlights. Who manages this store? They turn down business and let their employees be rude to a Doordash driver who is giving them business with a dozen donuts that they are also paying a fee to Doordash? I told them that this is my first time here. They saw me also talk with another customer in a burgundy SUV that asked me if they were open? All these 2 young couple had to do was tell me to go around to the back of the building to the drive thru which I didn't know existed since it was my first time there. There's too many LAZY Employees here and beyond rude. Cell phones shouldn't be in use for Employees while on the clock. Sweet location in Rock Hill area. We stopped mainly because of the drive thru .... and because it's Krispy Kreme. We ordered a box of six - thankfully that's an option - otherwise we would have eaten a dozen ! The glazed were hot and so good and went down like liquid sugar! Are used to love going to Krispy Kreme. But now I rather go down the road to a different donut shop. Every time I place an order with Krispy Kreme say it's a holiday special order it 2 to 3 days ahead of time get there wait an hour in line and they are always out of the donuts that I came there for.
