    Custard filled donut
    Christopher R.

First off, doughnuts are your specialty. You are charging $2.50 for one tiny donut and this picture is of the only part of the donut that had filling. That's about 20%. Then the lady puts her hands to her face and sneezes. Does she wash her hands? Nope, just put some sanitizer on there. Gross

When I think donuts... first thing that comes to mind is a Krispy Kreme og glazed. It's kind of a tradition for me every year I dress up on Halloween I make sure to stop by and get a free donut! Halloween night, we came 20 minutes before close and were actually given our donuts for free at the register then even asked if we wanted a box of a dozen donuts for free as well...as they had leftovers that have to be tossed at the end of the shift. We just took our 4 as that's all we needed and wanted but how kind! We saw some teenage/college age kids take the offer for the free dozen donuts! Friendly staff and good donuts. Location has plenty of free parking in front of the store with a drive thru option as well. Large store with booth, table, and window seating. Tip: when the hot and fresh sign is on is when the donuts are the best. Even though we came last minute and missed hot and fresh I still always enjoy the Krispy Kreme donuts! I don't eat donuts much but when I do it's Krispy Kreme! If you haven't tried Krispy Kreme at least once what are you doing? You even get a complimentary hat on your visit :)

My donut was raw on the inside.....

I was excited to try the new Milk Bar X Krispy Kreme collab donuts but was disappointed when I bit into my donut and found out it was raw. I checked the others after and they were also all raw.

Had a great experience today at the downtown Seattle location. I bought six dozen donuts and the amazing Jen heard that we were doing a homeless outreach in Pioneer Square. She smiled and said hey I'll be right back and on behalf of Krispy Kreme, Jen gave us an extra box of donuts. It's small but powerful gestures like this that really inspire me and make me want to continue to do good in the world. We are so grateful! Thank you.

For mornings like this, when they don't tell you about the change in start time... Thanks for taking me in, Kristy Kreme. Warm greeting. Fresh donut and hot coffee. Unlike the rest of the city, it didn't cost me my 1st born or dignity.

A first timer to this particular Krispy Kreme Donut shop in the Seattle area! Happened to drive by and decided to stop in to grab a box of dozen donuts. Got 6 Orginal Glazed and 6 of the Chocolate. Received the donuts and a Diet Pepsi in a very timely manner. Customer service was right on! It was a little hot inside, though...

The free donut we got for wearing green on St. Patrick's was extra delicious even though I know nothing about the flavor has changed LOL

    Biscoff donuts

When the wind is blowing trees across the road and its freezing outside, it's nice to step into a donut shop with a retro vibe like Krispy Kreme has. I first learned about it when it was still only serving one kind of donut (if I am not wrong on that) and still put the light on when the fresh donuts were up (maybe that caused too many accidents so they stopped; my friends were swerving off the road to get inside when that used to happen!). So when I found out there was one in Seattle, it deserved a stop in. They've expanded their donut output now; although many will say it's all variations on the same theme. It's a good theme though! For some they are probably the best possible donuts, if you like glazed and fluffy. I saw an ad that they were coming out with the Biscoff variety rn so I stopped in while coming home from downtown. It's an easy turn off first avenue in a very uncrowded spot and there is always parking available for free. It's a funny favorite to have - "yeah you know those biscuits they serve on planes? yeah those. those are my favorite" lol. But I'm in that fan club. They have 3 Biscoff donuts and all are amazingly yummy: one with a swirl of frosting on top, one that I'm guessing has filling inside; and one that is icing only. Go for it! It's yummy! I never get much else there. You go there for one reason. So I give them full stars for being good at what they do. It's always been an easy and quick in and out every time, and the staff has always been friendly.

They really need to start closing this store earlier. I'm in big trouble when the late night cravings come and I end up going at 9 pm. Overall this Krispy Kreme is like most other Krispy Kreme's. Solid quality donuts and friendly staff. They've given me a free donut or 2 a couple times.

Our Sunday treat...An Elf Box from Krispy Kreme. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself to something sweet. A wonderful variety of donuts, so colorfully decorated and tasty. The box was so adorable. From the box cover to opening the lid...it was like sunshine was delivered. The service is always great at the SODO area Krispy Kreme with the perfect selection of donuts to brighten up a gloomy Sunday. We rarely go inside but it a nice, welcoming and clean environment located in a perfect location that we have easy access to. A nice topping with a sweet inspirational message. I recommend you treat yourself to a yummy dessert, you deserve it! LadyFlava of LadyFlavaNews

You can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme! The drive thru is fast & I've never had a bad donut from here. The inside is clean and kept up.

A good Krispy Kreme location! It's not too busy, and decently easy to get to with public transit. The donuts are good as expected. There's good parking too.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.

It shares a parking lot with what looks like a defunct Rainier Beer Brewery building, though parking here was nearly packed near this location when I got here. Interior is very pink, very cute and very casual with semi-loud music and an environment that invites the laptop crowd to crowd in but without as much strength. There's also a drive-thru here, and the two baristas working the counter were super efficient dividing their time between the orders there and the orders coming from regular cafe patrons like myself! They were also pretty patient with me and other customers after me as I was still deciding what i wanted. They offer a wide variety of options from their signature coffees to healthier drinks and even some pastries and merch. You can get their drinks in various sizes, and the larger the size the more espresso shots it will have. With that said, I got their 16oz (2 shots of espresso) iced toffee butter macchiato with regular milk, and I could feel the espresso hitting me as I quickly downed the drink like I usually do. There's a little bit of sweetness from the caramel and toffee, and of course a strong caramel touch that actually stays on level with their coffee, which doesn't take over any of the taste added in. What a nice coffee place to stop at along a road that I travel often! I would so grab another one of their signature drinks when I come back here.

As we were figuring out next steps, we went into the coffee shop. The barista, who had heard the crash, had already gone out to check on the other car involved, was super kind to us as we tried to arrange for towing even though is was near closing time, and after the cars were towed away, was out there sweeping away all the debris from the accident. From: Jose‑Luis De Los Nuevos Reyes De La luz…read more Public Accountability Letter. To: Victrola Coffee Roasters For fourteen years, I supported Victrola Coffee Roasters as a loyal customer and neighbor. I spent my limited income there, I brought my presence and goodwill, and I believed in supporting a local business that was part of my Beacon Hill life. I never imagined that loyalty would be met with silence. In July 2026, I reported a serious pattern of disrespectful behavior from a barista at the Beacon Hill location. A behavior that no customer should ever experience, let alone someone who had been part of that shop's daily rhythm for over a decade. 14 years to be precise. My handmade keepsake was tossed into a bussing tub with trash. I was spoken to with hostility. I was dismissed, ignored, and treated with a level of arrogance that has no place in customer service. I brought these concerns directly to Victrola's management. After fourteen years of loyalty, I received only one email: a generic message stating that the matter would be "looked into." And then...nothing. No follow‑up. No acknowledgment. No human response. No accountability. Victrola's silence speaks louder than the incidents themselves. It tells me that loyalty is a one‑way street. It tells me that the average paying customer, even one who has supported the business for years, can be brushed aside without a second thought. It tells me that "business as usual" matters more than dignity, respect, or community. I am not posting this out of anger. I am posting it because accountability matters. When a company benefits from a customer's long‑term support, it has a responsibility to respond when something goes wrong. Not with corporate detachment, but with genuine human concern. Victrola chose silence. And silence is its own statement. I will not return to the Beacon Hill location, or any of the Victrola corporate franchises as long as this remains the company's approach to customer care. My loyalty was earned over fourteen years. It was dismissed in one moment. And that deserves to be said publicly.
