Customer service was good, and they made sure to inform us that the chicken would take about 15 minutes to prepare. I got the 3 piece spicy meal which came with a biscuit and fries. I was told the 3 pieces would be random, and you can't specify a preference of white or dark meat. I liked that the meal came in a bucket and thought it was a cute touch. The fries were pretty disappointing - they were a little soggy and very greasy. The chicken was good until I saw the huge 3rd piece of meat. I got a leg, thigh, and I have no idea what that 3rd piece of meat was. It was huge and unidentifiable. It scared me and turned me off from eating the rest of the meal. If they have an option for all wings, I may go back and give that a try since the flavor was good.
