Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst customer-service experiences we've had. The person in charge, who was wearing glasses and a black T-shirt, completely ignored me for about 10 minutes. I eventually had to approach a lady working inside the truck just to ask if I could place an order. When the man finally came to the window, he didn't greet me or acknowledge the long wait. I placed my order and asked him to charge my card. He pulled out his phone, processed the payment, and then shut the window without giving me a receipt, order number, estimated wait time, or even a simple acknowledgment. We waited approximately 30 minutes. I went back to ask when our food would be ready, and he rudely replied, "8 minutes." When I returned, he handed me the food and then suddenly accused me of not paying for the order. I repeatedly and politely explained that I had already paid him. Instead of checking his transaction history, he continued insisting that I hadn't paid. Because he never gave me a receipt in the first place, I eventually had to pull up my credit-card transaction on my phone to prove that he had already charged me. At that point, I told him that the way he was treating customers was unacceptable and that, because of the poor service, we probably wouldn't return. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he took our food back and said he would refund us. Even the refund became another issue. He asked for my Zelle information and initially claimed he had sent the money, but I had to remain there until the correct information was entered and the refund was actually sent. We came here as a family simply wanting to try their food. Instead, after a long wait, being ignored, being treated rudely, and then being wrongly accused of not paying, we left without our food. If the person we dealt with is the owner, I sincerely hope he understands that treating customers this way can seriously damage a business, regardless of how good the food may be. If he is an employee, I hope the owner sees this review and addresses the way customers are being treated. I cannot recommend this business based on our experience
