Always Terrible SMALL parking lots. I had to park far away and while I was shopping, it started raining. They locked the doors close to my vehicle. I asked if there was another way to get to my car. This location is slam packed with product and shoppers both working for Kroger and locals. You have to move fast to not be overrun by the store shoppers filling order on large carts. They stress either pushing through or taking up space. Couple that with lots of other patrons and it's a race. Great selections and specialty products. 4 stars. As a busy professional, mother, and with my lifelong dislike of grocery shopping, I greatly appreciate this Kroger! Their online grocery service, ClickList, is AMAZING! And the app is so simple to use. I can order my grocery at 2 in the morning and pick them up during my specified time the following day. I pull up into the slot and let them know I'm there. They bring out the grocery and load it into my vehicle. And I'm gone in 5 minutes or less. Even better... if they done have exactly what I ordered, they'll sub in another item or size. But if I don't want the sub, I can just forgo the item. And let's talk about the meat and produce! I am super picky about both and each time I am more than pleased. I think they pull the best stuff for the ClickList orders. It's usually better than if I had picked it in the store myself!!! Digital coupons are available on the app and they are easy to find. Most of the time, your final price is MUCH lower than the price displayed at the end of your order. They don't take the coupons off until they charge your card. Bottom line, it's a fabulous service and I'm hooked! And the first orders are FREE! But $4.95 is a very small price to pay to keep my sanity in tact and not have to step foot in the grocery store - ever!!!! Bonus points for pressure washing the carts and making sure they aren't gross like other places! I really wanted to make it 5 stars, but the folks in the pharmacy could stand to sharpen their customer service skills. I've been less than pleased on two separate occasions. I often use their pick up service and typically it goes pretty smoothly but today is going terribly. I've been waiting going on 30 minutes and after calling was rudely and with no accountability told that my order would be out shortly. Several customers who had arrived after me received their orders with ease. I use pick up for convenience, being that I have two small children, one being an infant. We are currently STILL waiting as I write this review. I will not be using this Kroger's again. Update: I was informed after waiting an additional 20 minutes that my order was given to someone else and that I would have to wait days for a refund. No groceries were received. Update: After speaking with someone at the store who claimed to be in a management, who wasn't apologetic at all, I was informed that they weren't yet sure how to refund my money since my order had been cashed out and that he would have to eventually call me back. And for anyone who feels I should've just let them re-pick my order, absolutely not. 2/3 of the staff members weren't helpful and didn't handle me with care so of course I now don't expect them to handle my groceries with care. Parking is a mess. All the carts are in the parking lot. This store apparently stocks during all the busy hours. There are stocking carts and displays in all the narrow isles. Most of the stock is on the wrong shelves. For instance, you want some of the Arizona Tea and need to know the price. You look at the edge tags and the price is for some other brand, so when you take it to the check out you pay way more. If you get Avocados out of the 2 for $ 4.00 bin you will get home and find you paid $ 5.00. Everything is like this. Most items will cost more than they say it cost off the shelves. read more

I went into the Kroger at 116th and Olio Road and bought a pizza marked in store for $6.49. At the shelf checkout register the pizza rang up $8.99. Not certain I read the price right, I went back and check, Sure enough it was marked at $6.49 on three different shelves. I went to the service center to advise them of the mispriced item. The clerk behind the counter came out from their back office and took a call first. 5 minutes after dealing with that call, she waited on the gentleman in front of me. After waiting in the line for 8 minutes it was now my turn. The clerk advised she would have to check the shelf price to make certain it was priced as I stated. So we both walked to the back part of the store and sure enough the price on the shelf was $6.49. I was told this was last weeks sale price, and she took the sticker off the freezer shelf and started to walk away. I advised her if this was mispriced why not take off the other two mispriced stickers from the other two shelves...which she then took off. We walked back now to the service desk where I was given back my $2.50. My issue is that more often than not something rings up wrong, and I spend to much time making certain I am correctly charged for a store item. I would say its easily over 50% of the time. You have to watch the register throughout checkout to avoid being overcharged. THERE IS NO OTHER GROCERY STORE I SHOP AT THAT THIS IS THE CASE. A quick in and out for two items resulted in an additional 18 minutes to get me the correct charge for the product and no compensation for the time wasted. I'm DONE with Kroger. Meijer, Aldi (never a mispriced item at ALDI), or Walmart will get my business from here on. Kroger, you can color me gone. Just went to this Kroger with a group of friends after a funeral. We bought some wine (all 21) and went to self check out. Bailey took one look at us in sorority shirts and decided to be extremely rude. She decided one id was fake (florida Id who was in town for a funeral) when we all said no it's real can you get a manager she walked away and kept talking to other employees under her breath about us. Manager (Alexandrea) also wouldn't look at it and decided that we all were liars. When we once again said no it's real and can you scan it or get a second opinion she wouldn't even look at it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and we clearly were targeted. Disappointed. read more

This new store is huge! It overwhelmed me slightly during my first visit, but I think after a few trips here I'll get used to the new layout. There's a nice Starbucks right at the front as you walk in, making this a nice alternative to the always-busy Starbucks on Olio near HTC. The aisles are arranged pretty intuitively. Now instead of them having a separate health food/organic/vegetarian section, everything is integrated into the main aisles and marked with a little green sign with a leaf on it---this includes gluten-free, organic, vegetarian and vegan items. They had a decent selection of plant-based protein items in their freezer section, including Quorn, Gardein, Morningstar Farms, Boca and Tofurkey (but none of the vegan holiday roasts, if you're on the hunt for those). Their produce section was HUGE and everything looked really fresh. I'll probably still keep SuperTarget as my go-to grocery store, but it's nice to have this revamped Kroger as an option as well. read more

This store is really nice and clean. Very easy to shop and a wide selection of items. Employees are semi-nice but always seem distracted with each other. The main reason for the 3 stars there stocking issues. It never fails that every time I go they are out of at least 3 to 5 items that i need. It becomes very frustrating at times. They do make an effort to see if they can find it in the back but usually they are out of stock. This is a busy store and could understand it happening occasionally but it is all the time. If they could fix this issue it would be a 5 star store hands down! read more

I love the fact that Kroger is right across the street from where I live and they're open 24/7! I loved it when it was the smaller store, and i love it just the same after they remodeled and expanded it. They now sell everything from freshly made sushi to workout apparel here! Their newly expanded produce section is always stocked and with your Kroger card, you're always bound to save a few bucks at the end of your trip. Which means you have a few dollars to spare when they have specialty items up in the front like today's freshly popped popcorn! I picked myself up a bag of spicy cheese and caramel. Krogers fuel points program also makes me a loyal customer since you can get 10cents off your gas for every $100 you spend on groceries. read more

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION OVER A HUNDRED TIMES IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS FOR MY GROCERY AND RETAIL NEEDS! They have been nothing but helpful to me in finding the groceries that were harder to find then I thought they were going to be! They have a great selection of carts and baskets ready for use when you enter the store. The only thing I would change at this location is making it a 24/7 location so when I am bored at 3 am I could get my grocery shopping done; but I understand they can't afford to pay employees throughout the night. The nicest grocery store I have been to in the Midwest! It's a one stop shop with grocery, general merchandise, pharmacy, Starbucks and food bar! My trip here is always simple and easy. As you walk through the front door, the first thing you smell is the popcorn stand right by the entrance! They have great weekly deals compared to the other grocery stores nearby. For non-special items, the prices are relatively high compared to the other stores. The teammates are always helpful and courteous. The store is very clean and fully stocked. If you are not a Kroger reward member then sign up! The card allows you to get the discounts on the sale items. You can also sign up for e-coupons to connect it right to your card so you don't have to worry about bringing your coupons with every time. The card also have discounts for gas points that you can redeem at any Kroger gas station. You can gain extra points by completing the survey at the bottom of your receipt as well! Another bonus is that there are usually coupons on the back of the receipt for haircuts and car washes! If you have to spend every week at a certain grocery store, I would pick this one on Olio road! read more

After the experience I had to day at this Kroger I will not be returning. When I went to check out I used the self checkout line as to try to avoid being too close to anyone as I could I was wearing masks and gloves. I obviously did not want to get to close to anyone as I am a COVID 19 widow at the age of 31. The employee Jeff, I remember because I waited for him to stop texting and do his job, who had to check my ID because I had wine was wearing his mask but just on his mouth. When he came to check my age he got way closer than needed as in Indiana if you are over the age of 21 your ID is horizontal if you are under it is vertical. I then mentioned that if you don't wear the mask over your mouth and nose it doesn't help and the employee replied, "They don't do anything anyway." I then called to speak to a manager asked about the policy and told him I am a COVID widow. The first thing the manager said was, "They can believe whatever they want," but went on to say that the store policy was to wear them correctly. The manager clearly did not care, "It's an on going problem with some of them." I don't believe that anything will really be done based on the tone of the conversation hence I'm writing this. I've come home with produce and meat that rots before the expiration date. Bakery bread with fruit fly infestations. Yesterday I had to return a leaking gallon of milk and have my receipt adjusted bc the clerk didn't take off my coupons. I had an incident with Click List that still hasn't been resolved from customer service and that was in November. Don't get me started on the rude bitch that closed the pharmacy. There were 4 people in line when I walked up at around 6:50 (drive thru has limited or no hours for months so you HAVE to park and go in). At promptly 7pm she told me they were closed and couldn't take me. I was the only person left. After decades of shopping Kroger, I've reached my limit of abuse at this shithole. This is probably one of my favorite Kroger locations. The produce is always fresh, good sushi, the employees are super friendly, it's not oversized so that I get lost trying to find the duck sauce. In fact, they apparently don't carry duck sauce so that might be my only complaint. The selection of non-standard items can be a little slim. Other than that the set up is great. They even have quite the natural/health food set-up. There's a great bulk section for nuts, legumes, and oats. Since this is set aside from the rest of the store you don't have to hunt to find the organic items. They even have a separate refrigerated/frozen section. read more
