Leslie at your deli counter is the sweetest most efficient person ever. I love coming to see her and appreciate her hard work and effort. I trust that my deli meat is cut just the way I like and I love she always gives me a sample to make sure I love the meats I'm getting. I only get my deli meat from this location. I will return because of her. You better keep this lovely lady! Amazing service. Also she recommended the Boars Head Hawaii chicken and it has become my favorite! She clearly knows the products she recommends. LOVE this deli counter.

This Kroger is conveniently located near the highway and by primary intersections. It has its own parking lot and lots of space. They do try to keep this place clean and up to date, but produce constantly flies off the shelf. The staff that replace the produce and the Asian and ethnic foods are friendly and helpful. The staff that serve the fried chicken at the deli are often hit or miss, it's always an inconvenience to certain ones when you want to order food. It's always too much trouble to get them to try to put chicken into a container. The other issue with this Kroger is prices are often rung up wrong, when you take it to customer service depending on whom you get it can be a terrible experience. One particular one, Michelle, will not only grudgingly reimburse you for the mistake but also do not want to make up for the Michigan scanner law. The process with her in particular is that you have to take pictures to prove to her that the prices are wrong, for example at item says 2 for $6.00. Which means $3.00 each, on sale from $3.49. I had to show her on a calculator that if you buy only one it does come to $3.00. I also had to show her the sign that it is $3.00 each. Then she makes a production about having to reimburse the difference. She doesn't give the $5.00 Michigan scanner law unless you specify it to her, which she knows she has to. The issue isn't the .49, but the principle of the constant pricing issue at this place, and then the other rudeness of the people in some of the departments like the "customer service" department. I would not post this had it not happened at least 5 times in the last three months of shopping there. Perhaps they believe that people in this area won't miss the .49 plus the $5.00, but its just wrong what they are doing in so many ways. Poor service, wrong pricing, lack of apology, attitude, and trying to take more money from shoppers. Now multiply this by everyone that shops here that doesn't pay attention, or does pay attention and still get taken advantage of. It's a really nice Kroger's, but the caliber of people they have hired are quickly degrading a good place to shop.

I've been going to this sit-down (and now takeout) sushi eatery x international market since I was…read morea kid, and it honestly never disappoints. Ambiance has always stayed the same: cute, cozy, and so comfortable. Now that the booths were removed and they only have regular table seating, service is a bit different (you order at the front or at the kiosk instead of someone taking your order), but I actually love how it all works! From an operational standpoint, I feel like it actually makes things go smoother and faster. Additionally, I don't know if it's just because I haven't had their sushi in a bit, but I felt like their portion sizes actually increased slightly (which is always amazing)!! Love love LOVEEE their sushi and hearty miso soup so much. Great selection of drinks from the fridge inside, and so many vegetables, fish, snacks, and essentials (e.g., hair care, toothpaste).

The premade food choices are growing by the day. They are always adding to their offerings with new flavors and tastes. I started coming to One world market in 1997 when it was first home by a husband and wife team. It was very special at that time to have a Japanese focused grocery store and I was so happy to have one in the Novi area. This has been my go-to for decades now. When it was transitioning from private ownership to the Noble Village group, owned by True World group, there was a transitional decline, thankfully, that didn't last long and things are developing very nicely. I hear even more growth is on the horizon as they establish an even greater presence in the building next door. I am also thankful that the integrity and the high-quality is very much present and everything they do. The service is always top notch and they try to open up a lot of lanes so people get through quickly because it is busier than ever. The word is definitely out. I've seen a lot of posts on social media and it's bringing in an even greater crowds, which is fantastic! Note: the on-line ordering is also so convenient and their sushi platters are high-level!

It is much larger, more open and they are able to provide more choices and variety. The deli expanded and they added a high quality fresh butcher shop type meat section along with a wide variety of packaged fresh meats. They also have fresh fish. I inquired and they said the fish goes quickly so there is good turnover. Yes, the prices are a little higher here. I do take that into consideration and also look for their weekly specials and sales, which they do have. The positive trade off is that there are many lanes open, quality items and a hometown feel which makes for a nice grocery store experience.

For example, this week they have their cabbage "On Special" for $.89 per lb. This is the normal price at Kroger and Meijer and other store in my area. Kroger and Meijer has their cabbage on sale this St. Patties week for $.49. The store is very well stocked and very nice on the inside, but its not worth the extra 25%+ premium you might pay for similar items at other local grocery stores. The only time I go to Busch's is when they have a lost leader item on sale that happens to be a good deal. This is rare however.
