That might be partly on me for ordering it at a spot that isn't really an Italian restaurant, but still -- the sauce just wasn't good. The short rib itself was fine, but the sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can, which killed the dish. Overall, it feels like they're trying to position themselves as a higher-end restaurant based on pricing and location, but to pull that off, the food -- especially the ingredients and execution -- needs to be at a higher level.
