I was overcharged $108 on my delivery. Items were added onto my order that i did not place, or receive. I've had this membership for less than a month and they will not refund it because I used it. I will get a refund for the $108 in 7 to 10 business days. I don't trust the service anymore. Never had THIS issue with Wal-Mart. read more

Going from disappointing to worse. While shopping here today found only two manned checkout lanes open and one of four self service checkout aisles open. Lines wrapped back into the store. I can understand a shortage of staff to man the registers. Though I did see a cadre of managers huddled by the Starbuck's. But the self service lanes are self service. Why would you close them? Publix can't get to Foothills Mall soon enough. read more

Terrible customer service from cashier all the way to management. Multiple prices incorrect including coupons and price on shelve. The only way I would shop Kroger again is if I brought a marker and wrote the price on everything to make sure that they didn't cheat me. Honestly, they just don't care. Fast friendly service. Always see people working and stocking shelves. Anytime I need help they quickly answer my question. Always busy, difficult in and out parking lot but that's not their fault traffic is just bad sometimes. Only fault is that their self checkout yells if you even think about removing a bag. read more

Hard to get a bad review as a grocery store but with all the options in a town this size go elsewhere. Staff we dealt with twice on different visits was rude. App doesn't work half the time and only way to get sale prices. Store is pretty messy. Get there are supply shortages so not their fault basic items out of stock but otherwise things they should have under control aren't. Go to Walmart or Publix which will be opening soon nearby. read more

Finally done with this store. The personal shoppers in the way of in-person customers was already annoying. Their attitude is usually "get out of my way, I have a job to do. Kroger's constantly trying to force people into the self check line is also very annoying. Final straw today was a very rude personal shopper. This is like one of the club stores of Maryville Tennessee! Everybody's here if they're not at Walmart. This is a very nice luxurious updated Kroger that includes a bar for all the guys who are forced to go shopping with the women. There is a decent selection of beer at the bar by the way. Speaking of bars they also have a asian bar, salad bar & Hot bar in general. The lines are usually longer here or at least every time that I've been. I'm really starting to think people are just calling out sick because there's not that many registers open a lot of the times. Self checkout is definitely the way to go... word to the wise. There is a convenient Starbucks inside the establishment and this Kroger does offer clicklist and they do have a overhead kazeebo that helps with grocery delivery to your car in the rain or inclement weather. I definitely recommend this Kroger. It is conveniently located close to the main mall in Maryville and residents from surrounding cities can definitely get there easy too. BOOM! read more

This is my FAVORITE Kroger. I actually drive from Knoxville just to shop here for my groceries. They have an excellent wine and beer area, love the meat, a fantastic deli area along with a nice patio, beautiful BEAUTIFUL flowers, fresh produce, and they are never out of anything that I need. I also always see the managers walking around the floors, seeming happy, making other employees smile, and greeting customers. This Kroger has it all, when they have it. This Kroger has everything! Sushi bar, smoothly bar, salad bar, Starbucks, an actual bar, clothes, a pharmacy, everything I tell you! The store is always clean and they run some sweet deals. This is my only grocery store! I used to shop at Walmart, then both, now I'm loyal to Kroger, Maryville. Unfortunately, it is common knowledge that often, the shelves of this Kroger are bare. I love the ease of the app Kroger provides, they send custom coupons to me multiple times a month, I buy my gas there. What else could you want? Besides more stuff on the shelf. I'm taking another star off because the one experience I had exchanging some shoes at customer service was terrible. I tend to go here quite often as it is a new clean place to get food items. I'll also add that this location has clothing, kitchen cleaning supplies, as well as bath and beauty supplies. Lastly believe it or not they do have a decent section of office supplies in the back corner of the store. My family tends to go here for a quick item that we need to grab instead of going to our usual grocery store in Knoxville. We do shop in the organic/natural section which is very impressive for a big box store. When we take our child, oh can stop at the backers and ask for a child's cookie. They do also offer fruit for children in the produce section. Kroger has great deals and we'll continue to shop here. My 3 stars are for not having enough employees around to help out. I don't like as I'm sure you don't enjoy going down isles and searching for certain items. In fact their is a competitor that will not only help you find items, but walk you to the item down the specific isle once you ask them to help you locate that item. read more

For the most part, I love this Kroger. It's always clean and inviting, they run good sales and promotions (I love the "Free Friday Download"), there's an in store Starbucks, and I love the fuel points. There are a couple of things that bug me. I really like shopping at Kroger Marketplace. I especially like the pick up and the delivery options for those times when life is just too hectic to shop. The store is organized and has many options. I hadn't been to Kroger in over a week so my experience today wasn't what I expected. Kroger's response to Covid was very good. They used to have store employees sanitizing the carts. When I went in today, I discovered the carts are no longer being sanitized by store employees. There were some wipes sitting out but the wipes were completely dry. Who knows what I picked up on the cart. Also, I am completely aghast at the dozens of new doors that have been installed in the dairy and produce departments. I asked a store employee about this and he said they were installed to increase refrigeration. Huh? Kroger hasn't needed these doors before. So now, again, during a pandemic, we have to TOUCH door handles multiple times to pick up an item. The same store employee said that this absurd idea was from "Corporate". He also said that the doors have made his job much harder to stock items. This was an extremely idiotic idea. If something stupid happens somewhere, you can guarantee it's because of a ridiculous "Corporate" decision. I'm so disgusted that I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I really hate doing this but I must be honest. For the past few visits I've become very frustrated with their stocked items. I understand that sale items leave the shelves faster than non-sale items. Three weeks in a row I've come in to purchase items that are in their sales flyer. Each time, those items are completely gone. Last week it was chicken tenders, week before last chips, and now this week it's cereal. But here's the thing that burns me up. I keep getting told they don't sale that item even though there is a place and sticker on the shelf. This week I had coupons (that will expire before the sale ends) that I wanted to use. I was told they do not sell that type of cereal. I pointed out the empty shelf with the sticker price. The lady looked at me and said it was a different kind and the sticker was wrong. Really? Funny cause I've purchased that kind before in that very same spot. Same type of issue with the Tyson brand chicken tenders from last week. Employee told me they didn't sell that brand. I've got a really strong feeling that the ClickList is pulling their employees thin. read more

Huge Kroger compared to where I used to live. Great selection of healthy food and clothes, etc. The employees seem nice and are helpful. There was a lot of people in the store and parking lot but the lines weren't even long. The prices are cheap whenever you have a Kroger card. read more

This is definately going to bring the Foothills Plaza back to life and warrant some capital re-investment by the other building owners. I like thes tore for being clean and the prices, choices are decent. What makes it not so good is the absolutely slow checknout everytime. Tons of customers with few registers open. Cashiers are usually very friendly but obviously overworked because of being short handed. No one is using self checkouts. I never will. Simply AMAZING! I've never been to a Kroger like this one. Larger than any I'd been in before and they even have an indoor beer bar. I can't believe that they carry Carhardt clothing. I hope they build one like this in my home town. Major competition for W-mart. read more

So I really enjoy the beer bar at this Kroger store. Seems like most of the craft beer bars that are popping up everywhere never have anything for people who don't especially like the IPAs and the strong and heavy beers. Seems to me that whoever is ordering for this store is making a conscious effort to cover all the bases and I can find a Pilsner or an ale that isn't super dark and doesn't weigh 2 lbs in a 4 oz. glass! read more
