This store actually pays attention to their customers unlike the one on Sawmill Road where they look like they don't want to work there. When I came in they tried to help me find what fragrances I was looking for and it was actually at that store. So it was a win/win for both them and I. Whereas when I went an hour before to the Sawmill Road location, I couldn't get anyone to service me and no items that I saw online were available there. This location is closing at the end of this month for renovations but if I could move their employees to the Sawmill Road location it would be fantastic. I would get in and out of the store faster and be happier with my purchase like I was yesterday. Everyone there was complaining, and many were wrapped in blankets provided by the reception. When I asked the reception to increase the heat, she said they couldn't, that the building controlled the temperature, the thermostat was not in their suite -- not sure I believe that. (Their offices were comfortable, just the waiting area was cold.) It was inexcusable, especially when their service requires that patients sit for at least an hour in the waiting area for test results.

Unfortunately, after they jazz you with the fancy TV screens, massage chair, and sunglasses, they also pull a bait and switch. After a checkup, I received an estimate for services that were for preventative reasons only. I was told that the estimate was verified through my insurance and that I may as well get the work done now "while I have good insurance and since the price is low". I got the work done in August and paid when the services were performed ($150). After asking if that is the total I would be responsible to pay, the woman told me that sometimes the insurance will reject the white fillings and "I may be charged $10-$20 in addition, per tooth" and not to be surprised. Weeks later, I received a bill for an EXTRA $373 and no, I did not get fillings on 25 teeth. Now they are refusing to cover any part of the bill, refusing to admit responsibility for their own estimate, and refusing to back the words of their own employees. I suggest not patronizing this dishonest operation. I really expected a higher level of ethics coming from OSU alumni, but people will surprise you.

I am so happy to have found Perimeter. They took the time to listen to my dental history and were sensitive to my nervousness about dentist. The tech was wonderful and asked about my comfort throughout the cleaning. The dentist was lovely and friendly. Even the receptionist was exceptional. The entire experience helped start to heal the PTSD I carry from past poor dental experiences. They offered some services that have never been offered before like removing my permanent retainer and getting removable ones that only need worn at night. It is refreshing to have a team that cares about their patients.
