I always get pick up orders here and the staff are always beyond helpful! Most recently Issac delivered my groceries and was very kind and polite. In the past other workers have been very helpful when my kroger app had issues connecting to the signal. Inside the store Caden helped me find produce and other options with a geniune smile that maked me dure yo come back. Overall, the staff are doing a great job! read more

I personally think Kroger is better than Publix and Food Lion overall, but all of the food stores seem to have their plusses. (nothing beats Shop-Rite) Krogers usually have a great beer selection, everything you need, and at a decent cost. Their meat department has been lacking lately, but I think that's probably because of food shortages. They have a decent amount of non-GMO / organic products which is also a solid. read more

I had the absolute worst customer service experience. I'm not sure the names of who were working this evening but on 1/21/25 around 5pm the employee who was working self checkout and supposedly helping with money services was a very rude employee. I was standing at money services when I saw her walking by & I asked her if anyone was back behind the counter working. She immediately mumbled, "I'm working there and it's going to be awhile because I have to do something". Then I watch her walk back to self check out line and just stand there and watch. So I saw another employee walked behind the counter and not even acknowledge me so I ask her if anyone was going to help me soon when she was walking away. She also said "I'm not sure I think she will help you over there soon but it will be awhile" (pointing towards the first employee). So I just ask her to speak to the manager because I really needed a money order to send off to pay a bill. The manager comes out and tells me that they are "too busy" to do a money order. So he walks over to the employee at self check out talks to her and comes back to me saying something completely irrelevant that they are low staff bc they have to have a break throughout there work day (which I completely get). So the MANAGER working tonight couldn't even help me get a money order and turned me away. As a manager that is your job to help with something when your employees are busy or can't. That was the absolute worst management I've seen in a long time. read more

I've supported Kroger all my life and the every trip to this particular store has been a real challenge to shop in a friendly calm environment. Very unpredictable when you plan your purchases ahead of time and then get there without the items being in stock. I have also found that some of coupons that come in the mail won't be of value since the item is not stocked. Unfortunately, grocery store options are limited and Krogers low prices outweigh the hassles slightly. Hassles include : 1. Rude employees(had a run in with 2 employees so far). 2. Impatient and slow customer service counter that is rarely staffed( especially trying to return something, slow as crap and very questionable) 3. Technical difficulties are an everyday occurrence with u-scans not working and when it's crowded, maybe 2 lanes open. They just don't pay attention to the small details like customer wait times, stocking the sale items, friendliness, fresh produce (it rots within 3 days), and overall room to walk down the aisle (no more corner displays, there's no room. Invest in a homemade bakery,reestablish a friendlier employee base, assign aisles to employees so they stay organized especially shelf prices, tell your grocery pickers to watch where they're going, and mark your discontinued or overstocked items at least 50&off instead of 50 cents. read more

They have a good selection of gift cards. I needed a birthday card and a gift card for my brother's birthday. I found exactly what I needed. They have a beautiful selection of flowers as well and a Starbucks located inside the store. This location also has a gas station. read more

Did you know that this place had a Starbucks? I shop here all of the time because the rewards program gives me the opportunity to get 10-20 cents off of normal prices. To me this Kroger rewards savings on fuel costs is small but I like the fact that no other place gives me the choice. I tried the Starbucks, well I liked it, I don't go to Starbucks often so not really anything that I can compare in my visits. The drink that I ordered did not impress me and I hated the value after. I will leave the Starbucks to the Starbucks people, just know now that they have one here. I see a lot of deals here for instance I was here in National Ice Cream day and man did those deals go fast. I was there before Noon and most of the deals had been exhausted. Come for the deals and caffeinate like you have done this before. read more

This has happened three times.. Not a ton of options in Richmond Hill, Ga, so I'm comping this to the other two grocery stores; Publix and Food Lion. I feel that Kroger is the perfect medium between them. It is nice and plenty of options and the price is very reasonable. To add to the allure of Kroger their gas is the cheapest in town. If you really want to save more get a Kroger card. They are free and will help you save more money. read more

WHERE'S THE CAFE? When traveling by car, my husband and I enjoy stopping at grocery stores to purchase something to eat because it is quick, easy and we have several choices that include hot and cold options. We searched for a convenient grocery store and this one popped up so we checked it out. I love their roasted chicken wings and I wanted a light vegetable based soup. Unfortunately, I had to settle for a bag of sweet potato chips which were nice but no substitute for real food. Although I was told that the chicken had been up for only 30 minutes, it looked like it had actually been sitting around for several hours. That's a problem! Also, when you offer soups on a soup bar, at least one of them should be light and vegetable based so that there is a least one healthy option. My husband settled for a salad from the salad bar but I just needed something more substantial. We did take time to eat in but since this Kroger does not have a café, we were actually eating in the Starbuck's area. I would love to see this Kroger upgrade to an actual café with a rear register so customers who are just purchasing at the deli, can quickly purchase their items without having to go through the grocery line. This is a smaller store but still had a nice flower/balloon section, freshly prepared sushi that was being prepared during our visit and a generally clean and organized appearance. They simply need to work on that hot bar making sure that whenever their food is displayed, it is done so in a fresh and appetizing manner. I found it interesting that as soon as you walk into the store, the donut/pastry shelf is right in front of you. Apparently, people come in often enough to buy donuts that they have made it super easy and convenient. Cool! read more

I like the selection Kroger has and their prices. However I was treated extremely poorly by one of the customer service employees when I went in to pay rent. I can't believe how rude she was. She should not be working customer service. It's not normally what I experience but it was just so ridiculous. She didn't know what she was doing or how to do the walk in payment system at all. Which I feel like you should know if you're working in that position. I found the instructions for my rental company for the cashier. I asked if she would like to see them to try to help her and she gave me the dirtiest look and rudely said, NO I don't! Someone had to take over for her though cause she couldn't figure it out and she wouldn't listen to anything I was saying on things to try. Don't know her name. But she should get some lessons on customer service. read more

It's nice with lots of parking, gas and a pharmacy also I see western union. They also have lots of flowers for Easter. The best saving tip is to come later at night they always have lots of mark downs on produce and best the fried or baked chicken is always marked down. Nice and clean store. Clean and convenient and modern Kroger's store off of 95. I grew up with Kroger in WV and OH. This is literally off 95. It's THE ONLY Store that has been, and is currently 24 hrs with this virus BS. Employees will help you if you need it. Even if you need a quick bathroom stop you can pick up some snacks or real food items or HBA items because No Walmart is 24 hrs. It's not a marketplace store, it's a mid size store, but IT IS YOUR ONLY OPTION FOR 24 hrs as of June 2021. They also have a gas station that closes at 11pm. They have a Starbucks as well that closes at 9pm. I wish this store was within 1 hr of me. We have stopped here south or north on 95 from Florida. read more

I'm officially breaking up with this Kroger. Everytime I go in, I always say I'm not going back. It is always super crowded and there are not enough cashier's. It looks like they are moving towards more self scan which is a nightmare. I waited for over 10 min to get help at the self scan on more than one occasion. The employees are always blocking the aisles stocking shelves during peak hours. They never seem to have everything that I need. I always leave here frustrated. The plus is that the Starbucks inside is never crowded. read more

This Kroger is my favorite grocery store. I can find everything I need at this Kroger. I love the Deli. They even have sushi for sale. I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, but this Kroger does have a Starbucks. I usually don't have to wait in the checkout line very long. The prices here are great. I usually find great deals on steak. They have a great selection of shampoo, conditioners and other bathroom goodies. They have a really good selection of wine and beer. They have Guinness. I love that I get great customer service and a huge selection of products at a great price. I don't feel rushed or over whelmed when I shop here. They also have a Kroger Gas Station and you can get a discount on your gas if you have you Kroger Customer Card. This is my top spot for grocery shopping. Thanks to this Kroger I don't have to go to Wal-Mart anymore. Yippee. read more

As for shopping for food and cleaning items and such, no complaints there. Here comes the BUT part. Their pharmacy is a joke and here's why: 1. Consistently giving me inaccurate information about my medicine and costs. 2. They say one thing and say another. They are highly misleading and don't honor what they say. 3. Bad attitudes 4. Waited for a prescription that they said will be ready in an hour. Come back to pick up an hour later to hear "actually we don't carry it." Oh really? because I got it with you guys many times before and why don't you call so I can make other arrangements. I request another prescription and made me wait a while for that one. 5. They act like I don't know what I'm talking about when I call for refills on something I've been getting from them for years. 6. Sometimes they don't have my meds in stock. Why don't they keep up with that? It's medicine, not a TV. I can wait for a tv which is not important but medicine that deals with my life threatening conditions is majorly important. To the people of Richmond Hill, send your meds somewhere else. The Kroger Pharmacy fools around too much on very sensitive matters. Most unprofessional pharmacy I ever had business with. I'm taking my meds elsewhere and never coming back to these clowns. read more

Great selection of organic produce, bread, etc. Very competitive prices, as well. Because the customer service is consistently POOR I only shop here when I need an organic food I can't get elsewhere, or a price is too good to pass up. Otherwise, it's not worth it. read more

This place spoils me. I didn't have a Kroger in other areas we lived and I appreciate the wide selection it offers especially in the health food aisles. They have a huge gourmet cheese section with daily samples of different types. If it wasn't for that I would have never fallen in love with Landana 1000 Gouda cheese - Ahhh. Also, the points for gas savings is a nice addition. I am always saving $.30-$.40 cents a gallon when I fill up. read more

Pretty good store. But when I buy ten items they give me ten bags. They separate everything and it is just annoying. They don't carry Pollyo Part Skim which seriously a must, blue Diamond Almonds are $2 cheaper at Publix. read more

When I came back a wonderful employee named Amy had set my bag to the side and had it waiting for me to return. We've been going to this Kroger now for 9 years and always liked it, because there were always plenty of cashiers, packers, etc. I'm not sure if it's under new management now or what, but ever since the whole store got re-organized there's been a lot less employees too, and only one to two cashiers with no packers at the cash registers. The store is not as neat as it used to be, a lot cramped. A lot of times lately you also have to go get your own buggy in the parking lot. It's sad to see how a once 'great' store are going backwards. I hope it's not because of greediness. It's a very busy store, so why less employees? I don't understand it? Please do something about this store, otherwise you're going to lose a lot of customers to Publix, Walmart and other stores. read more

Eh. The one thing that gets my goat every time with Kroger is their sales catch; I have to buy in quantities of such exact number to save x number of dollars. Had an assistant manager (I call him "Mohawk") tell me that I had to shut down my truck while fueling, and after I told him that it won't restart until it cools down he told me "I don't care" and I just left.
