KROMA nails is the best!! I have gotten my nails done twice there now, and have nothing but great things to say. Na does my nails and she does an amazing job every time, I recommend her to anyone looking to get a manicure. Ben and Ari are also so amazing and do awesome nails!! Ari is really good at acrylic designs and long nails (along with everything else) plus she's very friendly. Ben is the owner and can do amazing art work on nails and anything else you like to get done (gel X, gel, hybrid, acrylic, etc). All of them are extremely friendly and the environment is absolutely gorgeous. I have also gotten a pedicure done there and they did amazing and took their time on my nails. I don't often leave reviews but I am so happy with this salon I just felt like I needed to! I drive 30 min each way because it's that worth it! The staff is all very nice and offers great customer service. The salon esthetic is also really nice and they even offer champagne and other drink options while you have your service !! Special shout out to Sam and Flan, they are both amazing! Sam does my nails better than anyone I've ever gone to! He is also so friendly and fun to talk with! I recently had an event and needed really fun nails and Sam went above and beyond running around, grabbing all the things to make them just perfect ! Mimi did my feet and hands and was really great with checking in and making sure it was what I wanted. She was sweet and did a great job with my dip nails. In addition... front desk woman was excellent with customer service. I just sat there observing as people came in and how she handled them with such great care. It was my first time at Kroma today. I was very impressed with the salon. It's clean, staff super friendly. I made an appt online, which was so convenient. I was called promptly. No wait. My nail tech, Thu, was very friendly and efficient. I was offered my choice of drink- mimosa, champagne, soda, coffee, tea or water - free of charge! SAM is patient and kind. He takes pride in his work and always accepts constructive criticism. He doesn't dig into my toes with my pedicure and cause pain. I will always ask for Sam and I hope that he got his $20 Tip since I didn't have cash and had to place it on my card. That's the only concern I have is if the nail tech actually receives their Tip. Also there were so many fruit flies and I felt disgusting after. Said a pedicure would be 15 but I waited 35 mins, rather just be told the exact wait time and come back another day with an appointment because of that my pedicure felt rushed. read more

I adore this place! Fair prices and skilled artists. It usually takes 30-45 minutes for a fill or set. My art in the pic took about an hour. Everyone here is so nice and really accommodating.
