I figured it was smart since it could be a great lunch place for all the nearby employees. Yes, parking I totally see can be a pain in the ass. There's a couple spots in front with two hour parking. If they're taken you're kind of screwed, or maybe they're screwed because most people won't want the hassle. I got a spot out front. Inside, the restaurant is clean. The server was very nice. The menu has some great options while not being toooo big and overwhelming. I ordered Emely Roll and Dodger Roll. They were both so pretty, fresh and good! I was really pleased. I asked about parking and I was told that after the car wash closes at 5 you can use all that space to park behind the building. I recommend the place! Great place for fusion sushi! I had the keto roll, baked scallop roll, and aguachile roll. I thought the aguachile was going to be super spicy hence all the pepper signs next to it, but they let me try the sauce beforehand and it was perfect, I love that that there isn't too much rice and everything tastes very fresh. The parking situation is a little awkward since they share a parking lot with a car wash but there was plenty of parking when I went so not an issue. I placed an order for pickup on the phone. Was told it will be ready in 30 minutes and when I got there, it was ready! So good start there. I ordered their vegan tofu roll, which was decent, not bad but not good either, just bland honestly, white rice, tofu and avocado topped with roasted bell peppers. I'll say that the bell peppers were the stars in these rolls, 3/5. I also ordered their crunch roll which had tempura shrimp and other toppings for my girlfriend. She said she liked them so 4/5. Overall I give a 3.5, leans more towards a 3, reason being is that there is no parking, you have to hunt for parking as they share with a car wash which takes most of the space. read more

SUSHI AND SASHIMI REVIEW I wasn't expecting to find this sushi place in the area I was in but am so glad I went! They have a very unique menu with a large variety of items. I liked their options of sushi with no rice and though that the flavors of the Aguachile roll and Keto roll were very unique. Everything was very nicely presented and was well plated. My only complaint would be their salmon sashimi in the sashimi combo, I could taste that it was still slightly frozen compared to the other fish on the sashimi platter. Everything else was great, great service, nice environment, I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a fun sushi experience, keep in mind it will be a little pricey though. They have vegan options such as fried rice, no butter cook with oil and a bunch of garlic and ask for no egg just vegetables and tofu and then they offer a vegan sushi but it's more of a secret menu. They'll make the sushi with bell peppers and asparagus, tofu, and other veggies, so whenever I go there, I get the fried rice and I asked for them to vegan it and I asked for vegan sushi and Coke on the side. I had a really great meal here. I was expecting there to be outdoor seating, but the place is small and surrounded on all sides by a car wash. However, the inside has windows on three sides, and there are only a handful of tables, so it was not crowded. The waitress also wore a mask the whole time. I had the LAFC roll and the Volcano roll. Both were good. I was not expected them to be warm, but the LAFC roll had a crunchy fried exterior, and the Volcano roll had cooked whitefish wrapped on the outside and had hot sauce on top so it looked like a little volcano. Both were so delicious. My friend had another roll, and the octopus tacos, which he really enjoyed as well. My only warning is if you have a shellfish allergy like me, there are not a ton of options with the specialty rolls. But they have tacos, vegan rolls, and some other options so you can still have a good meal. Honestly, the vegan rolls looks pretty good, I might get one next time, because I will definitely be back. read more

Hello Mr. Owner, why don't you hire an extra chef & wait staff that could be friendly & polite? You're about to lose business. First of all, I went with 2 others. My food took 50 minutes. Enough said. Well at least the other 2 people got their food (& raw food, mind you) 40 to 45 minutes after ordering. All came out at different times. Our dishes were sushi. Meaning, there was no cook time? Mostly. Unless the rice wasn't made when we arrived. After 35 minutes, I asked the waitress for an update on our order & she stated it was "still gonna be a while." No apologies. Another party that arrived after us, got their food served & I will assume they must've called it in. Then the waitress asked another customer, if he was willing to wait 'a while.' He agreed & she responded, "Yeah, I ask because some people get mad. They don't understand that the chef is not a magician." Lmao. I didn't appreciate that comment. I was aware I wasnt going to eat at a magic show. Food was OKAY. It looked clean. I then asked a management staff (maybe the owner) if there were paper menus to take for future phone, pre-ordering. He said there was not, nor was there a website because they had not done the "Grand opening" yet & maybe that would be coming soon. Okay.
