Stopped in for my beloved Krystal Burgers. Not one customer here & place was a pig stye. Spilled drinks on floor & dirty napkins & no employees doing anything but hiding in the back. Specifically searched out a Krystals on the road. Pulled in about 5:20 and was told they were "closed for 15 min." Pulled through the lot to see 3 employees outside smoking and NO ONE inside. What a joke. Apparently this is an acceptable norm for this location. Sad. read more

This place is DISGUSTING!!! The floors are sticky. The seating area was dirty with metal chairs that were rusty!!! The food was not as good as we remembered Krystal to be either. But, the most awful thing about this place was that while I was wiping down a table for my family, there was another family with a baby needing a diaper changed...but because they was no changing area in the bathroom, the dad (?) was telling his wife (?) he was going to change the baby's diaper there in the eating area on a table because the diaper was beginning to leak! I immediately went to let management know what was about to happen. The person I talked to looked at me as if I was talking a different language. I repeated what was happening in the eating area again, and she then went to tell someone else. Then that person asked "what?"...really??? How is someone about to change a baby's diaper on an eating table not understandable? I took my family's food and left deciding to eat in our car instead, leaving that Krystal staff to do whatever if anything. I hope they didn't let them change that baby's diaper there! Regardless...stay away from this location at all costs!!! It's dirty, not managed well and just plain DISGUSTING!!! ZERO STARS if I could have! read more

I love The Krystals franchise but this one was disgusting. Floors were sticky and it was difficult to find a clean table to eat at in this restaurant. This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT. The manager was not in control her staff here. If she was the place would have been cleaner and operated better. read more

This place was so bad. The employees tried but the service is sleep and the food is disgusting. There were fibers from the boxes in almost all the burgers and the fries. The burgers took almost ten minutes and the fries were stale like they say there the whole ten minutes. Just do the burger king or McDonald's read more

Waited 15 mins in line at the drive through with 3 cars in it and then when I finally go to order they tell me a have to wait 15 minutes before they "are allowed to take my order".... like what? And last time I was here they told me I had to wait 15 minutes if I wanted Krystals without onions... and the restaurant was empty.... Customer service is beyond terrible. read more

I don't do the burgers, but the Chiks are good. Good pricing, works well for groups. The inside is fairly clean with a sometimes friendly staff, though waits are long and half the time they are sitting at the table in the very front with the laptop that is always on it (for training, I assume). read more

This is spring break and there are 15 in our group. I understood their may be some complications. But, our order for our group of 15, which is the equivalent of 6 people ordering b/c not everyone is eating, they can't seem to handle. There are people waiting on their orders behind us and I feel bad because they are still working on our order. They got our orders out a little bit at a time and managed to mess up a few of the items and we are now still waiting on the rest of our order. It's now been an hour. The people behind us just got their orders and at least that's good. But, come on.... this is definitely not managed well. The cashier/front of the house person is trying her best, but seems quite frustrated. She is the only one working the front. Anyways... we're still waiting on the rest of our order... just crossing fingers and hoping our food crosses the road... read more

On my last few visits I had to heat up my Krystal's burgers in the microwave because when I got them from the drive thru they were stone cold. Even then they didn't taste very good. The fries were okay though. read more

My co-worker loves this place. So, why not. What's my Southern food trip, without trying Kristal? He went to get takeout and brought back a feast. At least now I can say I've had Krystal, because I think he brought back the entire restaurant. I gotta say..It was pretty good. I especially like the little spicy chicken biscuit thing, which apparently it's just called the spicy chic. The tiny little chilly dog is adorable. The sliders were pretty good, I would say comparable to White Castle. Tasty fries. Everything was pretty hot and fresh, so not sure why so many negative reviews. Of course I only had takeout and didn't actually go inside. Also, for all the bad reviews, every time I drive by Kristal, there is a pretty big line in the drive through, so they must be doing something right. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, and I think it's better than your average fast food experience. I am sure I'll have it again at some point. read more

Two stars because the food was good and tasted freshly made & one of the employees was friendly and actually seemed to care about our business. Otherwise, the dining area (floors, tables & chairs) was dirty and run down & the restroom was disgusting. The other employee I observed had a filthy mouth and carried on a very personal phone conversation right in front of our family which included a threat to stab someone. We have used the drive thru at this location when passing thru the area multiple times in the past, but I would not return to this location in the future. read more

This is the typical Krystal that people in the South Love. No difference than the soggy Steamed White Castles, except the flavor is better. The Morning Staff is excellent. Fast, Good food and the best price of any full breakfast with drink anywhere. Ask for Douglas. The Best counter person of any food establishment. They do bring your order to your table and many times pick up your trash when finished. read more
