This place is an absolute garbage dump in every way possible. Terrible service, terrible food, extremely overpriced, and dirty from top to bottom. We walked in only to be told that we shouldn't have been able to but they forgot to lock the door. We went to the drive thru and I needed a minute because we had never been and instead they rushed us to order. Then, we got to the window where the worker took my card and walked away. The Krystal burger gets 5 stars. Hands down. If your visiting the area get one. If from the north they are much better than White Castles. More meat, steamed buns make the difference. Service is slow and spotty at best. You just never know how long it takes. The burgers should be cooked to order but it only takes a couple of minutes to cook them, so why does it take 10-20 minutes on occasion? ABSOLUTELY the worst meal I have ever tried to eat. Fries were stale, with a few hot ones on top to fool you. The drink was 90% ice and the burgers were old, cold stale ones they had microwaved to reheat, resulting in a crusty stale dry edge to the bread. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I have a very picky family and was dividing 30 Krystals to their liking and the employee rung the order up in a way to make it cheeper (24 pack, 5, and 1). Not only that but also color coded the Krystal boxes to know which is which. It also tasted very good. I was delighted to how much they cared towards the order especially for it being 1 in the morning. I'm not sure what the employee's name was but he was fantastic. read more

This was my first visit to Krystal for lunch today. Yes, I never been to this Krystal. It's kind of hidden and easy to miss because of the big tall black sign out front. I was interested in visiting because of the sale they got going on. You can get 5 for $5 at the present at any Krystal. So that is what I got. The customer service? Well, they have a cashier who places your order and she also brings your lunch to you after sitting at a table for several minutes. I'm my opinion they need two people to do this. One to take your order and money. Then, another to get up the order and or bring it to you. This will be faster. The way it is now, every body has to wait a long time. menu items ordered: coke, fries, regular Krystal, chicken Krystal and a fish Krystal. The food was great and delicious. We went to Krystal on Keith street for dinner on 12/30/2022.While we were enjoying our burgers our son was removing the pickle, and found 2 really long hairs. I am so glad he didn't bite into the burger and get the hairs in his mouth.We tried to connect the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. We are very grossed out, and are not sure if we will ever eat at this location in the future.We think they could rebuild this location, because it is never clean, and make sure the employees wear hair nets at all times, especially the ones fixing the food. read more

Being new to this part of the country, we were unfamiliar with Krystal and tried it this afternoon. We ordered a kids hamburger meal and a "Nashville Hot Chick" with an order of fries. The chicken sandwich was a compressed piece of chicken parts that had been fried many moons before we got it. There was no sauce, no flavor, and no reason to take more than one bite. Fail. The hamburger my kid tried was paper thin and an unappetizing shade of gray/brown. She nibbled and discarded. The fries were also nowhere near freshly fried, but hungry kids are more agreeable about that than adults. The service was friendly enough, but we won't try it again. So, so bad. read more

I went to Krystal restaurant on October 6th 2023. We were the only customers. We were asked to pull forward after we made our order because if we didn't, it would make their "speed of service" seem longer. It was raining. We actually went in to get our food because it took so long, even though we were the ONLY people there. We waited 20 minutes for our food. We spent 40 dollars on our food. We didn't get the food we paid for and what we did get was made incorrectly. We called the store and the store does not have a working number. Only a number prompting you to email for a complaint. It promises a response within 72 hours. 5 days later, I sent another email threatening a bad Yelp review. I was called back immediately. I have spoken to Nora more than a dozen times over the last 34 days. She has called me twice. Every time I speak to her, I get a different story about how she has been emailing the diatrict manager in our area to get them to approve a refund for me. At one point I was actually told that she had a meeting with them and that they did not show up. 2 weeks ago, I was told that I would be overnighted coupons as a bandaid until she could get someone to approve a refund for our food. I called her back Monday and she stated that she was unaware that the person who was supposed to send them was not in the office and they would be overnighted immediately. I called back. I was told they would be overnighted Tuesday. I called back and was told that they were overnighted yesterday. This has been the biggest joke I've ever experienced from a restaurant. 1000% do not recommend. Everyone at the restaurant says that they do not have a corporate number. They do. It is 346-222-4424. But good luck!!! They won't do anything for you. Today, I was told that Nora was busy and spoke to Elizabeth. Elizabeth said that Nora does have a supervisor named Kayla that works in the same building, but she doesn't have a way of transferring me to her. I can't regulate my body temperature that well and it was horrible. When we walked in it was not as noticable, and if it had been we would have turned right around. I waited 5 minutes for my order I placed inside,but to go. There had been a tray of food already on the counter when I ordered. When my Krystal burgers were up, the shift manager pulled the cold, stale fries from the tray of food sitting for a least 5 minutes and pt them in my bag. I called it to the cashiers attention and the shift manager grabbed the bag, yanked out the fries and threw them across the aisle to the trash and went to get me fresh fries. She never once apologized, or said sorry, or even a hurry back. This location has has great managers. The past, but in recent months,has probably gone about as bad as a location can get. Needless to say, I would be shocked for them to reply so, it unless a change in management and employee is made, it's doubtful I'll return. read more

Oh man, nothing says grease in a box than Krystals. These magical little sliders are nice, hot, and soft when you get them - the perfect drunk food. Honestly, they don't sit so well with me now at this age but it's still worth getting some every now and then. i never write bad reviews for places because it's very easy to get a bad impression from one mistake or mess up but i am genuinely so disappointed. i can't believe i spent $15 and some change for two hard crystal chiks that were inedible due to being left out for so long. i check the other sandwich and as soon as i took it out there's a small hair on the corner. it was at the bottom of the bag and i just got opened it. there was no way it was from me i don't have any animals or have gray/ white hair. not to mention this one was actually soft and edible so i am just so extremely disappointed. & i saved the best for last! i can't eat the chilli dog because the hotdog actually looks grey. very unappetizing and i want my money back. also i immediately took a picture of the one with the hair on it. i will be officially reporting. read more

I'm old enough to remember when Krystals were 12 cents. I also remember when the staff hustled, got your food fast, refilled your coffee cup, and worked to make you happy, and knew how to make change without contemplating it for ten minutes. I stopped going to this Krystal when it took ten minutes to get five little burgers, the cashier couldn't count, three other workers were having a siesta and jabber session and couldn't be bothered to clean tables, serve food, or wash down an incredibly nasty bathroom.
