I went through the drive thru and placed my order 4 crystals and 10 piece chicken. She told me to drive around front for my order and I asked why because no one was in front or behind me. She said because of the time. Didn't make since. I drove to the front just to find out when I got home I had old onions almost burnt and old torn meat on my buns. Looked intentional to me. The Food Was good it had everything on it no complaints about the food. The service was okay it took a few minutes to get our food, as we walked in a lady was getting fired too. This place is awful for a store that's supposedly open 24 hours. I pulled up at around ten and waited for 10 mins at the order station before I eventually had to call the store to get any service. When I did finally get served after having to call the store I ordered 6 chics plain and 4 burgers. I get home and I'm missing a chic and all of them have mayo on them. Pretty good fast food. We were visiting from of town; the burger sliders were good but the 'New' Sausage and Gravy bites were awesome. Nothing like that where we come from so maybe there's a bias but overall was a good experience. Yes, it was a little slow to get service but it looks l like that's an under-staffing issue as the workers there were staying busy very courteous. 25 minute wait for a tray of cold garbage. I didn't know burgers could be gray and slimey. Getting our drinks before, or even with the food would have been nice but had to return to the counter to get them. Zero concern from any employee. Manager was approached and gave zero apologies and just stated they only had one cook. So me and my wife went at around 11:30PM one night after she left the hospital and it took 1 hour in the drive thru to get my food. I was so mad, but when I got to the window I saw 1 person taking money, taking orders, placing food in bags, making drinks, and handing you your food and drinks. When I saw this I was appalled. Even though they didn't have enough people to work that night they still remained open to serve the public. I did see one worker however in the parking lot joking around with another person in a car. I for one want to congratulate this woman for doing all she can do to still serve us and with a smile. I just hope they get more help so this doesn't have to happen again. read more

I was a regular here for a few months because it was open 24 hours. The area is kind of sketchy at night, so be warned. They have a lot of regulars for breakfast, which was cool. Clean. The staff is friendly. The sliders aren't as good as White Castle's, but I still like it. read more

The cashier took 3 minutes to even get to me as he was taking someone else's order. Good took 10 minutes for fast food this is unacceptable. This place is great for grabbing a quick lunch or snack. The food is typical yummy, greasy, fast food junk. Some people compare it to White Castle because of the multiple little slider-type sandwiches instead if the traditional burger or chicken sandwich you would find at Burger King or McDonalds. Employees are efficient if not very friendly. Food comes out fast which is a big plus. At this particular location the bathrooms seem oddly placed in the middle of the dinning room instead of in the back like typical fast food joints. read more

Great for late night cravings. They are always open and the burgers are hot and fresh. In my opinion, they have the best chili around. The new junkyard fries are really good as well. Nothing beats Krystals for late night snacking. read more

Typical Fast food but they have these White Castle type small square burgers. Very fast food not so friendly, I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady was expecting my order already. Give me a second please. I got the sampler combo number 14 which is good for newbies like me. It comes with 1 Kyrstal burger with cheese, 1 Krystal Original chicken burger, 1 chili dog, 1 corn dog, medium fries and a medium drink. Besides the fries everything else is tiny so it may seem like a lot but it small burgers and small dogs. The fries were average McDonalds quality nothing special. The chicken burger has mayo which was ok. The corn dog was normal quality grocery store frozen item. Chilli dog was small but yummy. The original Krystal burger with cheese was good, normal small square hamburger with cheese. For me the Krystal Burger and Chilli Dog were the best from here. Visited this store today, and the place smelled like sewage and dirty drains. It was dirty inside as well. The staff was slow, sloppy looking and unconcerned with customer service. We were very hungry so we ate anyway, but later on I got sick at my stomach. Someone needs to inspect this store and clean/remodel it badly. Also the staff need more training. I have loved Krystal all my life, but this experience was horrible. This same location was very nice years ago, but it is so run down looking now. It will be a long time before I can stomach eating Krystal again from this one visit. And that is sad....:-( read more
