If you've been out partying, you know how important a Krystal is for sopping up the excess alcohol. Well, I'm giving it only 4 stars because the inside was closed so I have no idea how clean the interior was or how the service would have been inside, and the drive thru speaker was broken so, we pulled up to the window and placed an order. The cashier was super nice! Especially when you consider she was talking to people who pulled in 20 minutes before closing, Our order came out quick (and correct) and we were back on the road. Corn dogs were perfectly crunchy on the outside. Always delicious. Krystal burgers were soft melty wads of grease in a steamed bun. Exactly what the Dr. ordered. not sure what happened in this store, but the last time i went there, i ordered the same meal have been getting for years, and the meat had to be been left over from the night before. buns were nasty and hard, meat was like eating a brick. manager was sitting in the dinig area eaqting when we walked in. food was so bad we had to leave and go somewhere else. then i had my fatehr go there a couple days later and sat inght drive thru for 25 minutes for 2 burgers, waiting behind a car waiting for 20 burgers, instead of pulling them up. when he got to the window he asked and she told him he can leave and never come back. maybe they should just close up and let white castle win. worst customer service in years there. someone needs to be fired. they cant get any order right, lately. they had a great team there at on point. not anymore. read more

My wife has never been to a Krystals. I thought it would be a good treat for her. We pulled up to the drive through and read the menu. There was a menu for five items for $7.99. The speaker was loud and crackling. The person talking the order was impatient and rude. We had to give our order three times. We ordered 5 Krystals with cheese and a large fries. The five Krystals with cheese were on the the 5 for $7.99 menu. We pulled around to the window. The woman at the window was the same who took out order. She read back that we had ordered 5 Krystals with cheese and a large fries. I said yes. She then reached for my card and as I have it to her she then said, "Eighteen oh one," and instantly closed the window. I frantically tried to get her attention but she did not respond. I then trapped on the window. She opened it but I could see she had already stopped my card and printed a recipe. I told her she had made a mistake because I ordered five Krystals with cheese and that should have been $7.99. She then yelled that I had not told her it was the 5 for $7.99 menu. I told her it was OK and to just correct it. She refused and yelled at me again that I had to tell her it was from the 5 for $7.99 menu. I told her again to refund my money. She revised saying she had no way of doing that. She further stated that I had to retirement the next day to speak with the GM. That is stupid. On top of that, she had made another mistake, she charged me for six Krystals at full price. I pointed this out to her and she closed the window. She walked away and came back. She then demanded that I give her back one of the Krystals with cheese. I looked in my bag and there were six. I then fished through the bag and gave her back one. Then she badness me back $2.40. Then a guy with long hair and a beard came around and opened the window and looked behind me. He could see cars waiting. He went back in. Then a moment later he popped back out and glared at me. I told him I would be leaving when I got my refund. He then shouted profanity at me and told me to get away from his window. He then shouted for someone to call the police. I would have been happy for the police to come because I had broken no law. All that would have happened would have been that I would have been trespassed. Of course all of that would have taken at least a half hour. My wife was frantic though. Do after a couple cars begins me just left because they could see the was a problem, and to avoid by my wife's wishes, I left. After a little bit of time I tried to call the number on the recipe and I got a message to contact you through this site. I will tell you right now, this is going to cost you much more than the $3.11 you now owe me. At no time did any of your employees apologize for the mistake. I love love love this Krystals in Fern Park, along with the location in Curry Ford Road. They are wonderful. The cashier makes sure she gets the order right, very sweet person. And if the cooks made a slight mistake she makes sure it's fixed before giving me the order. There was a time were a small mistake was made but she made sure I was a happy customer again and that's what matters. Always going to continue giving them service. Oh Boy! Occasionally come here only through the drive-thru; great food everytime but those menu items you call spicy wings is just HELL in disguise. They may be delicious at first but after digesting them comes the fun part. Excruciating stomach pain and one of the most spicy/painful diarrhea that lasts the whole day.
