I had heard so much hype about this chain and as I came across one decide to stop well. I ordered the three pack combo of bacon cheeseburgers, and when I've been into it, I thought something is really strange about this burger, so I opened it up and looked at the burger part of it. It's on a tiny roll with a pickle, bacon cheese, mustard, and hamburger patty, the hamburger patty is as thin as the slice of cheese that's on it. It also has a strange color that does not have any likeness to any hamburger meat I've ever eaten. The fries that came with the combo were actually pretty good. They were larger fries, cut square and, the other products that are on the menu are really good, but I was very disappointed in the burger, especially after it had been so hyped up by friends to me. read more

I just stopped got 3 cheese Krystal's, the most disgusting Krystal's I've ever gotten. The bread was soo soggy like mush. I could not take more than 2 bites meat was barely cooked. We come here often and this is the BEST Krystal around. The burgers are ALWAYS well steamed, which isn't the case at most Krystal's anymore, and the fries are always fresh. The employees are always friendly and get our order right. read more

When we picked up hamburgers late, they smelled and tasted terrible. It seemed that the onions had gone bad or something.

Krystal is the southern version of White Castle. Since I'm from Las Vegas, Nevada and there are no Krystal restaurants there, I decided to try this place out while on vacation in Tennessee. Not so bad. The sliders are comparable to White Castle. Service was fast and friendly and it was clean inside the restaurant. 4 out of 5 stars for my first time here. read more

These are a novelty, just like another older brand of mini hamburger sliders. The "patty was the slimmest I've ever seen. We also tried the fried chicken sliders. Both were tasty. I did not like the fries but I'm not a fries person. read more

Can't go wrong with Krystals. I've been to this location twice and drive thru is pretty quick and staff is friendly. 3 Krystals with a large fry and unsweet tea and I'm good to go. Too bad I can only eat it once a year, since there are none in the Midwest (Ohio). read more

Worst burger I've ever had. Cold, flavorless, soggy, single pickle slice and a tiny dot of mustard. Gross.

We stopped in here for a quick Krystal. The drive thru was quick and the food was hot. We will be back the next time we are in Lenoir City.

Great fast service as always using their drive thru. I stop by here on my way home from Knoxville just about every time I go. It's located at exit 81 which is convenient right off the Interstate 75. menu items ordered: 4 Krystal's with cheese, French fries, and a coke. Lenoir City,Tennessee Krystals, I want to say the staff their have always been extremely nice and helpful, and the young lady who is I think the manager there during the day went out of her way to make my order right, when it really wasn't her fault. I have to go to that area every Thursday to get vaccines now for allergies recently uncovered, and every week when I'm done there I swing by Krystals in Lenoir,City Tn toget the #3, which is....3 double Krystals (I add cheese), a drink, and an order of fries. Recently they took away the regular fries and started trying a seasoned fry, which I didn't know about, and honestly due to a not so great eye sight couldn't see well enough. Anyway, even though the seasoned fries are great, I can't eat them because of a bad stomach. I went back through the drive thru and the manager explained to me it was shown on the board,but she was extremely nice and allowed me to switch the seasoned fries to tater tots. Now that may not seem like much,but they mistake wasn't her's,it was due to my bad eyesight, and she was extremely sweet in just offering to begin with. I didn't want her to do that, since it was my fault,but she refused to take no for an answer, and proceeded to swap the seasoned fries out for the tots. That is a manager who sees me coming every week and eating there when in town, who knows and cares about her customers, and who took care of her customer. And my dog loves her, and she's good to him to as he jumps in the window every week to say hi to her...lol Truly great food, and nice to see the human,personal touch they give to their customers. Oh, and tomorrow's Thursday, allergy shot , and my #3 combo day, get the drive thru ready, me and my dog Bear won't be long ! Ahhhhhh, the tiny little burgers with mustard and a pickle with a soft bun. Gotta love em'. They remind me of White Castles when they are fresh off the griddle...they take me back to the good ol' days. This establishment is very clean, nice customer service and they also have good fried apple pies. read more

We got about 16 burgers and they brought it out in about 3 mins! The order was right. The people there were nice. The food was phenomenal. Try the hangover burger, you won't regret it. read more

Let me start with saying my family LOVES Krystal's.... this location is horrible though. Always slow, gets orders wrong, not great customer service. We go back however because we forget lol, we'll tonight we witnessed 3 people leave because no one would take the front order inside. Full work crew working, manger with back towards front and would not take any orders. One customer even spoke up and a kitchen staff member said sorry he is counting money. After waiting 10 minutes ourselves we left and took our business somewhere else. Drive through was backed up also. read more

Well, we stopped here for a bite while traveling. Awful service. The girl at the counter was nice enough, but the wait time was ridiculous. We ordered the All you Can Eat dine in only. We were on a schedule but thought we had time to take advantage of this. After waiting a while I went to the counter. The girl asked if I was waiting, um yeah, but it's been so long I can understand how she could have forgotten who I was. Then the person assembling the burgers said, concentrate on the drive thru. In other words screw the people who have been waiting inside. So I stand there. The drive thru person says drive thru is clear. 5 minutes later I get my food. So we waited almost 20 minutes for fast food. So we didnt end up getting the all you could eat because we ran out of time. It's pretty bad when total strangers in a fast food restaurant talk and bond with each other about how long the wait is. I think we should have gotten a refund but that probably would have taken another hour. read more

Horrible customer service employees acted like they didn't know what they was talking about.

Girl at the register had no clue how to take orders or give proper customer service. But when we experienced the manager we understood why. When they brought our food it was incorrect so my husband took the counter to tell them. The manager said, "The screen is here for you to confirm your order." WHY would a manager say such a thing! She needs customer service training as well as the cashier. Ridiculous! read more

Good food fast. Only 2 stars because they only get 1 order right in 3 visits. Never seen Mgr Williams smile in the 3 years I had patronized that restaurant. Awful manager, waited over 5 minutes at register and never acknowledged, when an employee came to the register I asked for a manager, from the back I hear, when I get time. 5 more minutes went buy and a lady came up and aggressively ask what. I told her that I had been waiting now 10 minutes and she said, so, we are busy, I had employees call in so deal with it everybody has had to wait. I told her that her employee did even acknowledge me and she said it's not her job to watch all employees, after a few minutes she continued to raise her voice and also being aggressive, she said she refused me service and get out, she didn't like that I complained, when I asked for her name she refused and cussed at me as she walked away. Dont ever go here. Have ti give star to post, trust me it should be no stars, rude, abusive, crude, manager is deplorable.
