Ghetto fast food at its finest. Took five minutes for the staff to debate amongst themselves if the cashier went home and who was going to serve me... turned out sever went home. Supervisor reluctantly took my order. You can imagine the food was equally as poor. read more

I went through the drive thru so I can't comment on the looks and atmosphere inside but the food was cooked fairly quickly and to order. Nothing special, it's a place to go get some gut bombs, but at least the staff is quick, clean and professional. read more

I LOVE the food, the only issue is the service. The last time I went through the drive-thru. It took me 37 minutes.... 37 MINUTES to get my order and of course... it was wrong. I have never had that happen and honestly it makes me second think going there because I'm not sure if I will have time to get food. What a disappointment. The food here is sub par and not worth the money. This was my first time and my last. Mini sliders really? The meat is a joke and the onions were horrible. I've been to this place many times and very much like their food... When they actually remember to bring it to me. The last two times I've visited it's taken over 15 minutes to get my food, the last time they didn't even know I was sitting there waiting. This was the worst example of teamwotk and customer service I have seen in a while. I stood in line for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. The lady that eventual took my order was very apologetic about the wait but what comcerned me was the way the lady before me was treated. She order 4 drinks to go and a request was made for a cup carrier. She was provided with 2 and one of those was broke. She attenpted to fix the cup holder while 6 employee behind the counter strolled through and watch with total disregard. I final stepped up and offered to help her carry the drinks to her car parked outside. Meanwhile, the manager, Brian was busy trying to fix everyones problems behind the counter while being totally oblivious to what the customer (s) were experiencing. Now my experience, I odered 4 corn dogs to go. The lady at the counter took my debit card to pay for the food. She kindly gave me back my card without a receipt. I asked for a receipt and that when I got the "u need a receipt response". Yes was my answer so she proceeded to find the manager and returned with a stack of receipts that she and I start sorting through all the while there are customers waiting. At some point Brian return with my receipt in hand and food and handed it too me as if to say go...not thanks for your patience. It not often that I would waste my time to do a survey on a store but this one was needed. I truly hope that the service gets better. A good example of taking care of the customer with promptness and outstanding service is the Krystal location off of Hwy 92 in Woodstock, GA. It would be worthwhile work to take the Marietta crew over to watch the Woodstock crew perfect customer service. read more

Won't be back to this location. I know what KRYSTALs is - fast food so not a high expectation but this location was horrible. Poor customer service Ordered 3 KRYSTAL Chix and fries - Chicken was old - not hot. Fries were undercooked and greasy. When I got back to the office I found the cashier had shorted me $3 on my change - My meal was $6.35 Gave them a $20 and got $10.65 back My bad for not checking. Never again read more

I usually find Krystal to be acceptable when I'm in the mood for some chili cheese fries, but this location turned out not to be. First off, my order of chili cheese fries was immediately denied with, "We don't have any made". Any NORMAL fast food restaurant would have requested that you pull forward while they make them fresh, especially since it was right before noon, prime time for lunch-goers, but not here. I was completely denied them altogether. So an order of normal fries was what I got. I also ordered a few chicken Krystals, which came out with unbelievably stale bread, no pickle, and disgustingly breaded chicken that looked like nothing I had gotten from my usual Krystal before. I got a sweet tea, which I thought would be okay, but alas they had forgotten the straw. I went home to "enjoy" my food, and ate my cold fries and janky krystal sandwiches in shame. This wasn't even the worst of the experience. I was out later that evening, and as I was paying for groceries, I realized that they had completely forgotten to return my credit card. I didn't even notice it at the time I paid for my Krystals. I called the location, and no one picked up. I called several more times, and someone finally picked up the phone. I talked to them for a few minutes and they confirmed they had my card. I showed up to the location, walked inside, and not a single person came to the register for the first 10 minutes of my standing there. Finally I caught glimpse of someone in the back and called them over. They went and got the manager, and finally got my card back. I might have been at least happy that I got it back, except they treated it like I was the one who was inconveniencing them, not the other way around. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. This was my second time at Krystal's. First time was several years ago in AL after night of partying. Shakes are very good. But I don't think I'm going back to Krystal's sober! I prefer White Castle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ordered at drive thru on Tuesday. When got home was missing part of order and rest was wrong. Was told to bring receipt back and have full order replaced per Kamisha.. went back at 2am this morning after spending 9 hrs at ER. The guy at the window had a 'tude about it told us to park by front door and they'd bring it to us. After sitting there for a long period of time a different person brought a bag to us. That bag had 2 burgers, 2 corn dogs, and what appeared to be chili pups (not our original order), sent it back in to have it fixed. He came back out with two bags, order was still not right but we felt with it because at least the "piece" count added up. When got home and opened the Chili pups that was a joke.. there were 2 buns and 2 COLD pups thrown in the package no chili at all. The burgers were all cold as were the corn dog pups! For this to be a newly renovated and updated place the service is worse now than before.. wish there was a way to give negative stars.. read more

So disappointed in this Krystal. Krystal is in financial trouble and this location seems to be doing everything too assure its closure. One car in front of me and it took several minutes before they took that order No cars at the window. I waited for 2 minutes before anyone took my order. I could hear laughing and conversations. Was not told the total cost of my order at time of order. Got to window and still not told how much. I knew the approximate amount and had calculated the taxes so I was close on giving the clerk my money. WAs never asked if I needed anything else. Order was not repeated to me. No thank you. All I got was that will be $5.95 because she was taking the next order. This location had good customer service a while back but my lasso two visits were awful. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CE. I did noT get a receipt for my order so I guess doing the customer survey is out the window. Sure do hope the owner reads this review and takes action because I do love a Krystal burger when I am in this area. read more
