There's a meat patty in there somewhere. No, I can't prove it.

Take a photo of a hamburger and then steam it for a day or two. That's how you make a Krystal burger.

Krystal's have shrunk. Prices have increased. Also charging an over head fee. Not worth the prices they are charging. with an even smaller product.

My experience tonight was the absolute worst. The lady at the drive thru was not only disrespectful but she was also very unbothered about the fact that they sold me frozen/half cooked food. I ordered the 12 piece spicy wing meal with a strawberry Fanta. My fries were hot however my wings were warm to the touch but nothing like what they should've been if they were cooked fresh like I originally requested. I took a bite of my wing just to find the inside partially frozen as though the wings were fried fresh out the freezer!!! Customers can get sick consuming partially cooked meat which is why there's a serve safe training about food temps and food safety for a reason! I've managed a Fast Food Restaurant before so I'm familiar but when I politely asked the lady to remake my meal because it was partially frozen she took one bag and walked away. 10 mins later she comes back with one bag and it's my wings ONLY! I said, "ma'am, I asked for my whole order to be remade." Her response was, "why do I have to remake your fries too if they weren't cold" I don't know what type of training you all provide but that's not proper customer service. Who would want cold fries and hot wings?? At that point I just requested a refund which, go figure she claimed their machine was "not able to do refunds to a card you have to get cash only" I won't be returning!!

I'm beyond upset. So we decided to finally go back to this location by us (next one is 25 mins away) after another unacceptable disgusting experience months ago. More on that later. We drove into the drive thru and waited about 20 mins to order. The service is always slow so no worries we thought. We order a simple order, a Pick 5 with 4 cheese Krystals and a small Sprite then another pick 5 4 Cheese Krystals no pickles and a small chili cheese fry. They read it back to me and it was right. We pulled forward got the receipt looked good. Get home and find we both got 3 Cheese Krystals only and mine had pickles. As well as just regular old fries. I am beyond upset. We have less food then we paid for and we are exhausted so this is unacceptable. Saddest part is nothing will be done about this or any of the other issues in the past we have had. Should we waste gas and time going back to try and get a refund we probably won't get. No we give up we will not return. So a brief history of the last issue that was disgusting. We ordered a steamer pack and I was told to pull forward in a parking spot. I sat there for about 15 mins and finally went in. The older man (who was there tonight and gave me cringes seeing) was packing my order with blood all over his arms. He didn't have bandaids or anything just bleeding actively as he worked our order. I almost threw up there. I should of never came back. Krystal is become pure garbage these days

Decided to stop by Krystal and try out this local fast food joint. We ordered the pick 5 and 2 regular Krystal burgers. The food was yummy especially the spicy chicken sandwich. The Krystal burgers are a million times better than White Castle. The drive-thru was slow but the employees at the pick up window were friendly.

Did they change management or something here? I am waiting on my food outside for the last twenty minutes. I went through the drive through and they told me to wait on the side. I am still waiting. I'll let you know if I die and become a skeleton here by the time I get my food.

I really should be giving 1 star for this, but I really love Krystal, and I've been to the one on South Cobb numerous times with no issues, but today was different. I got a short terse voice over the drive thru intercom and then got asked "how are you doing" and then the total of my order ran right after "how are you doing". I don't even care if I get asked how am I doing, but don't ask and then not give a crap....that's more rude than not baring asked. THEN I watch her put my drink in a cup and walk off. Then a few minutes later a man brings me my food......never says a word....just opens the window, sticks my bag outside and then closes the window. I start to ask for my drink and he just keeps on walking. So I sit there for a few seconds....and two my horn....nothing.....sit for a minute and then beep my horn.....nothing.....then the woman walks to the window and grabs my drink, opens the window, hands it to me and says "sorry bout that" with no emotion, no eye contact and the window gets closed immediately. Ok-employees are pissed they gotta work during quarantine I guess but then I get home to eat my food and I have a soaking wet burger, cheese that isn't melted and dry, lukewarm fries. Unreal! So disappointed in the way I was I was treated and the disgusting food I was given. And folks-that is not burger on that bun in the pic. I'm not sure what it is, but it's not meat Oh-and then I go online and see that this particular location says it's closed. Well WTF? Now I'm really confused‍

    Take it greasy on me!!

I finally pulled up on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch, and honestly, the sheer scale of this place is hilarious. The parking lot alone is a whole ecosystem, and the inside looks like it can comfortably seat half of Metro Atlanta with room to spare. I came with a serious appetite, so I went straight for the classic heavyweight: the Roast Turkey Entrée (all white meat). Now, when the server started listing out everything that came with it, I thought there was a glitch in the simulation. For starters, you get a soup and a salad. I went with the chicken noodle and a Caesar salad. The chicken noodle hit the spot--properly seasoned, warm, and comforting. The Caesar was solid too, crisp and fresh. But then the main plate arrived, and I'm pretty sure they harvested an entire farm for this one meal. Generous portion of white meat turkey, a mountain of mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce and a side of broccoli (gotta respect the greens). Every single item on that main plate was absolute perfection. Tender, savory, and cooked with actual respect for flavor profiles. My only real critique? The bread basket. Look, I don't know what happened there, but that roll was completely devoid of personality. Tasted like straight oxygen and flour. Unseasoned bread in 2026 is an absolute tragedy, but thankfully, the whipped butter spread saved the day and gave it a purpose in life. Between the massive portions and the endless menu options, this place is an absolute unit. You're definitely leaving with a take-home box the size of a carry-on suitcase and a strong urge to take a three-hour nap. Great energy, fast service, and legendary portions. Just bypass the plain bread and dive straight into the turkey.

Can you believe it's been *ages* since I've set foot in that place? The last time I was there was with my wife years and years ago, so it brought back a ton of super fond memories. And wow, what an experience it still is! Seriously, the service was absolutely top-tier - everyone was so welcoming and incredibly attentive. And the food? Oh my goodness, it was just as incredibly delicious and outstanding as I remember it being, if not even better! Every single bite was a pure delight. But here's the really cool part that genuinely made my night: the same wonderful gentleman who used to greet everyone at the door, probably six or seven years back, is *still* there! How amazing is that for consistency and dedication? It just goes to show what an absolutely incredible and timeless place that restaurant is. A true gem that really holds up over time! Yes you can believe the hype!! I am not on social media but…read more videos of this spot have been shared with me a number of times! I came for the first time the weekend of Mother's Day. I was told that since it was a holiday weekend they were not taking walk in's. As such, I ordered pancakes to go. I sat in my car and ate it!! The Pancake was perfect. Crispy around the edges and soft on the inside. What I really appreciated is that they were not that sweet. I really wanted to try the platter but it is only available as a dine in option. Today I wanted to have the pancakes from this spot again. I called around 10am and was able to secure a reservation for 12 pm! I was so excited. A few things to note- this place is small. The seating is very limited on the inside and then they have a few family style bench areas outside. It is my understanding that the inside is reserved for reservations and then the outside is where you get seated as a walk in guest. This is just based on my observation and I did not confirm this to be true. Service was top tier. We were greeted quickly and our server approached our table within a few minutes of being seated. Our server answered all of our questions. I ordered the platter and substituted the meat options for friend chicken. My friend also ordered the platter and substituted the meat for extra avocado . I had a matcha latte and my friend had a mocha - both with oat milk and hot drinks. The food came out in decent time and was clearly fresh. To me you can taste the quality of the ingredients . I also appreciate that the seasoning is light and not over done. The grits were creamy and gritty at the same time - some of the best grits I have eaten. Everything on my plate was amazing! I only tasted the biscuit because I did feel like the plate is carb heavy and I did not need all the carbs. My only suggestion would pertain to the matcha. I appreciate the fact that it is not pre sweetened, however it was chunky, meaning it was not whisked long enough. Based on my experience with the matcha I would not order that again. Seasons is worth checking out! I can't imagine that you can't find something to enjoy from their menu.

The Red Eyed Mule has been consistently recommended as a top-tier place to get a biscuit in the greater Atlanta area, so I figured I'd finally give it a go. I got the spicy chicken biscuit, along with another biscuit on the side with some cheesy scrambled eggs and a side of country sausage to build my own SEC biscuit. First of all, the biscuits are HUGE. They're the ultra-soft, buttery, pull-apart-but-not-in-a-flaky-way type biscuits, which I enjoy. The spicy fried chicken was good on its own, but nothing outstanding. The country sausage was good, too. Don't get me wrong--I liked everything I tried. That being said, I didn't find them to be anything that had a "wow" factor, so I am glad I ended up trying multiple items just in case I was underwhelmed. I overheard a local in line talking about their corned beef hash, which he said was not your typical dish straight out of a can and onto the flat top, which, for the record, I have no problem with. But man am I glad I gave it a go. The corned beef comes in large chunks of shredded pieces, clearly taken from a big corned beef brisket and then mixed in and cooked with small diced potatoes. This was my favorite dish, by far. I'd come back just for that. I also tried their cheese grits, which was better than usual at a diner style restaurant. The customer service was awesome, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere in general. Worth noting it backs up quickly. I got there at 9:02, 2 minutes after they opened, and there was already a line at the door. I'll be back with friends for a dish of corned beef hash and grits, and I'll probably get a biscuit on the side just to enjoy on its own or with butter and jam.
