**THE BEST** I created a Yelp account to write a review for this company. I've never left a review for anyone but because of the amazing service I have received I just couldn't ignore writing one. Harout, the owner, is one of the most genuine and sincere people I have ever met. I took my car in because my transmission went out, and gave it back to me the next day!!! He showed me my old transmission and why it had went out. Gave me a rebuilt transmission and my car is running smoother now than it was before I took it in. These guys are super cool! Professional, trustworthy, exceptional workmanship and just plain "good guys". Have taken my boxster there several times and they have not charged me for changing out a brake light, checking "check engine light" that came on and low air in tire symbol. They do change my oil, tell me about upcoming items that will need to be addressed (new brakes) and i don't even come with an appointment - just drive them where the "scary" dashboard check symbols come on. I have been using the services of the KS Complete Auto shop for over 15 years. I have two cars that I take them there all this years and never had any issues with my cars. They are very nice, friendly and highly professional people with high integrity. If they promised to get things done at certain time frame, they are always on time. They provide fast service and I don't ever stay without car for so long. This is a very nice and clean place, with waiting area, if you decide to wait for the service. Their prices are very reasonable and much less then any dealer. You get a quality service for the reasonable price. Once my car had callback from dealer for certain belt issue and they told my I had to change the timing belt, but my timing belt was already replaced by KS auto a week ago. They totally ripped me off!! 1600 for breaks!!! And service...And when I drove the car it was shaking so had to bring it back for balancing since they didn't do that. Then check engine light still came on two days later!!!Lets just say I won't be returning here and don't forget no warranty given for anything. Karma will get them for me. read more

I was driving south on I15 when I heard this noise coming out of the front wheels. The nearest city was Baker so I just exited the freeway and went into the first mechanic shop. These guys charged me $95 and just switched the front wheel with the last one telling me that the problem was a bent rim. Obviously the noise didn't go away. After I arrived to Los Angeles I took my car to K and S Auto. I have a trust in these guys, cause they know how to FIX CARS. Also they never try to up-sale you. And they ALWAYS get the problem diagnosed and the car fixed right away. Seriously as soon as my car was in the shop Hovik identified the issue (which wasn't the rim by the way), and had the car on the jack within minutes. Not only they fixed the problem (front bearing hub) but also did a complete check of the car and replaced the brakes and the spark plugs. They always show you the old parts they replaced, and you never have to guess if the work was necessary. After I picked the car up from them all the noise is gone, the car runs great and I couldn't be more satisfied. I will never take my car to any other mechanic, be it in Glendale, Los Angeles or Las Vegas. I have learned my lesson. read more

It's hard to find a good, dependable and not to mention, trustworthy mechanic. This feat is near impossible when you are a female. I have a 2005 BMW that has been plagued with problems since the day I bought it. The BMW dealership never did a decent job on any of the repairs. I am so glad that I found Hovic and his team 4 years ago. They have been nothing but awesome! My latest event occurred when I got a flat tire and I was near a Big O Tires. What a mistake and a joke. So I went to Big O for tires but like a woman they talked me into something using "car speak" and let's just say I my car was returned to me me worse than when I left it. After weeks of arguing with the owner at Big O Tires (Canoga Park...don't ever go there) to at least fix the problem that they created, he quoted me some astronomical price less 10% (he felt he was being generous). Nonetheless, I called Hovic and he went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful to him and his team at K&S!. Based on the information/recommendations that Big O Tires provided, Hovic recommended that I not have the work done there. Without hesitation. I promptly went and picked up my car and had the repairs done at K&S. As I said, Hovic and his team went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Hovic took the time out of his busy schedule to go with me to pick up my car and drive it back to his shop. Who does that? The guys at K&S is who! I was humbled and incredibly touched at the care shown. Wow. These guys did what the Mini dealer couldn't do. They fixed computer errors the dealer said was an unfixable glitch. They walked me around my car and showed me what was wrong at first glance, and later showed me each point of service they had worked on on the car. They washed the undercarriage so we could see where future leaks would be coming from. OK, everyone, STOP. This is the place to go to. My regular mechanic does not repair/replace transmissions, but Hovik does. I brought my 528i BMW to him when I felt my transmission was not shifting right. I had only read his great reviews on Yelp, but had never met him. Not only does Hovik respond right away to messages on Yelp, he immediately saw me right after the 4th of July holiday. He spent an hour with me, test driving the car, hooking up my car to his computer to let me know to NOT spend any money. There was nothing wrong with my transmission!! People, I am a WOMAN who came in here. You tell me how honest he is. I have a mechanic I have been going to for 10 years, but let me tell you, if my mechanic is unable to assist me, or makes any errors, this is who I am switching to. Ladies, let me tell you this: He's open on Saturdays. AND, he's located across from the Glendale Galleria and the Americana. You drop off the car here, and walk over there and shop for 4 hours.
