A new issue arose at my business this year so I called Oak Ridge Fence & Gate to see if they could assist because I was happy with their work that was done last year. When I called this time, I got Julie on the phone and she requested that we send her photos of the damage via text to which we did as she had requested. My assistant had a conversation with Julie and Julie told her that someone would be out at my business later that day or the following day to look at it in person and give us a quote for repairs. No one ever showed up. No one ever called and Julie never even confirmed she received the texted pictures. So since we heard nothing, we called Julie to follow up and to confirm whether or not she received the text/pictures. She was rambling on about the company moving locations or something like and that they would break more boards trying to repair the job and she eventually declined our job in a very unprofessional way, in our opinion.
