I have to start my review by saying how fresh everything was today when I walked in and placed my order with Lang. First, I called to make sure they were open and then I noticed online that being Sunday, they close early. Walked in around 1:20pm and ordered an onion bagel with Eggs, Bacon and American Cheese. I also got a plain croissant with the same ingredients. Almost forgot to mention the delicious donuts that I got. 1 plain glazed and the other one with shredded coconut. Very fresh. The highlight of my meal was their freshly squeezed Orange Juice. The juice itself deserves a 10 star rating! I normally don't like orange juice that has pulp in it, but this one was SO different than the ones that I have tried in other Donut shops. It was so fresh like eating an entire sweet naval orange. My food came out quick and honestly not only was the bagel nicely toasted, but the croissant was also very fresh, hot, yummy and flaky. Since I got there 40 minutes before their closing time, the trays were not completely full. Not their fault and not mine either. They have everything that most Coffee Shops/Donut shops do. This place is truly a hidden gem and I am surprised at myself living 7 minutes away from this shop, how did I not notice it?? Total for everything came out to be $23.00. No public restroom, parking is shared with 5 other businesses and the place was clean. Good vibes by all 3 of their employees including the owner himself named Ben! They have great breakfast sandwiches. My go-to is #15: croissant with ham, bacon, sausage, egg and cheese. My partner likes the one with the same inside but either on toast or bagel. The sausage they use is really good. It's more like a sausage link and not breakfast sausage. I recommend their sausage rolls as well. This is also where I get my fix for Vietnamese coffee in the area! The people there are really nice. Small parking lot but usually no issues with parking. read more

I've tried many donut spots nearby and nothing tops K's donut emporium for me. When it comes to donuts I love the classic flavors, and this place excels at the basics. FYI you won't find trendy donuts at this spot but they have the standard spread. Their glazed yeast donut ($1.45) is super airy and light, with just the right amount of glaze on top. It is on the smaller side compared to other spots, but honestly, I haven't had a better version of it in LA. We've also had the chocolate bar and jalapeño cheese croissant, and both were also delicious! The dough itself isn't sweet, so once a glaze is added it's the perfect amount of sweetness. The croissant also surpassed our expectations with its crispy and flaky texture. The family who owns the shop always welcomes me with a smile and it's clear that most of their customers are regulars. There aren't a lot of parking spots in this mall but it's free and I've never had an issue finding a spot. Highly, highly recommend! read more

Vegan visiting from Minnesota looking for vegan donuts. I thought from the photos from Yelp , these would be yeast donuts, but they are cake donuts. I enjoyed the glazed one the most. I'm not a fan of sprinkles but got one of each vegan donut to support the small business and for the kids at home. The fresh cut mangos tho!!! So so good! Big slices and they were ripe. I'M TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW- You wont regret coming here! I've come here many times- for a breakfast sandwich, for boba, for donuts, for iced coffee. All incredible and at incredible prices. But more importantly, the staff is so kind, personable and friendly. The kind man and woman working behind the counter are SO SWEET. The food here is incredible and hits the spot, but I really come back again and again for them. Came in here for a sweet donut fix. I mean it was cheat day.. err well ok I just wanted a donut and also wanted to check this place out. Upon walking in the two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and greeted me with a hello. The selection of donuts was not overwhelming but it was 11am so the early breakfast rush probably got the good stuff. Still there were plenty of sprinkled, glazed, bars and cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon roll was calling me. They had a normal biggie sized and also a little donut sized cinnamon roll. Boom. Perfect. I thought that was very cool. Sometimes you want a cinnamon roll but not having to eat the size of like two donuts. Am I right people? The jr cinnamon roll was very good. Soft and fluffy with good cinnamon and icing all over. It tasted very fresh, no doubt made this morning. Although I haven't tried them, I did see the menu for the bagel or croissant sandwiches. The photos look good so maybe I'll be back for that another day with an update. Behind the glass case the also had a good supply of instant noodles and gum. LOL - I don't know why this amused me but it's cool that a donut shop has a little something for a quick bite too I suppose. The interior is small but had a few tables to eat up your food. Got an early morning start for Universal Studios and walked here from our nearby hotel. Greeted immediately upon entering with friendly smiles and hellos. I wanted a Bavarian cream which they were out of, but one of the workers offered to fill a chocolate bar for me. I went with the whipped cream instead. But wow, thanks for the great customer service. My daughter chose the large Apple fritter and we grabbed a dozen donut holes for our friends. The whipped cream filled donut was perfect. K's is easy to miss, in the corner of a strip mall, located between Subway and a burger place. Small indoor seating area but I see a lot of to go orders. It's Well worth a visit! Donuts, fresh handmade sandwiches, coffee (hot and iced including Vietnamese iced) and even a little convenience snack area. My coffee is always hot and fresh. Sweetest service ever.
